First, they're slow! Took them over 40 minutes for my order: a small pizza (half cheese, half pepperoni), 12 wings (mild buffalo), and a full chicken cheesesteak with shrimp. Here are my other issues: 1. I couldn't tell which side of my pizza had pepperoni and which side didn't. So, I asked one of the employees: "It's under the cheese. It's on that side." (pointing). When I got home, ended up biting into a pepperoni slice anyway (I wanted cheese). BUT, the pizza was decent tasting. 2. These wings were NOT buffalo of any kind, but more like watered-down BBQ sauce. As a huge fan of anything buffalo-ish, I was highly disappointed. BUT, the wings were fried hard and weren't slimy like some places. 3. The sub was an utter disappointment. Could barely find the chicken...or the shrimp...or the toppings for that matter. Felt like I would've gotten more toppings and meat if I had gone to Subway. Would I return again? Not at all: Threw their menus in the trash. Next time, I'll stop being lazy and go to Pizza Boli's by SSA. Ordered the special they had; one large pizza with ten wings all for $21.21 which isn't bad. However, when I got home, I could already tell that the pizza wasn't going to be good. Anyways, still being optimistic I had one slice which was green peppers with black olives. It was meeh. There wasn't much topping as I hoped. My boyfriend's side of pizza was feta cheese and pepperoni (we ordered half his choice of toppings while I do the same). Anyways, his has loaded with feta cheese that it overpowered the taste of the pepperoni. The only good thing I liked was the wings which was pretty big and fried well. Really?? If the special is "pizza with one topping" for a fixed amount, then u can't charge extra for the one topping!!! I hate complaining about food but I will make an exception. I ate the worst wings of my life at this joint. The chicken had a terrible stench of burnt chicken. It was rubbery and I had to use considerable amount of strength to tear the chicken from the bones. The worst part was the way the pieces were cut. The top of the leg piece was cut in a way that you could see the blood/bone marrow on it. Check the picture. The food and manager are horrible. I've eaten at their establishment several times in the past and the food was good. I happened to be a regular in the past. It has been several months since I've eaten there. I ordered 18 wings. Took them home and they looked different than the past wings I've had. Upon eating them, they were very bland. Some were over cooked and I had a few that were still pink inside. I called the store and stated to them what the problem was. I was told to come up and speak with the manager. I went back and spoke to one of the women behind the counter and showed her the pictures of the raw wings. She went to get the person in charge and he first said he can remake the wings. At this point I just wanted a refund. I was told no refund unless I brought the wings back. I was told to just come back by the person on the phone. I wasn't told to bring them. They were raw and disgusting and I tossed them. It wasn't even 15 minutes after leaving the store I came back. So the person in charged stormed off to the back. I told the lady since he agreed to remake them then do that. She went in the back to tell him what I said and then she comes back and says that he said no. I'm reporting them to the BBB now. He was rude and nasty. I've worked in customer service and he was very unprofessional. The woman told me to call back and ask to speak to the manager. I asked her who was the guy. Delivery guy came on time which was a positive. However, the bread of the sandwich was soggy and dripping with mayo and hot sauce liquid. This was really inconvenient because they didn't include any napkins. The sandwich itself was pretty bad. The bread was too big for the contents and any potential flavor was neutralized because of the amount of hots they put on it. The fried mushrooms were decent. They seemed a bit stale. I ordered 10 mozzarella sticks (supposedly a special promotion) only half that many were delivered, which is good, because I would have struggled to choke down twice as many of the frozen, soggy cheese sticks. I have eaten here before and usually get decent food for the price. Tonight was ridiculous. I ordered from Eat 24. I ordered four cheesesteak subs and two fries. It took almost an hour and a half to arrive. I try to be understanding considering I have worked in this type of business in the past. Very inconsistent. The food, on the phone, and the delivery experience. Your never quite sure if it's gonna be good or not. Sometime the subs are great. Other times they suck. In my world, the bread makes the sandwitch. Their subrolls are decent, not great. Nothing to right home about. Also, the wings are horrible. Not sure why, but there are better wing places out there. Firstly, the restaurant refuses to customise orders and if you do manage to place your order, they will call you to enforce no delivery and provide no explanation for it. The only reason I ever ordered from this place was because this is one of the handful Halal spots delivering. Secondly, the management is arrogant and sides with their employees.
