I discovered Wings Etc. about 2 years ago as it is primarily a Midwest sport bar wing chain. Wings Etc. was a treasure worth discovering. Wings Etc.'s menu has a variety of wing sauces that are different from Buffalo Wild Wings. Beside the wings, the menu seems to have a more Midwest type with burgers, a pork tenderloin sandwich, and rib tips. There are weekly specials such as boneless wings are 89 cents on Monday and Thursday at the time of this writing (bone-in wings are Sky high now), chicken tenders are 89 cents on Tuesdays, and shrimp is on special Wednesdays. One thing I love about Wings Etc that separates them from all other wing places is that you don't have a limit on certain sauces such as getting only to choose 2 sauces for every 10 wings and such. They allow you to get 10 different sauces for 10 wings if you like though I wouldn't recommend that for the cook. Tonight I had 16 wings and did 4 of each in Garlicky Parm, Mahalo-Que (pineapple BBQ), Asain Kick, and Hot Honey Garlic. However this location did not have my favorite sauce, Jerkin Barbie, a Carribean style BBQ sauce. Sweet tea was refreshingly sweet! One more thing, I love that the manager or owner replies to a lot of Yelp reviews. I always love feedback. Since I moved to Henderson, Wings Etc. will be one of my most visited joints on my list. read more

We used to drive 30 minutes for the big juicy wings at Wings Etc.... This last experience was hmmmmmmm.... Odd at best. There was 1 other table seated on a Saturday late lunch. 2 parties of 2 came in at the same time. We were told before we were seated, that it would be 10 minutes before they could take our order. Ummmm ok???? I strolled around to see how busy they were. 6 adults and 1 child at 3 tables in the whole place. True to her word, she came back to take drink orders 15 minutes after our arrival. Then..... after that debacle, our wings were mealy, they were mostly pink on the inside with a kind of mooshy skin. I miss the old crispy meaty wings...... read more

3rd time ordering from here. They do not understand the concept of time. "Be Ready by 12:45" means it's finished, boxed, and ready to go out the door at 12:45. 3 times in a row, 10 minutes after due time, my order still isn't ready. when your Resturant sits 200 and you have 7 people dining, no excuse except poor service. Service was very poor on a slow night. We received no drink refills as the staff vanished for a while. Also, the food was not as good as the Madisonville location. We were very disappointed. My food was pretty cold (boneless chicken wings). The side salad was very good. Maybe they had an off night, but there were only a few customers there, with the staff nowhere to be found for much of the time we were there. Great atmosphere. Service was excellent. The Wings were cooked and sauced perfect! I love the Grilled Chicken salad.

The food is good. The wait staff are thin and thus we migrate to the bar area. It's hard to beat a good bartender and their prompt service. We had some friends dining behind us in a group of 8 people and their food all came out at different times (like spread out over a 10 minute period). There drinks also ran low which is a definable "NO NO" for those of us who have waited tables in our lifetime. Our friends were not happy. Our meal was good and we enjoyed the female bartender. The food seemed to be priced well. Sadly the restaurant was only at about 5% capacity for a Saturday noon time setting. read more

I've been here quite a few times since its opening and each time it seems it gets a little worse. The food has always been good and the restaurant is always clean and tidy (it is new afterall). However, the last time we went there were two tables set at lunch time and it took easily 45 minutes to get our food, which was nothing out of the ordinary. The waitress was friendly and attentive but you could tell she was frustrated also having her three tables waiting forever for food. While I enjoy the place and the food I don't see a reason to come back. read more

Love Wings Etc. Ive been to plenty from Benton Harbor, Michigan now all the way South the Henderson, Kentucky. As always the staff is nice and the kitchen is quick and correct. This location has a great staff, the bartenders Tanya, Jade, Steph and the other guy have been very friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend this place to anyone wanting large, tasty wings with good food all for good prices. Tweener is a great sauce as is Hot Barbie and the Cajun style fries are always a nice spicy side. This is the best place to watch football/basketball games. Very inviting and fun! Great customer service. Reasonable prices for drinks and food. We spent a few hours there and got a few of their appetizers, wings, 100 oz of beer, margaritas and so much more! Their traditional wings are so good! Deff. Second visit to this location. First time was okay, nothing to write home about. This time was TERRIBLE! The person who sat us flittered around like she was confused most of the time. Kept apologizing. Finally got seated. Same person was our server. She kept saying how they were so busy. There were 9 tables seated and more than enough servers to handle everyone. The table behind us was dirty when we got there and didn't get cleaned until over an hour after that, along with most of the other tables in our section. After waiting for our food 30 min, the server walked over and said, "I did put in food for you, didn't I?" And apologized yet again. When we finally got our food, it was super greasy and mediocre. We finished our food, stacked our items neatly and placed them at the edge of the table - a sure sign we were ready to leave. Forty minutes passed and the waitress had not checked our table. I finally had to go to their computer station and get the attention of our server to pay our bill. Never going back. read more

First time here at the Henderson, KY location. It's a little off the beaten path but well worth finding. It's right behind the KFC and next to the Show Place Cinema. Nice atmosphere, and Brittany and Tonya are excellent hosts. Fried porta bella mushrooms were good. Crispy chicken sandwich and Italian beef sandwiches were really good! We'll definitely be back! If I could give this place ZERO stars I would! We went in one evening for a family dinner, my husband and 4 kids (14,12,2&1) and we had a friend need up with us. However our friend was not with us when we arrived and upon being seated in a back room with absolutely no one else in the room I had my doubts but was eager to try a new restaurant. Our server came over and upon hearing we were still waiting for someone else to join us said shed give us a few minutes to look over the menu since we were just sat. Well let me just tell you we were waiting for her to come back for 30 minutes no joke! We tried to waive servers down but were in a back room out of the way and it was as if people were going out of their way to not look at us. My husband got up and went to ask a server to please bring our server over and we still never saw her. By now our friend has been here for 20 minutes, still no server bringing the total time we were waiting up to 45 minutes! Finally we'd had enough and got up to leave and were met by a manager who actually took up for the server stating that she was probably just waiting for our other person to show up. Now I used to be a server as well but the restaurant was not busy at all and we had babies with us as well who will not be patient and we should have at least been checked on and drinks been brought and possibly go ahead and take the kids orders so they can be kept pleasant. Everything was very good (cowboy burger, dry rub wings, nachos, cheese-sticks , rib tips etc.) and some of the portions were huge! The wait staff, Tonya handled our large party with ease and was very enjoyable. I would give this place 5 stars but, I had an issue with someone else's declined credit card accidentally being billed to me because my card was swiped after theirs. Well long story short, I had a $250 pending charge on my debit card for 4 days which reduced my available balance. Staying in a hotel in town and got hungry late so I decided to get some take out from this restaurant. Ordered wings and rib tips. The wings were good but not really any different than you could get an any other restaurant or bar. The rib tips were really good. I had never seen these anywhere else and they were recommended by the bar tender as well as a patron that was there drinking. I was not disappointed. I ordered them without sauce as I enjoy the flavor of meat without having to cover the flavor in some kind of sauce. You can make anything taste good with sauce so I always skip it. They were tender and flavorful. The only thing I needed to do was add a touch of salt but that was also probably due to ordering without sauce. I really wish I was staying in the area a little longer so I would have had the chance to go back.
