Just moved to the area and decided to give this place a try. Awful!!!! First of all, the food was not at all good for the price. Even worse we found a hair in our food!!!! Then, when we called to let them know they asked me to describe the hair, THEN proceeded to tell me that "no one here has that kind of hair.". BEFORE I finished giving my description. I'm so grossed out and am seriously thinking about reporting them to the health department (my good friend is an inspector) and having them looked into. I ordered naked wings, cheese pizza, a white pizza, and a vegetable pizza for a large group of us working on setting up for from later that evening. Everything was great. The wings were big and juicy and perfectly done! The pizza was delicious. I tried the cheese and vegetable and the crust was nice but the flavors on the vegetable pizza was awesome. Everyone was happy and enjoyed the meal and we kept commenting him good it was. Not a drop was left. Also person on phone who took our order was very nice and patient and helpful and sent us plates, silverware, and napkins since we didn't have anything with us. I love their wings. Best wings in town in my opinion. They're large and meaty, and I really like all the sauces I've tried. The storefront is rather grungy, they've always been polite and I've liked what I got. I always go back to them for wings. The corn nuggets are good too, and the ranch fries (though just sliced ham, not bacon like the description says - but they're still tasty). Cute experience overall. I ordered from them on GrubHub and waited and waited and waited. Called them after an hour and forty-five minutes. The guy on the phone rudely informed me that they don't deliver to my address. So they obviously registered for my area as a business BUT even if it were a mistake - they processed my order, took my money, and then didn't even call me to tell me that my food would never be coming. That combined with all of the gross reviews (that I've now read because of my terrible experience) should be a pretty good sign that you should stay away. Keep your money, save yourself from gross food, and avoid the terrible customer service. read more

I have never left a review on anything but this was such an awful experience I had to share. I ordered two pizzas and some sides. One meat lovers pizza was delivered as a veggie supreme. For the other pizza we ordered a white sauce pizza with some toppings. We received a plain cheese pizza. I called the restaurant and they offered to replace the meat lovers pizza (still haven't received it almost two hours after ordering). The white pizza they said was our fault because they don't offer customization through online orders...even though there is a substitution/comments box and they will customize if you call or walk in (which isn't posted anywhere online). I told them I would be willing to accept a correct pizza or my money back and he refused. I asked to speak with a manager. He said he was the manager. When I tried talking to him further, he yelled at me insisting it was my fault for ordering wrong and that he had to get off the phone. So now I'm out 60 bucks, pizza my kids won't eat, I lost a significant amount of time and I still have to figure out something for dinner. Worst. Restaurant. Ever. read more

Believe EVERY bad review about this place; especially the ones that refer to the lack of professionalism by management and poor customer service. They are absolutely accurate. If I could have rated this place a zero, I would insist I allow to go further and rate them -10. I don't know what business school they went to that has informed them it's acceptable to advertise and accept payment for one product, and then produce another in it's place that you declare to be "your version of it". "Your version of it" is equivalent to saying, "we don't have it, but here's something like it ". And that's not what I or anyone else pays for. If they don't have a particular product, they should just say they don't, rather than offer something that is CLEARLY not the same, and then saying it's the same. Management here, doesn't care about their brand or quality, or facts and reason for that matter, they care about making a buck anyway they can, dishonest or not. I ordered a chicken wrap with a carrot cake tonight around 10 pm. I've eaten the wraps before and noticed this one was really skimp. The wrap was under prepared with minimal sauce. It was stuffed with mainly overcooked onions and bits of chicken inside. I was hungry so I ate it. I came to the carrot cake which I really wanted. There was a hair on the frosting. Approximately 1 inch long and black. Called and the owner said it was not possible at all. He said he prepared my order personally. Then he said he doesn't make the carrot cake so there isn't anyway that a hair can get in the cake. He started talking over me. All I wanted to let him know is that there was a hair on my food. I asked that he stop arguing with me and that I would drive over to show him as he suggested. I didn't want my money back, I just wanted another carrot cake. I get there he still tells me I'm lying and didn't want to see where the hair was. He finally looked and that this point I'm boiling inside because I do not have straight black hair. He took the cake and said I guess I have to take your word for it while walking away from me. I told him he did not have to believe me but to give me another cake. Long story short. We ordered our food last night. A gyro salad, a turkey wrap and a bacon cheeseburger with fries. The order took about an hour and 20 minutes to be delivered and we live 7 minutes away. When the food arrived the fries were cold, as if they sat out for the whole hour and 20 minutes. We called to inform them and they guy that answered began yelling and hung up the phone. I called from another number and attempted to explain and the guy began yelling again and hung up the phone. We procceeded to drive there and inform the guy that we just wanted our money back , the guy in the front was actually the delivery guy and the guy he hung up the phone initally wouldnt even come out to address the issue. When he finally came around the corner we again told him that he lacked customer service and we would never order from this establishment again. We asked for our money back abd he told us "NO" & proceeded to call the police and tell them "a young black guy was trying to fight him and he needed the police". My brother is retired Navy so needless to say we were shocked and appalled. When the police arrived we explained the situation but legally they couldn't make him guve us our money back. Just moved to the area, we were very hungry after unloading the moving truck, so we gave the only place open a shot, upon walking in the place looks horrible!!!! Cracked floors, filthy Windows and doors, well the looks matched the service and the food! We asked the in inviting guy at the door what he recommended, he replied, "whatever you feel like I guess." Way to make a sale!!!!! If I told a guest that I'd be fired on the spot! I guess he couldn't recommend anything because he himself doesn't like it either!!! We ordered 1- 6"inch cheese steak, had no cheese, 1-6"inch meatball sub and 2 orders of fries, $27!!!! However there was a sign that read 1 -6"inch sub with fries and a drink $9.99 !?!?!?
