Heard they make homemade ranch and my husband LOVES a good ranch dressing so we checked it out for dinner. Good news - the ranch is on point and you can even buy bottles to take home. Bad news - service is lackluster, at best. We were seated and brought waters but never saw our server again for the duration of our meal. Service is so inattentive, we could've just walked away without paying our tab and no one would have even noticed we were gone. I had to physically leave our table every time we needed our server: once to place our order (we had been there for about 25 minutes before we put our order in), again to check on our order (we had been waiting for about 15 minutes with no food or follow up), and to finally get our check. Some instances I saw them tending to other tables, but mostly, they would be hanging out with other servers/workers who, I'm assuming, were on their break, talking and watching videos on their phones. I'm going to write this entire review as I sit in the restaurant at 3:25pm on 3/28/21 Restaurant is absolutely not very busy, I have been here during game nights, this is definitely not a busy Sunday afternoon. I'm starting this review at 5 stars and going from there. 1- we opted to sit at the bar. There was ONE LONE COUPLE sitting to our left on this (front) side of the bar. 5 full minutes passed before anyone greeted us for drinks. Not because they are busy, again, as I stated before, but because they (5 employees) were all standing at the far end of the bar talking and laughing cutting it up. One star gone. At the end of the bar to my right were four or five different servers and a bus boys all standing together complaining about their different tables & what A7 said to her and who wants to swap each other's table at 6 because they are rude, all the while in front of patrons COUNTING TIPS, complaining about wanting to go home and drink. Deduct Another star. Guy at the end of the bar talking about eating at Bills Grill & getting extremely sick, having to stop his car constantly on the drive home to vomit non stop. While people are EATING, waitresses asking him if he feels better from last night, saying he's just going to go drink water but... still came to work... deduct one HUGE star. Every single time from here until the end of the review every time I hear "god they asked me to work a double, or what the fuck?!" I'm going to just go ahead and deduct a star, So you can just take this review down to one star already because it comes out of their mouth every 2.5 minutes. Bartender took our order without writing anything down, surprisingly everything came out as ordered & she didn't miss a beat, kept our drinks full & condiments whenever requested. The kitchen made a mistake with the food we ordered but our bartender (Amanda again to the rescue) was on it in less than 15 seconds and made it right to get our food out ASAP, so she gains the star she deserves. Never have we had Amanda as our bartender but you can bet when we return we will be sure to verify that she is working. At the middle of the split in the bars was an employee...? Manager...? A Gentleman in an employee shirt, standing in between the two bars sipping his Miller light straight from the bottle as he tucked it underneath and behind the counter each time out of sight. But at the same time we had Avery, so her tag said, in her work shirt, name tag & all sitting at the bar drinking her Michelob Ultra with her lunch she's eating. I get it, I've worked in food service, but you don't sit at the bar IN your work shirt with the name tag on, drinking AT the bar. (x2 employees) Amanda was pulling double duty now while tables that were sat & no one greeted them, came to the bar asking if they had a server & why no one had been around to even take their drink orders, similar to us when we sat down. So she is now tending bar (the entire bar by herself), and now waiting the tables outside of the bar. Where were the employees that were all standing around at the end of the bar complaining about 7A & puking? Again, not sure if it's even against your rules, policy, what have you, but seeing the employees sitting at the bar in full uniform drinking, never looks good on an establishment. Period. All in all, the experience this time did not start out pleasant, we had to move to escape the wait staff & vomit discussion, waited a while to be greeted and get drinks, but the only positive was the one lone bartender, taking care of more patrons than anyone else I could count, to include her drinking co-workers too. Give that girl a raise, and seriously have an up training for both your wait staff & store managers as there is a huge disconnect between what does and does not look good for a business. read more

Found this gem of place close to work, it is kind of hidden in the strip mall. Food was excellent, pizza was really really delicious. I also got the loaded tater tots or whatever it's called it was delicious! The lunch special is great lots of food for a really cheap price! Atmosphere is great for that bar want to watch the game vibe! definitely a spot to come back to for lunch when you want a great meal for low cost! Only drawback service was really slow, we got seated but literally no one came to check with us to get drinks or anything for a good 10 minutes. Tuesday's have a special: 40 wings (boneless or bone-in) or 20 wings + 1 med 1 topping pizza for $20. I think that's a darn good deal - don't you? So how does it taste? Well - I didn't try the pizza out, but I tried both wingies out - and I gotta say I was impressed w/ the quality. Several sauces to choose from, my faves have to be the original and the sweet BBQ. I'm more of a bone-in wing fan than the boneless in general, but in this case I think I like their boneless much better. It's bigger, crusty coating, and plenty of meat. That's my recommendation. Plus you can try different sauces in lot sizes of 5 - - so if you get 20 wings you can get 4 different sauces (if you want). I like the fact that they give you plenty of ranch and blue cheese with your wingies, the ranch is very good but the blue cheese was - - meh. Not the best I've had - not blue-cheesy enough. Service was excellent, they gave me a free drink while I waited. The young ladies working the front counter (3 of them - blonde, red, and brunette newbie) were all very nice and accomodating. This is our favorite place to go for wings and keto pizza! It's one of the few places that offers a cauliflower crust and it's really good. One of my favorite places to eat. My standard order is 8 boneless wings with half sunset BBQ and half raspberry chipotle although my daughter usually ends up eating at least three of them. There are tv's all around and Wings is the best spot for Fantasy Football viewing right after church. In the off season, my son and I enjoy playing trivia against the crowd. Three years ago,the service dramatically improved and they followed up with an expansion of the facility. So we frequent this restaurant, but not any longer the service sucks especially when you're trying to get something rectified that is there issue not the bank. My bill was 43.31 for our lunch and they charged me 51.31 for it and I left a generous cash tip to the server. I call to rectify the situation and they stated my bank takes 20% out and then they put it back, what moron of a manager or person on the phone tells you that. Absolutely disgusting! I placed a pick up order and when I got home (5 min drive) the bone-in wings were cold and soggy. Soggy to the point that it looked like sagging geriatric skin. Horrible. Then the queso tots had a long hair in them. No way it could have been one of ours because it was intertwined within the tots and queso. So that was fun. But my favorite part was that in order to receive a refund, they wanted me to BRING THE FOOD BACK! Some other person (not our server) ran past and threw 2 blended margaritas on our table. We asked our server, when we caught her again, for the Margaritas on the rocks. My party of 8 came all the way down from Waco because every restaurant was around 45min-1 hour wait and were very rude, We were coming down here to buc-ee's anyways after eating so i remembered about this place and how great it is & called ahead to ask about the wait, they let me know there was no wait and we can just come by, lady on the phone was super nice. We got there and we were seated right away!! This was my 1st time here. This is a typical pizza wing joint. I like the fries they were tasty and had a good amount of seasoning on them. They have a little salad bar, but it has a good amount of things on it. I didn't taste the pizza, but it seemed to be pretty popular. I did get the Lemon Pepper wings. They were good; however, they to me needed to have more seasoning on them. The wing itself was good. I am use to having more Lemon pepper taste to mine though. They had plenty of flat screens to watch the games on there is a front seating area and a rear area. The front part to me was more family friendly not sure about the back i seen more grown people back that way. They do have a lot of things to choose from on the menu board (means i have to go back to try it all out, LOL). It does seem to be roomy, so that was nice. They do bring your food to your table and what i really liked is that instead of getting little cups of ranch sauce, they were not stingy they give you a whole container so you can have at it.
