Then we ordered our food and my appetizers never came out, all the food came out first when we are in the middle of the meal then we get our appetizers. Then we realized out lemon pepper wings didn't have lemon peppers on them. Our waitress was quick to getting our wings out but as soon as we bit into the wings we noticed they weren't cooked all the way. Worst Service ever!! There were 5 of us. 3 adults, 1 child and 1 infant. Asked for a high chair. Didn't receive a highchair when we were seated. Asked our waitress Elizabeth for high chair. This is my third time to have the food this month. Once was delivered, and they delivered "outside" thier area as a kindness (although I live 3 miles away). The second was a lunch. I wasn't crazy about there lunch specials as they were $7.25 and rather minimal compared to other places like Pluckers and BWW. I am now here on a Monday night for MNF. I brought my wife and she is reading a book (only likes the Cowboys, sad I know). We took part in their $.60 Tenders, and while the tenders were a good size, you could tell they were precooked to prepare for the rush. We then got a dessert, Brownie Sundae Supreme (Big enough for two), my only issue with it was that there were 2 scoops of ice cream and 5 equal size balls of whipped cream. Wings 'n More has been in the top five of my favorite Austin area restaurants for about 10 years. The best fried pickles and the best buffalo wings anywhere. Consistently good service and food. The staff has always been friendly and dedicated to getting your order right. Today Angelica served us and never stopped smiling and checking on us to ensure that all was right. The manager stopped by and visited with us to ensure that all was right. I couldn't ask for better food or service. We love the atmosphere, food, staff, and value. I'm a picky eater, so these guys do it right. They would do well if they were a restaurant chain, but they're not. Kind of like going to Cheers, where everybody knows your name. The wing and rib sampler with two sides is my favorite. We always start with a half and half of fried pickles and onion rings with ranch dressing for an appetizer. The Saturday and Sunday brunch menu is great, but I'm still hooked on thee wing and rib sampler. I just made myself hungry again. We went this Sunday before dinner time,once we arrive the host Vianey and the Hispanic manger greet us, we requested a booth and they said it will be just one minute while they clean the booth. 5 min later they give the booth to another family, we ask the host when we will be getting a table, she said the soonest we get the drinks for that table we will give a table, 15 min later and no sign of the host of the manager! What happened to this place? New management? We went last night, first time back in a few months. We love the atmosphere at WNM especially at the bar. The manager has always come over to greet us. Last night was a whole different experience. We sat for almost 20 minutes without notice. Food was 5 stars. Amazing food. However, I have been a server for 6+ years, and have never received low quality service like this before. Our server was Amber. We were left without refills for half of the time we were there, our bar drinks took over 15 minutes to come out, and upon Amber giving us our checks we realized we were charged wrong for the appetizer because on the menu it said a different price. Instead of offering to fix it, amber told me I "ordered it wrong." Throughout our visit there were other snarky remarks made, and she had very low menu knowledge. One example was me asking if there were any drink specials going on and she replied "it should be on the menu." I understand servers have bad days, been there done that, but being rude and not helpful to your guests is inexcusable. While waiting for our payments to be returned, we noticed another one of her tables had been sitting for over 5-10 minutes and she had never made it back to greet them. This place is beyond horrible! Every time I have called to have food delivered, I'm put on hold for no less than 5 minutes. The food is HORRIBLE. I don't know why I expect the food to taste better each time, when it gets worse & worse. No taste, dry meat, vegetables have no flavor and are very sponge-like and the gravy may as well be microwaved water with some flour sprinkled in it. My MAIN issue with this place, definitely the workers. Obviously the cooks leave something to be desired, but the wait staff is unbelievable. I have been in service industry for years, as well as management. Like I mentioned earlier, 10 out of the 10 times I have called for delivery, I am put on hold for no less than 5 minutes. Once they finally answer I am given serious attitude, as if I am being suuuuccchh an annoyance to them. Dining in isn't any better. Friends and I frequent wings and more on a regular. Most of the regulars are avoiding this place due to a NY Jets football fan club that meets here every game day. Extremely loud group of 25+ people chanting and yelling purposely to annoy every guest and wait staff in the restaurant. I've witness several near fights on different occasions due to a dunking over served fan club and guest who had concern about the noise level. We have been going to this place for a long time. Since we've moved haven't been in a while. We went tonight and it was a mistake ! From the moment we walked in it was off. Host was bad, no one came to our table to take our order. I had to stop the host which she rolled her eyes and walked off. Finally someone comes by, took about 12 to 15 mins. Then believe it or not the host comes by and asked if someone has been by. Now we would come to eat, drink beer, and watch what ever sport was on. One tv wasn't on the others where showing tv shows which turned us off even more. It's Sunday night you tell me what's on(FOOTBALL). Was it on ?NOPE. It is a sad note that the highlight of my visit was the fresh crisp celery served with my wings. When I order fried foods I can expect a little grease. A pool of grease in the bottom of the basket that leaks puddles of grease onto the table is far from expected. The boneless wings were cold and drenched in way too much sauce. When I mentioned what I wanted, the young lady said she wasn't aware of the name of the order because when I searched for locations, the only location available was in Bryan, Tx. Which by the way is where I first tried Wings N More. Originated in B/CS, Tx. The young lady taking the order didn't know there was one in Bryan. We were greeted & seated in relatively short order. Then our order was taken, and our basket of fries came out in about 17 seconds. They were dry and lukewarm, and we had to eat them before they turned cold. The wings and burgers were were acceptable, when they arrived 20 minutes after our fries. Why did they bring our fries so long before our wings? That's kind of weird. Usually I eat my sides WITH my food. And why did our server, a kid 20+ years younger than me keep calling me "buddy"? Pretty sure I stopped hanging with 20-year-olds before he was born. If he had stopped trying to be my pal for a few minutes, he might've figured out that a party of three uses more than 2 sets of silverware, and that we'd need more than two napkins among us since it's a WING PLACE! Great food. The chicken tenders are so juicy and good. The honey mustard is my absolute favorite. And the curly fries are just perfectly seasoned. I can't say enough about the great food. I'm not a fan of trying new things but I tried their chicken and waffles and I left the plate absolutely clean. The staff and management are great. This is a great place to catch football. I'm a Pittsburgh steelers fan and I have to say the Jets fans in this place make you feel like you are at an actual game. Great atmosphere and definitely a good place for the whole family. read more

Went in this Friday and the service was terrible. We were a big group and it seems like the staff was not ready to handle this. My food was good but many at the table got the wrong order, dry wings, food that took forever, and food that never got there. I don't blame the waiters but the managers for not knowing what the waiters can handle, too many people for one person! I never saw a manager at the table even though it was obvious it was chaotic. And this is how my story goes..... We played softball earlier today and we got a coupon for $10 off a purchase of $20 or more. No one wanted it so I took it. Me and hubby stopped by after our game. I wasn't really hungry but I could eat. Our waitress was really nice and we were seated pretty fast. After looking at the menu I felt like having shrimp and fished, blackened. So I got the fish and shrimp combo. Small size. Came with a salad and fries. My Cesar salad came out and I dug in, I live salad but this one had wayyyyyyy to much dressing. Ask anyone, I love a lot of dressing, but this salad was soaked. The waitress asked if I wanted more lettuce in my salad. I laughed and politely said no thanks. A few minutes later our entree came. The shrimp I felt was a little over cooked and the shell of the shrimp found its way in my mouth each bite. Maybe it's me?! Then I start on the curly fries. Hard. Why are they hard, they just got here. I tried my hubby a fries and they weren't hard. Oh well, I found a few that were decent, again I'm not that hungry. Then I make my way to the fish and it's good. Thank you Yeezus. Overall I wasn't satisfied but because I had a coupon and my hubby finished everything on his plate, I chose not to complain. Just horrible service. The waitstaff either forgets you are there, or just doesn't care. On multiple occassions my wife and I couldn't get another drink or the check. It sucks because the food is awesome here. But damn its frustrating. I recommend passing on this place based on sheer lazy waitstaff. WOW is all i can say about the experience I just had there! Placed an on line order for 4 of us at my office. Placed the order at 11:43. Receipt said it would be ready at 12:15. Well at 12:40, almost 1 hour after placing the order, I finally walked out with our food. Woke up wanting chicken and waffles, and was excited to see this place delivered. Sad to say will not be ordering again. Be sure to read the menu, it is a chicken tender and not friend chicken. The tender is a soft batter is not crispy. Since I had it delivered, I thought that the butter and syrup would be on the side so the waffle would still be crisp and fluffy.
