The Pflugerville location was my visit time visiting a Tumble 22. There's plenty of seating and a lot 10-12 bar spots. I'm a happy hour type of person, so I went during that timeframe. The prices were great and I was surprised at how large the chicken tenders are. You can customize your spice level for the chicken which is great! I've visited a couple of times and enjoyed the service and food each time. I have no doubt I'll return again in the future!

Love this place so much. Im so glad they opened one up north! Today is 4/20 woo! They advertised their 420 OG chicken sando today. It included queso, bacon, pickles, Frenchy fries, chicken (ofc) on a potato bun. Fairly decent given the occasion. Ths Sandwich also came with a cookie . There weren't too many people dining in. Service was very very good. Server was very attentive and knew the menu fairly well. We ordered the painless heat level 420 sandwich w/fries side, kids meal (tender w/fries side) and the hot heat level 3 boneless thigh meal w/coleslaw for the side. I love their comeback sauce.. it makes me wanna *ahem* COME BACK time & time again. Great experience and very good fried chicken. Fries were freshly fried and crunchy!! The hot heat level is just enough to make my mouth hot but not on fire. Will come back for mo' hot crispy chickens!!

Waited for the opening to die down to check out Tumble 22 in Pflugerville. I have been to the Round Rock & Cedar Park locations. Very spacious and upbeat location as you walk in. Very well stocked bar with open seating. Menu has changed a bit, but who doesn't like fried chicken. Noticed that they added Korean spiced fried chicken (which I'll try next time). My husband ordered the full size Cobb Salad with chicken (with a kick) . I ordered the 1/4 white with fries. Very well proportioned sized fried chicken that came with pickles (I'm going ask for more, because they were so good.) Well seasoned and great flavor! My husband's Cobb salad with chicken was could've fed 2 people. He loved it. We also ordered Key Lime Pie to take home. It was great. Not too sweet. We'll be back. Happy that they're in our neck of the woods.

Shopping across the way and happen to come across Tumble 22 for lunchie, we were warmly welcomed by the host, sat and our waitress had came right away! A sweetheart, she greatly took our drink order and because I had questions and was my first time at the establishment, she was nice enough to explain the menu, the levels of heat and what she strongly recommended (thank you!!). I had the two piece tenders with the third level of heat and collard greens. By the time the food came in which was fairly quick given that it was also lunch time for close by businesses, boy this place has everything locked in - from the staff, how quick they are, and very friendly. The food tho was perfect. The tenders were not as thickly breaded and the heat level was spot on. The flavor - PERFECT. The collars greens was delicious as well. I must say that I will be trying other things on their menu for sure! And to the staff, thank u for the hospitality =D

We've been to their Burnet Road location and now we thought we'd try out their newest location. Their menu is pretty easy to understand and they have a well stocked bar with a good craft beer selection. The wait staff seem friendly and well trained. Half the seating in the place is bench and the other half is barstool, including a dozen seats at the bar. I like the fact that they have extra napkins on the table, because you're gonna need them. When it comes to ordering your spice level of chicken, be careful. I got the second spice level on my half chicken and I was glad I ordered the coleslaw to cool things down. Anything past the third level is just torture. I don't really recommend the fries since they are your average starch sticks in need of ketchup. Be sure to save room for their delicious pies or a shake ( even an alcoholic shake). Those of you who are fans of Hattie B's, you'll be quite happy with this place as well. I've been to multiple Tumble 22 locations (Houston, Lake Austin, and Burnet Road), this location is newer and looks very nice inside. The place was packed with customers coming in and out. My server (Summer) was so nice and she checked up on me here and there, she has really good customer service! I ordered the Szechuan Fries with Dang Hot spice, and it came out in like 2 minutes. The fries were hot and crispy, but the chicken was cold. It wasn't spicy either and I wished they give out more chicken. The location on Lake Austin is the best location and they give you so much food for the same price.

Tumble 22 recently opened a new restaurant in Pflugerville next-door to the Costco. Wife and I decided to have lunch there today. We arrived a little after 12 and were promptly seated at a table. For the uninitiated, tumble 22 is a chicken centric restaurant. They offer sandwiches, wing, tenders, boneless and bone and chicken with various sauces. I ordered boneless thighs with Korean sauce and fries. The fries were not fresh and we're forgettable, but the chicken was pretty good although messy because of the sauce. The flavors were good. Service was very good.. They do not offer Shiner beer which is a strike against them. Give them a try.

I ordered the Tupelo hot honey chicken sandwich with a side of mac and cheese. The mac and cheese was a solid 7/10--there's a little kick that I actually enjoyed. The hot honey chicken sandwich, however... I regrettably ordered it painless (aka no spice). While it was still pretty good, it was definitely missing that heat. I mean, why come to Tumble 22 and not get spicy? That one's on me. Pro tip: it's pretty cold inside, so bring a cardigan or light jacket. Oh--and the service always rocks!

Really good fried chicken and good service. Hubby had the Korean style OG sandwich. You can't change the spicy level in this one and wasn't that spicy. His review is that it was yummy and saucy. I had the 1/4 dark with fries and Mac n cheese. The fries were probably my least fav. Chicken came hot and delicious. Had spicy level hot and felt like it was appropriately rated. To finish off our meal we tried the chocolate cream pie, solid. Buttermilk pie is our next try. I heard the devil eggs are really good! Housemade ranch: SO GOOD

Great to have one of my favorites here in Pflugerville. Allow me to tell you how delicious the food is. Chicken wings always hit the spot with me. I have done the all the heat, except the reaper one. The Mac and cheese and the greens are to die for. Great beer selection and full bar. Not much more to ask for. Clean and decorated, small area outside to sit. Matt was our server and boy was he amazing and so engaged with us. I really appreciated him. Introduced him self at the get go. Mike is the manager, and makes it a point to engage with patrons as well. All I can say is thank you for making our experience a great one, and hats off to Matt! Sorry for no food shots, I dove in asap!

This was the best Tumble 22 experience we've had in Austin in terms of the food quality and service. We dined-in as one of their first customers of this location, it did not seem like it was their first day of service at all. The food came out quick and hot, the quality of the ingredients stood out in each dish, and the staff was beyond friendly to us. The food menu prices are affordable, the drinks are well priced, and their is something for everyone on the menu. The interior design is warm and welcoming, we plan to come in more often for a drink and appetizer at the bar. The Szechuan Fries are 10/10. One final side-note, I think the spice levels could be amped up a level or two for their hottest flavors. The spicy dry rubs are often less painful to their saucy counterparts so I think the heat could be added with a heavy hand. Overall a terrific experience and a great addition to the city of Pflugerville.

Went here with a friend for lunch during the grand opening time frame and I had no idea that this was more of a fast casual sit-down place. I thought it was just fast food so the portions are huge and the sandwich was delicious. I was only able to eat half and it was fairly spicy for my liking but my stomach is not used to spice anymore. The fries were delicious and the mac and cheese was also delicious. The service was excellent and I am glad that they opened up this location in this little strip mall which also has Kura revolving sushi bar so they are up and up in this area

Good service and flavorful eats. I got my order to go we enjoyed it. Give it a try for your cheat meal as it isn't the healthiest option, but sometimes it's just an option.

This place was AMAZING! First Time, here, in Round Rock…read more A friend took me, +he ordered the "Smash Burger Mac Fries" for me. I asked for a 1/2 order of it. (I COULD eat it, ALL!) It was Delicious! (Oh, I didn't even offer some to my friend... I'm Greedy!) Ambiance was great. It wasn't too Loud OR Quiet; it felt Lively!!

Its been yearsssssss since Ive done a review on here.. that's how disappointing & gross our $52…read moremeal was. Im still looking at my plate, disappointed. I knew better when I seen buddy put a sealed bag of cooked helotes in water to warm it, that this was 50/50 on good, but DAMN. The chicken tenders, tasty. Juicy & not small. The plain is basically like eating a canes tender.. boring. The lemon pepper & bbq ones were a lil better but very light on the flavor. Like, very light. Mid at best. The sweet potato waffle fries, fkn trash! They HAD to have been warmed/prepped in a microwave bc there isnt a CRISP to be found. Soggy and undercooked. The white mac. Horrible. Bagged boiled noodles & 50 gallons of cheese sauce that has not a pinch of flavor. It was so gross. But the one that made me spit out my food & write this review was having to wring the grease outta my "Texas Toast". 1st of all why tf do you use toast to line the bottom of the chicken box & seal it up?? I rolled a tender into a piece of bread & took a bite & it was like a mouth of melted butter. I was immediately grossed out. I literally smashed & smooshed the toast, wringing it out & it was like a wet towel. Dripping w grease. That was it for me. This was a definite waste of money!! Idk how this place was so packed!!!!
