Our neighborhood (Patapsco Woods) hosted an event and arranged for the B and F Truck to come out! Wow ! These guys worked hard making sooo many pizzas for four hours. Our family enjoyed the margarita pizza, cheese and the meatball style. So delicious with the most fresh ingredients and perfect brick oven texture. The smell on our court all Night long was heavenly. The guys working were so kind and pleasant even though they were clearly working non stop! I have been dying to try this pizza for awhile and finally can confirm for Myself that it is worth every bite of the hype!

Hippie Pizza loaded with marinated mushroom, caramelized onion, goat cheese, and arugula. DELICIOUS!

Delicious brick oven pizza! I have been following BricknFire Mobile truck for months and so glad I finally got the opportunity to try them at Fair Winds Brewery in VA. Please come back! I couldn't decide between the appetizing options, so I ordered 3 pizzas! The pizzas were made impressively fast in 3 minutes at 800 degrees. I love the pillowy crust and Neapolitan style pizza with scrumptious toppings! The Hippie was my favorite loaded up with marinated mushroom, caramelized onion, goat cheese and mascarpone cheese topped with arugula. The perfect blend of ingredients that worked to complement and elevate the flavor. The Cheese pizza wasn't my favorite and reminded me of NY style with a homemade blend of Asiago, Parmesan, Fontina, and Mozzarella Cheese. If you are a fan of NY style pizza, then I recommend getting it! I wish I stuck to my gut and got the Margarita pizza instead. Next time! My husband devoured his BBQ chicken pizza, which was the special of the day. Hopefully, it can be added to the main menu. Can't wait for BricknFire to be back to Fair Winds or another brewery in VA near me. Excited to try the Margarita pizza!

We used Brick n' Fire catering for our wedding on June 3, 2023, and it couldn't have gone better! From the very first phone call, our experience with them was nothing but respectful and pleasant. The only difficult part was choosing between all of their amazing pizzas to serve! The day of the wedding, they were very professional, their setup looked so nice, the pizza was coming out hot, and they were such a hit! Guests afterward told us how much fun it was to have pizza at a wedding, and how amazing it had tasted. It was so important to us to serve our guests food they actually wanted to eat, and the best part was that it was a fraction of the cost of the boring plated meal! We highly recommend using them for any event, or at least stopping by their restaurant for a pie!

In terms of the local area, BricknFire is way better than its competitors. I got the pepperoni pizza and it was a decent size. The pepperonis are really juicy after they cook it in their oven, and the cheese is perfectly melted. The crust on the other hand is very soft. I expected it to be more crispy at the bottom, but the texture similar to any pizza out there. However, the crust does taste good and can be eaten on its own. Pizza came out quick and tasted very fresh. The sauce doesn't taste artificial and tastes homemade. I would recommend this place, especially since they bring their own brick oven with their truck. Not many places do that.

BricknFire catered my daughter's Bat Mitzvah reception and it was amazing!

BricknFire catered my daughter's Bat Mitzvah reception and it was amazing! The food was fresh and so flavorful! Staff was kind, professional and helpful. communication leading up to the affair was smooth too. Thanks Tara for being so incredibly helpful and patient while planning everything out!!! The S'mores Buffet was great, thanks for letting us be your guinea pig! I think that the next time you should have it on wheels and bring it out to the middle of the dance floor to make it more of an event in and of itself! Have the Sterno on one side and the other recipes and fixings on another side display. ( may be safer than having to reach all over the place and more people can roast marshmallows at one time) Keep up the good work, you will likely see us again!!!

Had the privilege of trying their food truck - a brickfire oven on the trailer bed of a pickup truck. Thought it was really cool how they are able to bring out a whole oven like that. You can watch them put the pizza together and throw it in the oven for about 5-10 minutes right before your eyes. The people are great, super friendly and happy to serve. I got the Carnie, which is basically a meat lover's pizza. It was soooooo delicious. Probably one of the better pizza's I've had in the DMV. Althought it was a bit small, it was fantastic being able to taste the high quality ingredients and preparation. A splendid pizza. Highly recommend!

Very pleased all around. The pizza was great tasting - I can't remember the name but it's basically a pepperoni. The size was big and could easily be for two (though I ate the whole thing). The price was great at $11. And it is surprised me how quickly it was baked - I expected longer from the brick oven. Their service was friendly as well. They seemed like they enjoy what they do. Lastly, I appreciated that they had glass bottles of Coke and they were only $2, which seemed like a bargain from paying $3-$4 for soda at area restaurants.

BricknFire is fantastic! We have used their mobile food truck for catering twice. Once for a birthday party and again for a baby shower. Both parties were held outside and BricknFire handled everything with ease. Everything from the setup, food display, servers, and pizzas were perfect. Booking was very simple and they have a very streamlined and concise contract that makes it easy to understand what you are getting. We will not hesitate to hire BricknFire for catering again as we think it is such a fun and cost effective way to throw a large party. Thank you BricknFire!!!

Kept the work area covered keeping the focus on the pizzas that were served.

Upon entering, you walk into a full service, but small, market specializing in Italian grocery items. The ambiance was homey, perfect for a small neighborhood specialty grocery. They also have a deli counter, meat counter, hot food bar, and Italian dessert section, to name a few. They also have pizza kits to take home to make your own and pasta and other food items prepared and ready to go in the refrigerated section. The pizza counter is located in the rear of the store. They also sold other items such as sandwiches. We were greeted by a pleasant young man and ordered our Italian sausage and pepperoni pizza. Scittino's has seating to enjoy your pizza in store or outside. Our order was ready in no time. We opted to take ours to go. The pizza was fresh with a great yeasty crust. The toppings were good and ample, the tomatoes sauce fresh with just enough cheese to pull it all together. The pizza was really good. All in all, another pizza spot to add to our growing list in the area.

"My daughter, S A M," Shaw signs back, "playing guitar," as he makes hand motions. "Being able to hear that." "You don't need to. Every spring, I go to the Boston Pops." "Why?" Frank asks disconsolately. "To watch...the feeling...the musicians...to see their joy. It's enough. To see that, to share it." Watching Ava recapture physically not just the performance in her retelling but the appreciation from both musicians and concert-goers alike, Frank starts to rediscover hope, even as he and Ava try to stay alive from the killers hunting them. The appetizers, entrees, and desserts from Eataliano Market & Deli, located at 5325 Phelps Luck Drive in Columbia, Maryland, prompt similarly unexpected overflows of culinary memories and joy. Upon our first visit of what we hope will be many, my wife and I placed the following takeout order: 1 order of Baked Meatballs 2 orders of Garlic Bread 1 ten-inch Empire Pie (I requested no ricotta or extra virgin olive oil) 1 order of Rigatoni Meatballs alla Vodka 1 order of Spaghetti with Homemade Meat Sauce 1 slice of Limoncello Mascarpone Cake 1 slice of Pistachio Cheesecake The garlic bread and pistachio cheesecake alone conjured spectacular reminisces. The pizza is the best we've had in Maryland, although my wife regretted my choice of no ricotta; and we would gladly reorder our pasta dishes if we didn't have many more entrees that we want to try.

HIDDEN GEM!!!! I…read morestumbled across this place while visiting Columbia, MD. I was craving a good cheesesteak, so I did what any responsible foodie would do--I consulted Google. This place kept popping up, so I figured the internet couldn't be wrong... at least not this time. The restaurant is tucked away in what feels like a residential area, making it a true hidden gem. The parking situation, however, deserves its own reality show. Spaces are limited, and getting in and out of the parking lot felt like I was participating in an advanced driving course. The establishment offers nice seating, but don't expect a formal dining experience. You place your order at the counter and then find your own seat. When we arrived, the place was packed with people ordering and eating. That's usually a good sign, and at that point I knew we had either found the jackpot or everyone in Columbia had the exact same cheesesteak craving. Because of the crowd, ordering took a little while. The dining area was also in need of some attention--we ended up cleaning our own table before sitting down. The food took longer than expected to arrive, but as soon as I took the first bite, all was forgiven. We ordered two cheesesteaks and a personal pepperoni pizza. The cheesesteaks were absolutely loaded with perfectly grilled meat, topped with grilled onions and peppers, all served on a warm, soft hoagie roll. Every bite was packed with flavor and required at least a few extra napkins. The personal pepperoni pizza was also excellent. I'd describe it as a traditional thin-crust pizza with the perfect balance of sauce, cheese, and pepperoni. No ingredient was trying to steal the spotlight--it was a well-rehearsed pizza ensemble. As I said from the beginning, this place is a hidden gem. The food alone is worth the trip. The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5 stars instead of 5 is because of the challenging parking situation and the dining area's cleanliness and service. Fix those two issues, and this place might just become my new definition of a cheesesteak pilgrimage destination
