It was seasoned like someone heard their ancestors say "that's enough". It didn't have that fishy smell but was cooked hard like I want it. I could have gone without getting it fried hard but I didn't know since I don't usually get pantrout. The fries were good and my friend's salad was big and she said it was tasty. Since it was the first time there for the majority of us, it's safe to say they gained some new repeat customers!
