Lately the food quality has been going downhill. Last two times the food was cold, one time so cold I had to send it back. I like to do the dry rub and sometimes they shortchange it so much I can hardly taste it. Often the servers are disinterested and don't seem very cheery. Last time I went there I was particularly annoyed with a dumb rule of theirs. I was doing a take out order for a coupe people. I started with a 24 piece traditional order. They said I could only pick two sauces. I then asked if I could do 2 twelve piece orders and do two different sauces for each. They said that would be ok.......at Buffalo Wild Wings I can do orders with several sauces in multiples of 5. This will probably be my last visit here for a while. My last three visits have been terrible so I think it is time to take a break and start going to Buffalo Wild Wings where the food at least is always hot and I can get more sauces. I give two stars because they were once much better. I hope that changes and they become good again. read more

Worst. Service. Ever. A cashier named Brittany took the order for my takeout order. Proceeded to get the order wrong and I found out after I got home. We called and the manager is the cashier's (Brittany) husband. The order wasn't right and he was going to credit the money on our account for the wings but not the fries. Eat here pretty often. Great wings, fries, and onion rings. Love the blazin gold and lemon pepper sauces. And they always have a variety of sports on - just ask and they will turn on the game you want. Wish it was possible to see a menu on your phone - can't find one on here or Facebook and the one on the website doesn't work on mobile devices. read more

We love wings to go!! Their description online says that it is a "no frills" restaurant. While this is true, they do NOT lack character. The restaurant has fun sports memorabilia everywhere and, although I'm far from a sports fan, it gives the dining area a fun, casual atmosphere that is perfect for families, college kids, and folks just looking to relax. The portions are always generous, the restaurant is always clean, and the employees are very helpful. Today my 4year old and I dined in at an odd time, not during lunch rush, and still received wonderful, fresh food and amazing service. The cashier came out and changed the channel on the tv for us to something child appropriate (family guy was originally on) and made sure that we had everything we needed. The kids meal that my daughter always gets is generously portioned and the chicken strips are not the frozen crap most restaurants serve. I stick to the ragin Cajun sauce for my wings---it's a delightful mix of Cajun seasonings and traditional hot wing sauce. Also, for the record, we have had much better luck at this location than at the one off of Red Wolf Blvd. This location is usually not as crowded, is cleaner, and the service is Just better overall. Its a little out of the way during lunch traffic, but it is worth the drive!! read more

Really bad service. 15 people in the entire restaurant and took 40+ minutes to get 12 wings (pretty much the only thing they make). Over-heard the manager yelling many times (probably for good reason, but extremely unprofessional). Grew up eating this place and hate to see what its become. Awful. Ordered online for a pickup time one hour later as we would be out before then. Wings were cooked immediately after order was done online. No one bothered to look at our desired pick up time- wings were hard, dried out and chokey. I asked manager on duty and she didn't even say sorry. They were over priced and gross. We threw out most of them. Very sad about this and it was pretty expensive- not a .60 night! Never again! The "Wings to Go" near Academy is a better choice if you are in the area. This location had slow service and 2 of our orders did not even have the amount of wings we ordered. We waited an hour for our food and it was cold when it arrived. This seems strange since we were the only customers in the restaurant. read more

The wings are good, but last time I went I got garlic parmesan wings and they barely had any sauce so I asked for some extra sauce. I was informed that it would be $.50 for a small cup of sauce for my wings. Really? Put some sauce on them and I won't need to ask for more. read more

We love their buffalo hot wings. But some of their people need to learn how to handle food properly. At one time, I was waiting for this girl to fix my order. This girl, I cant remember her name it's probably Sarah. She was on the register and when I told her I didn't have the fries, she used her bare hands to fix my order.
