I ordered my wings with the wet cajun sauce and it tasted like a medium buffalo with a little added spices. The celery and bleu cheese on the side were fresh and complimented the hot, crispy wings perfectly. The curly fries were insane!! I have been going to this restaurant forever! The food is always amazing and fresh, and the only reason for 4 stars is the wait time and seating area. The restaurant has two high top tables in the bar, four tables close to the check in station, and 8-10 in the lower level. We always get the Curley fries...such a great starter and a must before the wings. We split 16 wings, so we could each get our own flavor but not have to get 10 wings each. Since Covid the tables are very spread out. There are times when a line is out the door to get in. No need to look at the menu, we want the wings : Cajun, extra hot, (spicy), crispy and wet. My personal favorite wing spot in Pittsburgh. Nothing glamorous, just an amazing place for wings, fries, a drink, and good company. My dad took me and my brothers here regularly as we were growing up, and over the last 20 years, it has stayed consistently yummy and unpretentious.
