My order was wrong so I called the guy told me to come up here and they will make my order up. When I came up there, the lady who stated she was the manager had an attitude and was very rude. So I've recently kept seeing videos about trying Wingstop on TikTok, YouTube, and Twitter; I decided to try Wingstop for the first time when I had the chance. I placed a mobile order and it said that the estimated wait was 16 - 21 minutes, so I decided to wait for my order; the lobby tables weren't fully clean because there were papers and food on the table. The cashier, I think it's the manager, was rude as fuck; that's because she's black and didn't care. She was rude to the new DoorDash employee for literally no reason and didn't even apologize. While my wait time was over, I went to her and asked her about my mobile order; she was on the work phone for 3 minutes talking to her friend; after that, I asked her about my mobile order, which should be ready; she told me "They're getting ready to get your food." I waited 47 minutes just to get my food. The only 5-star they should get is their food. I recommend trying Zaxby's next time. read more

My family and I stopped in at the Jonesboro location because we had never been to a Wingstop before. As we entered the location, The cashier, whom had a look of being annoyed to have anyone coming in, informed us that the lobby was closed so we had to order and leave. She was rude and cussing the whole time we were ordering, luckily my kids are well past the impressionable stage of life. We had to stand and wait approximately 20 minutes to receive our food, while holding the trash from getting our drinks and trying not to stick to the floor everywhere we stood. When we finally received our food, it was basically just thrown in a bag and handed to us. I only gave this location a single star because you are unable to leave no or half a star. The food was good, but we had 3 missing orders of fries and our honeymustard was missing also. We checked our receipt and it told us we paid for everything when we in fact did not get everything. Our host was Davoyia and she was nice but when we called back she said that she would do something about it for us and hung up the phone. She never called back after that and we did not get our refund, the morning after and I still have not gotten and refund nor a call back. Very disappointed. The place was also very loud and caoutic. I went to WingStop yesterday (Saturday Oct.7) as a way to celebrate my birthday which was 3 days ago. I chose to go to Wingstop because of all of the hype it was getting. Now THIS is when the disappointment happened for me, It took 2-3+ hours just for me to get my food. I went in and ordered at 5:51 I finally got my food at 7:03, mind you all I had ordered was "Lemon Pepper Wings", "Garlic Parmesean Wings", and Regular Fries. When I got my order they STILL MESSED IT UP, all that was misssing was my GPW. Yes, all offense to WingStop but the food was straight TRASH . The LPWS tasted like chicken wings with just pepper seasoning with a lemon squeezed on it, The GPWS looked like a dry plain chicken nugget with just a squint of Parmesean poured on it. When compared to the other places to get wings in town (e.g. BWW, Wings To Go), Wingstop is solid and I was pretty happy with my lunch. No reason why it should not get a decent crowd especially during the lunch rush. Found out it opened last month and I went with a group for lunch since I was not familiar with the franchise. Normally I wouldn't do a review of a chain but someone has to compete with Buffalo Wild Wings, right? I actually don't find anything wrong with BWW but I just like options! Stopped in for lunch and I got an 8-piece boneless wing combo. I noticed that the person at the register said, "It will be out in 9 minutes." That was oddly specific so I decided to secretly time them. It came out in 8 minutes and 15 seconds!! Because of that, it definitely gets at least a four-star review. Overall, I was pretty happy about the food except for a couple really small things that I noticed. First, the sizes of my boneless wings varied a bit more than at other wing places that I have been to. There were a couple that were definitely as big as BWW's boneless wings. Some were medium. I also had one really small piece that looked like it had broken off of another piece and it was clear that this was called a wing. I thought that my fries were a little over-salted too. I was kind of shaking it out. Next time I might actually request little or no salt. That said, I thought that the food was good and the sauces on the wings were on par with any other place. The cajun sauce has a pretty big kick to it! I'll probably go again at some point. Great place to stop in for lunch or grab something quick. However, if I'm feeling wings and looking to settle down to watch a game with a group of friends I'll probably look next door to BWW. read more
