My friend and I just returned from having a FANTASTIC lunch at the Longhorn Steakhouse in Warrington PA. Our server, Janette B, was wonderfully attentive and responsive to our every need. We both agreed that she is one of the VERY BEST servers we have ever had. And now, the specifics. Of course we began with the loaf of honey wheat bread. It was soft, warm, and very satisfying. We then enjoyed the white cheddar stuffed mushrooms. While I have had them many times before (they continue to be a favorite), this was the first time for my friend. She LOVED them! Our salads were next. My friend had the mixed greens and I had the Caesar salad. Both were flavorful, fresh, and wonderfully chilled, and heaping over the tops of the salad bowls. We had to bring half of them home. And then came the entrees. Oh my! My friend enjoyed her cheeseburger which was perfectly cooked and so loaded with toppings, she had to remove some of them to eat it. She said it was very flavorful and cooked just the way she liked. Because it was my birthday, I splurged and got the outlaw ribeye and seasoned fries. Oh man, both were mouthwateringly DELICIOUS!!! The steak was perfectly charred and cooked (medium rare) all through out, and the seasoning was spot on. I did NOT have to add any salt, pepper, or sauce, for the steak flavor was perfect just the way they prepared it. And my fries were a heavenly delight - seasoned well but not over done - no ketchup or added salt needed on these tasty guys! I ate half and boxed up the rest to take home. Last, but not least, came the gorgeous strawberry and cream shortcake dessert (I brought half of this home, too). But to our surprise, they also brought out a long-stem glass filled with a gigantic ball of vanilla ice cream drizzled with caramel and chocolate sauce, and garnished with whipped cream. On top was a lit birthday candle. It was on a large platter with the words Happy Birthday written in chocolate sauce! What a wonderful and thoughtful birthday surprise!!! I wish we had thought to take pictures of each food item as they came out, but we didn't think of it until the desserts. We will remember next time! Early on, we had notified our server that we wanted a leisurely lunch, and she gave us all the time we wanted. I'm from NJ, and I came down to visit my family for my birthday. My family and I went there for dinner and it was my birthday. We sat down and waited at least 20-30 minutes with noone acknowledge us. Our so called server Ashley, made eye contact with me and greeted another table that came in after us unacceptable. She was gathered together with two other servers chatting with the back to us and she didn't even have the dignenecy to come over greet us and said hello at least, no one I mean no one did. My mom even asked me, did that couple ( they) get sat after or before us? That's was sat next to us, and I said after they got greeted first and right away but we didn't and we sat down before them wtf Our server Ashley needs to be retrained she doesn't know her shit, You're supposed to greet within 30 seconds and drinks with in a minute. I am one as a server, who knows who's been in the business for 40 plus years and works personally for Darden knows the ropes better than these little twits that work here. We didn't even get a chance to eat a good delicious meal or even get anything no bread no drinks, NADA, because we didn't even get greeted. Ashley needs to be more attentive and efficient on top of her tables and section. It is not the host or hostess job to tell the servers when they get sat, it's your section, your table, your responsibility to keep on top of it duhhhh I always say if the server gets to overwhelmed by to many tables then don't give them extra or a lot of them if they can't handle it. I called to talk to the manager bout it, he was an ASSHOLE acted like he didn't even care, and I had more knowledge o and about the situation than he did. He said the server and the people next to us said we went to the bathroom, we never went to the bathroom and we never left the table until we got up and started walking out, we were walking out is because we never got greeted LIARS! As I was walking out, I told the host up at the host stand, hey I just wanted to let you guys know you sat all of us at a table and a server never came over after 20 to 30 minutes but greeted someone then came in after us no way jose, and we left and walked out. The signs on the outside were broken and the lights were out also when I was walking out and my nephew noticed it also. I called corporate and I'm going to the director of operations, I reported him and the server Ashley and who knows probably not going to have a job anymore. The worst experience I've ever had in any restaurant. The only good thing bout the experience was the host and hostess. They greeted us and said their good byes and cared more is then any other person there. Plus We have had better experiences here during lunch service there then dinner. Fuck that place and the peeps that work there. Thanks for ruining my birthday, jerks. We will never come back or return to this shit hole. read more

Just had a fabulous lunch today 12-30-25. The specials are amazing deals and well worth the weekday visit. The steakhouse burger was really good , think it may have even been a fresh unfrozen burger as it was so tasty. The potato bun was also warm and super fresh. The chicken sandwich was very large and cooked perfectly. The service was great even though a server called out and took an extra day off. The French onion soup was far better than I remember in the past , I would definitely recommend the French onion soup... especially since it is included in the lunch special. read more

It has been so long since I had been, I thought this was my first visit and funny I found my review here. I thought this time dining experience was better. Appetizer bread was average served without knife but we managed. I liked their butter! And I ordered sirloin, corn on cob, green mix salad, shrimp lobster soup. Except corn had lack of taste, everything else was pretty decent. And price was very affordable for steakhouse.. even cheaper for lunch compared to Texas or outback I felt. We stopped at this place after returning from a three hour trip from Maryland so we were super tired! It was a Friday about 4p so there was no wait. We were shown to our table and honestly, my only real complaint about this place was.....no one was friendly.... Our waitress was dry, not overly rude but no smile, no warm greeting, NO eye contact UNTIL.....I asked to have the skin taken off my salmon. She actually took a step back, thought about it then said "no" (actually she asked it like a question). I said "well can you ask please?", being over polite but when she came back she told me that it "wasn't allowed". My friend Is a chef and I've watched him do it in 30 seconds but no big deal. We both ordered the salmon and, lo and behold, both had their skins removed. I don't know if she asked, I doubt it, but like I said, no big deal. The food was really good! Huge portions, tasty, lots of flavor! Everything is well decorated with a cowboy/old west theme. The restrooms were clean and so was the parking lot! My favorite restaurant of all time, and why not, steak, baked potatoes, bread and butter- all the things I love. It's also not breaking my bank or wallet. The last few times I came- I was completely satisfied with the customer service and food. I usually get the flo filet with a loaded baked potato and a ceaser salad, and it's always so good. My daughter really likes this location and so do I. The kids meals are also a nice price, so it gives my girl more choices if she orders two meals. I definitely recommend this place! read more

Wow, this place wasn't great to start, and has gone downhill even more than the last two times we tried it. (The last two times they got our meals very wrong, then offered to send gift cards, which they failed to do.) This (last) time the broccoli was undercooked, and the baked potato was drastically overcooked, with the incorrect toppings. Mashed potatoes were wet and lumpy (and in no way reflected real potatoes.) The very thin filet steak was saltier than a mouthful of seawater. Never again will we waste our money here. read more

We was in Longhorn with my family the manager was rude, our children were playing and running around in circles and he was so mad.

I came here with my family and we had a great time. When we arrived we had to put our name in, but we didn't have to wait long to be seated. Our waiter promptly came and took our orders. To start off we had the Wild West Shrimp and the Texas Tonion. Both were good, but the batter on the onions could have had a little extra seasoning. For my main meal I had the rack of ribs with corn on the cob as my side. Let me tell you... these ribs were textbook definition of fall of the bone! We had appetizers of onion petals and stuffed mushrooms. Our salads Cesar and House were large and fresh. Our potatoes sweet and regular were properly cooked and tasted very good. The ribeye steak was very average. Thin, mildly tough, and a touch spicy. The steak was of lower quality. The salmon my guests had rated an 8 out of 10. No major complaints but slightly above average. LongHorn is a chain. I have been here over the years and find the steaks consistently are not that great. We LOVE Longhorn!! Their spinach dip is the best we have ever had anywhere, seriously recommend!! Also, their parmesan crusted chicken is so moist and flavourful. The first time I went to LongHorn was when I visited my Dad in Palm Bay Florida. That location was great. And a year later after my Dad passed away, I was so happy to find out there was a location on Long Island. My husband & I decided to celebrate my Dads Birthday there. We were able to sit at the bar (which we prefer). The Bartender was so Awesome! Long story short... they were obviously so short handed that She was doing practically Everything outside the kitchen! (Hello Corporate- she needs a raise) We ordered everything we had at the Florida location, and it All was yumo (the warm bread is a necessary opening act). Best part of the evening... That crazy busy Bartender actually heard my husband and I toast "Happy Birthday" , and brought us a bowl of vanilla ice cream with a chocolate drizzle (my Dads FaVorite) and said I heard your celebrating a birthday. I have to give this one location five stars. They absolutely do everything right here. The Managers Jesse and Brian are the best. Since I'm on a special low sodium diet they make sure my food is prepared as requested. Also Jeanette, Megan, and Meridith are the best servers/bartenders that you could ask for. Our steaks are always cooked as ordered and so tender. The sides are done well and the salad is crisp and fresh. And I need to say it is probably the best burger around. No other taste this good. Beginning with a warm loaf of fresh bread and a cool glass of iced tea, we are never disappointed with the evening fare! Try the masterfully prepared wings - coated with a delicious rub that requires no additional sauces! They're not too greasy or spicy, but super flavorful, and a recent new favorite. The staff is pretty new, so service is sometimes a hit or miss (found a piece of plastic in a salad once, and had to send back a rare steak for re-firing to medium well), but they're always friendly. The chocolate lava cake is also amazing, however the last two times it was way overdone. When done right, it's impossible to beat! read more

She was very friendly and knew the whole menu. After putting our drink order in we got hot honey wheat bread that came with butter. For my entree I ordered the Parmesan Crusted Chicken- and it was to die!! The chicken brest was juicy and the creamy parmesan, provolone and garlic cheese crust was so tasty! I know this is a steak house but this is the 2nd time ordering this and I will jeep ordering it because it is that good. I ordered it with a baked potato and that was also very tasty. My dad and mom ordered the 12.99 special and that filled them up. There special came with a Cesar salad, 8 oz sirloin and another side. But the calories, calories from fat, trans fat, cholesterol sodium, and carbs in everything is so outrageous and I think that they should make a change to the recipes to the foods they prepare in this establishment because some people do have health problems that they need to take care of and it's very important that we meet our dietary needs everyday and not compromise our health by eating the wrong thing. I think that they should start by adding much more healthier food options and desserts that everyone can come and enjoy there. I would love for them to start adding the impossible burger, vegan cheese, vegan ranch dressing cauliflower wings, vegan pepperoni pizza vegan Daiya cheese, vegan pizza sauce and other certified vegan options. I tried writing to corporate but for some reason it would not go through. Kept saying forbidden request? My wife got a babysitter to watch our son and asked where I wanted to go for my birthday. I asked to go to Longhorn bc I had a free birthday dessert and a gift card to spend. Let me just tell you my wife has been working a new job with very very long hours and I know she didn't want to go out but she wanted to do something nice for me. I was already having a hard day because just a few hours earlier we got some devastating news. We were hoping it would be a celebratory dinner but unfortunately it ended up being a "pick me up"dinner, and I couldn't have asked for a better "pick me up" meal/experience! Meredith, our server, was a fresh breathe of air. She was so incredibly patient and sweet. She made us feel like she wanted us to get the best Longhorn experience possible. We explained how we don't get out very often and wanted to wait to put in our meals bc we wanted to enjoy our appetizer a little. She timed everything so perfectly, checked in on us at the perfect times, and always made sure our drinks never ran out. She always said no rush, and we truly felt she meant that, even on a busy Friday night. The salad was ok, mostly due to the unusually small cut tomatoes & cucumbers. And the greens were not cut at all, very large. Flavor was good though.
