Listen. The wings might've been overcooked once or twice for some folks. But this quality of food is rare especially from a lesser known spot in willow grove. The staff is friendly and playful. Dude gave me a free drink just for ordering twice in one week. You don't get that quality of human. And they're accommodating. I order a Caesar salad and boneless wing combo and sometimes they just charge me less and don't even know it's me ordering and I go WEEKLY since I found This place. Literally the best chicken in willow grove and in a couple months they're adding whole wings!? Couple that with the beer being cheap and them ALWAYS having sports on in the establishment the ONLY reason I'm not giving a 5:5 is because nothing in America is perfect. So I have been using this place for years. It's close by and they had nice staff. Staff/ownership changed... meh not the best but I looked beyond that. Wings were still good. Yesterday I went and got 24 wings. When he gave me the bag it did not feel like 24 wings. I get home and the wings are literally smaller than my finger. The meat was so minimal on each wing. WOW. Where do I begin. First of all, I normally go to the Fairless Hills location which is outstanding. But being that it's New Years Day, they were closed and for some reason this location was opened. I ordered Hot n Honey traditional wings and Hot n Honey boneless wings. The normal "Wings To Go" Hot n Honey was not what I got in my order. I then asked the man behind the counter to please give me some buffalo sauce so I can even out the taste because what I received was just a honey-based sauce. He said that it would be $2 for a small cup of it but it's a $10 minimum for card. I said I only had my card so he started to shake his head in disgust but gave me the hot sauce anyway. Made me feel very uncomfortable... I asked for my wings to be extra crispy and they were soggy. The boneless wings were little nuggets?!?!? The Fairless hills location gives HUGE wings! Just not a good experience but I will definitely be returning to the Fairless Hills location! I think if I didn't have such high expectations based off of FH location- I wouldn't be so disappointed here. Just don't go here. read more

I asked for a side of ranch for my boneless wings and the woman at the counter was like yes that is going to be $1.50. This side of ranch was about 2 tbsp.. I got the chicken tenders and the garbage fries - the chili wasn't so great on the fries so one star off - the flavors on the fries dish was very good - the chicken was perfect -crispy and juicy and the Asian fusion sauce was great - have not tried wings yet - but the food to price ratio , I got , would have me eat there again . read more

Ordered via door dash, all the food was great but the female manger hung up on my wife and I 3 times when we called to say there was no sauce or garlic in the wife's garlic Parmesan boneless wings. The manger Immediately started elevating her tone of voice on the phone and interrupting in midsentence as not to let either one of us finish speaking and when she realize that we were not allowing her to bully us on the phone she hung up on us. When all we did was call and try and explain the situation and try and peaceful work out the situation. She also tried to blame door dash for loading the order in the bag upside down and having sauce all over the plastic bag that had 4 orders of boneless wings and one of them was loaded upside down, and the bag tied shut by the merchant. I usually go to the Feasterville location . Which is always great from the customer service to the food. I tried this location because I was in the area. Big mistake. The boneless wings are more like little chicken nuggets. Not very good and a weird texture about them. Would not recommend going here. I think they just use cheaper quality chicken. You can order a Buffalo chicken cheesesteak one day with blue cheese on the side and they won't charge you extra, and the next day they want to charge you 85 cents for getting something on the side instead of on the sandwich. Don't waste your time or money. They're nice in there and probably mean well, but the wings are just not that great. They're too small, the sauces aren't that great, and they only take cards for orders above 10 dollars. The sauce was as thin as water when I got home with the wings.
