I ordered the Combination Pho ($15.95 for regular), which was still a pretty large bowl. There's plenty of meat and toppings, especially cilantro and green onions. Was in the mood for pho last night due to the cold, rainy weather. Plus, a little birdie told me it's National Noodle Month! I've had a couple friends tell me I need to give this place a try, so here we go! I opted for pickup and ordered directly from their website. We liked the additional options to add extra or remove unwanted ingredients. Once I submitted my order, I received a confirmation email followed by an estimated pick up time email. I was able to find parking rather quickly, but I was a tad bit late for my pickup time. There appears to be two entrances, or at least the west entrance appears to maybe accommodate outdoor dining when the weather is nicer--it has a bit of a patio feel with a gated enclosure. The north entrance appears to be the main entrance. The place is smaller than I expected but it was fairly busy and decorated nicely. My order was waiting for me at the counter and packaged nicely in a cute reusable tote bag! We did opt to reheat our broth upon my arrival home just so it was piping hot and could cook the meat properly. We got the filet mignon pho as well as the combination pho. Everything was really good and we have enough leftover for another meal! They have quite an extensive menu that looks really good, so I'd like to come back and try more items and dine in. read more

I can't explain how delicious and full of flavor the beef broth is here. Best pho I have ever had at any of the local Vietnamese restaurants. Same with the Tofu banh mi, best ever. Soft bread, crunchy pickled veggies, cilantro, jalapeño slices, fried sliced tofu, and kewpie mayo and soy sauce. On their menu they have a Pho-rench Dip Banh mi that comes with a side of beef broth, so I decided to dip my tofu banh mi into my Vegan pho and was blown away. Whoa!!! I'll never eat a banh mi without dipping it into the pho from this point forward. My second time here I ordered the tofu banh mi with a side of beef broth, just because I wasn't hungry enough for a full pho. It's great that they offer the side of broth for just a few dollars. I also asked for a side of bean sprouts and mint to add to the broth. They did not give me any sauces, so if you want them added to your broth, I suggest requesting them. Both orders were to go, so I haven't had an experience inside the restaurant and can't comment on ambiance or service.
