This place has been around Jonesboro forever. Its always busy. We have been loyal customers for many moons & still continue to hit it up every now and again. Its had its ups and downs, changing of products have mostly been terrible decisions when it comes to quality, but its still a much better wing spot than many in the area. I tried the Hawaiian BBQ wings. They were okay, I'd try a new flavor next time. I've never had that flavor anywhere before so I wouldn't degrade them based on the flavoring. I also tried the fried New York cheesecake for the first time. I wasn't a fan of it, I thought I'd try it since I love cheesecake. My bf liked it so it's an acquired taste. I don't like that I had to pay $22 for 8 wings and a fried cheesecake especially because on their website it was $5 and DoorDash said it was $10 for one but I guess prices just have gone up and they haven't changed the menu on their franchised website vehicular I can kind of understand. My mother went to wings to go in Jonesborough last night and she said it was the worst meal she had ever had. It was the most money she had ever spent on a meal SHE DIDN'TEAT. The food was terrible and the service was terrible. People received dishes that they had not ordered. Nobody asked for refills the whole time they were there. They had to wait an hour and a 1/2 before they even had their orders taken. And at the end of it, all they tried to overcharge them and completely messed up their receipt 3 times. Pretty enjoyable wings. I stopped here on a humbug. The staff was very patient with me as I had to call back to my aunt's house to ask my mom if she wanted anything. (Don't worry. I stepped out of the line.) Yeah there is a wait but I'm cool with that because in my mind, it makes for fresher food. The flavors were great. I really enjoyed the wings and the garbage fries. This wings has been a staple for our friend church group for years now, the wings there are excellent and I especially like the homicide wings. I have Carolina reaper powder that I use to give them an extra kick!!!! And the atmosphere is also exquisite with with games rolling and plenty of room inside and out to socialize with friends!! Stopped by Wings To Go for lunch. Clean facilities, customer service was very good, but I really felt like the food was average at best. I had a 12 piece boneless wings, with waffle fries, and a drink. I opted for the extra hot sauce or flavoring and it just wasn't that. I know this is subjective, but at most wings places this particular sauce would have been just a slight notch above Mild. Also, the chicken and breading on them just didn't have a lot of taste, and neither did the waffle fries. It was okay, but nothing that I would look forward to going back for. Maybe I should have ordered the bone-in wings for more flavor, but it was lunch time and I was trying to avoid mess. If it had been an evening or weekend I would have gone through a roll of paper towels if necessary. Sorry Wings To Go, you are average at best. IMO read more
