We arrived and were seated at 5:20 pm tonight. The table was dripping wet and the menus were stuck to it. I told a server that and asked for napkins to dry it off which she handed me. We placed an order for cheese curds as an appetizer along with 4 dinner items. At 6:00 pm, the appetizer was brought out along with our meals. One burger was on a broken bun and fell apart as soon as it was picked up. One was barely even warm. The boneless wings were like a rock. I had to flag down someone to get silverware since our server never returned to our table. The place was only about 1/3 full so not as if they were too busy. There was an extra charge on our check which luckily I caught. Just a miserable experience from start to finish. Never again! read more

Unfortunately this location has declined rapidly over the past several years (they were headed there pre-Covid). It got to the point for us that we stopped dining in because the service was so poor. I don't blame the service staff though; however, if you have one person serving every table and bartending....it's a recipe for disaster. They were at least consistent with take out and typically had a few people assigned to that. So preordering online was simple and the food was almost always good. That sadly has changed as well. It has become the norm for food taking 20 - 30 minutes longer than the 45 minute time quoted when ordering. And not only is it slow, the food has been cold. At first we thought it was due to the ten minute ride home, but the last time we tried food in the parking lot and it was barely warm. We've crossed this restaurant off our list for good. read more

This time our takeout order took almost an hour during an off peak time. Yet someone who placed their order 10 minutes prior was served first? Okay, maybe the wings are good. Nope. One order was boneless wings (with a ton of breading), and one order was traditional bone in. The traditional bone in wings were so dry I could tap on the drumstick and you could hear it! That's not edible! Very little dressing and the carrots had black spots. How can you possibly serve this? Zero quality control and staff that either doesn't care or doesn't know how to handle customer complaints because 4 other people were complaining of waiting. I order here almost every weekend. The food is usually good but a few times the sauce was dry. I like a wet sauced up wing. The people and management here were very helpful and Im sorry if the 3 effects the store and not upper management. The manager who decided to use doordash to deliver instead of some other company should be fired. Doordash is horrendous. They never follow directions and often just cancel the pickup without reason. They did it twice one day to me and the manager was fantastic with me on the phone. Shame they lost money making my food I never got. read more

We have tried this location 3 times now. Each one has been worse than the previous. Went there today. Food took over 25 minutes and came out cold to the touch. My son's macaroni and cheese was hard and cold, as well as the wings we ordered and the French fries. It wasn't from being busy either, we were one of the 4 tables that had customers and there were 2 people at the bar. The bill was rightfully voided and we drove across the street for fast food. Buffalo Wild Wings sounded like a really good spot to eat. I was quite impressed with the number of wing sauces they have, in addition to the 5 dry rubs. My experience could have been better. Being so hungry, I decided to get the buy1/get1 boneless wings, so I think my meat quality wasn't that good. I chose Thai curry sauce, and a desert heat dry rub. Both might have been better if they weren't on glorified nuggets. They were both salty. I asked my server for another lemonade because it was quite salty. I had to stop eating. She unfortunately forgot, and it might have been 15 minutes until it arrived. I don't think I need to go there again. If I did, I would want to see if the quality was better on real wings. read more

This place is a hit or miss for me. I only go here on Thursdays for the BOGO Boneless wings. The food isn't the issue really. You gotta know what you're getting into for the chain and prices. The issue with this location (and all the others I've been to) is the fact that sometimes the service is really bad. Usually it's average, sometimes it's good and sometimes makes me want to just walk out. One time we came they completely forgot to bring my food and then I was told the missing items would be out shortly. After waiting for an hour and a half my food finally came out. We literally just walked out of this BWW. We were seated at a table where we literally had to peel the menus off of the soda that had been smeared all over the table by whoever "cleaned it". Both sides of the menus were sticky. We figured we would ask the waitress to have the table wiped and bring us clean menus. My wife and daughter went to wash the sticky off their hands while I waited for our server. As I was waiting I noticed the over powering smell of stale beer. Worst experience ever. Went to Buffalo Wild Wings in Warrington without reading reviews first. We got two orders to go of wings, carrot and celery sticks with dressings, French fries, and a green salad. What a HUGE disappointment. We ended up having to pay $36(!) for garbage. The wings were dry, the carrots were slimy. The celery was brown. The salad appeared old and was wilted. Even the salad dressing didn't taste good. The fries were undercooked and limp. We decided to call and complain. I talked to the manager, who said his name was Richard. He was unhelpful. He said there was nothing he could do ... couldn't give me any kind of a refund ... and was sorry. Seriously? This place should be closed down until they can produce decent food and customer service. I have eaten in once (years ago) and done takeout twice. The first time- they got EVERYTHING wrong! The second time- the order took WAY longer than promised. No matter the occurrence though- every time I have eaten here I have felt sick afterwards. My latest takeout was about a week ago- and highly disappointing. The cheese curds were tasty- but the wings were absolutely disgusting. Flabby and flaccid- and downright gross. There wasn't much flavor- I couldn't even eat them! The fries tasted like they sat a really long time and were old. The fried pickles were.... Kind of okay. We tried it again because my son had a a burger there with a friend and enjoyed it. They have trivia so they get one star. I walked in on a Sunday night An hour and a 1/2 before closing. I was staying at the hotel behind the restaurant and have been traveling most of the day. I thought I would just get some wings for dinner. I stood at the counter while the staff did not look at me intentionally. I think they just wanted to go home. There were patrons at the bar and I really didn't want to sit there. I finally approached a server and asked her if I could get a table. They finally seated me. It took forever for the server to come to my table. I ordered wings and fries. When he brought my wings they were covered in sauce. I also got some wings that were Dry rub instead of wet sauce. It was way too thick. He obviously forgot to put my fry order in because he had to bring them and it was at least 10 minutes before they came to the table but they were piping hot Their only salvation was I got to play Trivia while I waited. You could tell the server just did not want to be there. A party of teenagers came in and he brought their food out individually as it was cooked, like the kitchen couldn't cook a table of food at the same time. It was really bizarre . read more

Every single time they are understaffed. The staff they do have are rude, unhelpful, and in no rush. They bring food out to the table one at a time, not all together, so some people are done their meals before others even start. Today I ordered iced tea and it was so watered down it was the color of ginger ale and had no taste. The restaurant itself is sort of unpleasant, cold, and the outdoor seating is gross. I went here with my friends after watching a movie. we were gonna go to chick fil a but decided to try buffalo wild wings. we a got burgers and mozzarella sticks i also got natchos for the table. this was a complete waste of money because the burger and the motz sticks were okay nothing to write home but the natchos were absolutely horrid the cheese sauce was literally ice cold and had absolutely no flavor. the watresses were circling out table like hawks for some reason. oh and i forgot to mention the fact that the natchos make my stomach hurt for the rest of the day so god only knows why they were as cold as they were, is they were supposed to be freezing, or why they tasted so bad.....just go to chick fil a you will get a better meal for half the price!! I used to come here a lot awhile back but my god has the service gone to absolute crap. My most recent visit was so terrible that I refuse to go to another Buffalo Wild Wings ever again. First of all, the service is absolute trash. Our server was unhelpful and slow. It took us 30 minutes just to get our drinks. After we ordered, it took 45 minutes for them to bring out just HALF of the meal, and another 15 minutes later they brought out the rest for the table. When our server forget ranch, we had to ask twice and wait a total of 30 minutes just to get a small cup of ranch. In total, we were at the restaurant for 2 and a half hours, with 80% of that time just waiting. Keep in mind, it was not a busy night. We were one of probably only 10 tables that were filled that night. Completely unacceptable in terms of waiting time. However, that's not all. Our server got multiple people's orders wrong, and when we told our server, he just shrugged and didn't offer to fix it at all. Because our wings took so long to come out, they were room temperature, not to mention covered in barely any sauce. The whole night was just an absolutely awful experience. Hello I haven't been to Buffalo Wild Wings in quite a while. The only thing that I love getting from there is their cauliflower wings and I enjoy it. I would want them to add vegan options on their menu impossible cheeseburger, American follow your heart cheese, beyond burger, chickpea chili bowl vegan follow your heart sour cream tofutti sour cream three bean impossible chili, black bean chili, vegan mozzarella cheese shreds impossible chick'n nuggets, pasta fagoli, and other certified vegan options. I walked into BWW, attracted by the audio of the Phillies playing a day game ... I found a cavernous space filled with TVs and more servers than customers. I sat at the bar, perused the beer list and chose one to try. I also ordered boneless wings with garlic parm. The buy one get one free promotion meant I got double the chicken for my money. The chicken nuggets were quite crisp, to the point that I thought I might break a tooth on them. The garlic parm sauce was a disappointment as it was invisible and lacked any garlic flavor. The Phillies game ended, with the Phillies winning in extra innings... and as the channel cut over to Phillies post-game live, every tv showing the game switched over to a corporate soundtrack. Clearly, this is not a place that cares about local fans, but is more interested in uniformity. Between the mediocre chicken nuggets, and the ambivalence of management to its customers, it is unlikely I will be running back to this location very soon. read more

Went in at 6pm on Thursday (7/1) to meet some friends. Waited at the bar for 30 minutes before the bartender told me "I am not taking any new customers". When I asked how to get a beer he told me I needed to get a table because he couldn't keep bar orders straight. When I grabbed the manager the manger told me I was good, I just needed to sit at the bar, so I sat and waited. Another 15 minutes passed (an hour since coming in) and the bartender pulls me aside and says "let me show you something" pulls me over to the POS screen showing the bar layout and says "I'm busy, you see all these seats". He spent a longer time talking down to a customer than it would've taken to pour my beer, take my card and close my tab. Incredibly insulting. Mismanaged and with a rude staff. I understand being understaffed, but the place wasn't particularly busy, and a good bartender and manager team could've made this work in a far far more professional manner. read more

We walked in at 8:15 on a Saturday night during a Phillies game and they wouldn't seat us. instead of just telling us they were closing almost 5 hours early (posted closing time was 1am) the guy told us it was a 10-15 min wait for a table when 3/4 of the tables were empty. I guess he was hoping we would just go away. After a half hour of waiting we did finally leave when he came back and we asked again and he said they had no cook. I don't write too many reviews and I believe this is my first one-star review. Please understand, I would never give a place a one-star review simply because they made a mistake, mistakes happen. But when a mistake is made, you can tell alot about a place by the way they handle it, and let me just say, BWW could not have handled this small mistake any worse. We were in Las Vegas for the week and decided to try BFF for the first time; we had heard good things. So we ordered ten traditional wings, mild with hot sauce on the side. That's it. I'm not sure if this had anything to do with the initial mistake, but there were too many employees (4 or 5) standing around chit chatting while the young lady was taking our order. We ordered the 10 mild wings, hot sauce on the the side, to go. After a bit of a wait, our order came out, we paid, and we went back to our hotel three blocks away. When we got back to the hotel and opened our wing box we discovered that the wings were bare and there was no hot sauce on the side - ten naked wings, that's it. The two people I was with were terribly disappointed so much so that I volunteered to walk back and get the order fixed. Before i go on, know this: I am always polite and professional and have a great deal of sympathy for young people working in the restaurant industry; three of my four adult children have been servers. So I get back to the restaurant and explain the problem. The person at the cash register looked up the order and insisted that I had ordered the wings "naked with the hot sauce on the side." I said, "That may be what the girl typed into the machine, but that is not how I ordered these wings." She apologized and said she would run right back to the kitchen and have a new batch made up (it wasn't busy) and added that I could keep the naked wings if I wanted to. I said not to bother, just give me the sauce; that'll be good enough. But she insisted. I thanked her and had a seat. If my little story ended here, this would most likely be a three-star review (the wings are good for a chain restaurant, but cannot compare to the wings we can get locally at about a half a dozen places around my area of NJ), but, of course, it doesn't. While I was seated, holding my box of quickly-cooling naked wings, another customer came in and made a similarly small order; we chatted a bit until their order came out. I was bit surprised their order came out before mine, but no big deal. I sat for another ten minutes or so, and was approached by the young lady that took my original order; she appeared a bit flustered and apologized for having to take back the naked wings because there was someone in the kitchen (manager, cook?) that said they could give them to me. At this point I'm beginning to feel the early pangs of irritation. So she takes the now-cold naked wings into the back. Another ten minutes or so pass and then another young woman comes out with my order. I thank her and leave. When I get back to the hotel and open my new order - almost exactly two hours after we initially walked into BWW - I see ten cold wings with way-too-much mild sauce poured on them and no hot sauce on the side. It's almost as if this crew was trying to produce a one-star review. And just to be clear, I do not blame the teens or young adults who were working that night, the entirety of blame lies on the manager, whoever he or she may be, because they are the person who should handle these situations and telling that young lady to come back out and take the original order from me after she offered it as consolation, was humiliating for her and I'm sure BWW doesn't pay their employees enough to suffer that kind of embarrassment!
