WingStop is a place I have never gotten a chance to try for the past 10 years. So I was excited to try it today!! Yet, I was very disappointed with the Korean chicken burger - just wasn't great. The wings were pretty dry and not moist.

Food here is good. Service was OK somewhat. Ambience kitchen chatter TV in public.. wing Stop is always the place to go when you want something different to eat lots of flavors

Two small "boneless" pieces that was actually counted as individual pieces......

Made a preorder for takeout 1 hour prior arrived and took another 20 mins for my order to even be finished from scheduled pickup time. Staff was horrible with timing also lied saying next one up yet I see 4 more orders get picked up before mine. I finally open my order only to realize my order was given two small ass pieces to make up my 10 which literally consistEd of more breading and batter than chicken. The size was just barely bigger than a grape. Wtf kind of bullshit are they trying to pull?

idk if they did this on purpose because i ordered late but it's so crazy. the chicken is way over cooked and the amount of rub they put on it made it inedible.

My husband wanted some lemon pepper fries so we took a pit stop before going home. When we arrived, we immediately were hit with a warm moist environment with no central AC. It was way too hot for anyone to work nevertheless eat inside the restaurant. There were 7+ workers on a Sunday afternoon and 4 of them standing and chatting while customers were waiting in line. My husband went to the front counter to order, no hello, and when he started to order, the employee ignored him and said "I NEED A NAME" my husband was shocked. We get that it's easy to hire high school, college workers but they definitely need to be retrained. When we got our fries, my husband asked for ranch and the guy said sure and then walked away. The front counter girl comes out again from her side conversation and goes, "$2.XX" and my husband said "oh, ok" we did not mind paying but the way the girl rudely talked to my husband again, rubbed us the wrong way. I will not return to this location. There was also no trash can for anyone who decides to eat here either.

Been to this location several times out of convenience, but this will be my last. None of my visits were particularly awe inspiring but this was the last straw. General issues: Staff does not seem interested in assisting Wait times are excessive- I have seen multiple people (including myself) get upset at this location about not receiving their order within the expected time. Sometimes 15-30 minutes longer than originally estimated. Food is good enough once you eventually get it. I spent almost $30.00 on 15 classic wings today. I asked for mango habanero, garlic parm, and the new lemon pepper one. I received 7 lemon pepper and 8 mango habenero. When I called to ask about this issue as it wasn't what I ordered, the employee said "the computer must have changed it from 3 to 2 flavors when I printed the receipt" so I asked if there was a way I could still get the garlic parm wings I wanted, and they said I could "only get more wings if I ordered and paid for more." Really sad but it isn't too bad bc round table Pizza is next-door with better wings anyways. (Ironic huh?)

    Pickup Waiting area.

This place is slow. I ordered to go and it said 5:33 for pickup but when I arrived at 5:33, they said at least another 10 minutes. It's been 10 minutes and I am still waiting. The ambiance is not great it's a dirty and old fast food restaurant - see picture. It is packed with people and it's the NFL playoffs - so no real complaints about timing except tell me the real time for pickup. My main complaint is the ambiance - too dirty for a food place.

Even better, the vanilla ice cream they serve from the case in front was arguably one of the best I've ever had. What became most salient to me from my dining experiences with this place was the service. The people behind the counter are consistently courteous, and willing to make clarifications about the food when needed. There was, at one point in recent memory, a woman working here who was absolutely the sweetest. Her warm, gentle demeanor made the place seem all the more inviting. Personally, if the food were to ever become a reason to cease my patronage (which I doubt it will), I would still come here, for the sole purpose of keeping such good staff in their jobs

The chicken had a nice crispy crunch on the outside while staying hot and juicy inside, which really stood out. The space is a big plus plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, making it comfortable and very kid-friendly. It's a great spot to hang out without feeling cramped. On weekends, there's also a BBQ spot next door that I was told is a must-try. Apparently it always has a line down the street and sells out, so the wait is definitely part of the experience and worth it if you've got the time. Didn't get a chance to try the gelato this time, but it looked amazing definitely on the list for next visit. Overall, really solid food and a chill atmosphere. Would definitely come back.

I would say the chicken they use for…read morethe sandwiches...and probably the strips....and probably the salad, is actually really good. It was hot and thick and juicy when it came out. The fries were decent, but likely just some standard frozen fries. The ranch was also really good, but $.50 each small sized cup. My biggest gripe was the service and the state of the restaurant. In the booth we sat in there was an electrical outlet is hanging out of the wall and the booths are in need of cleaning. We had to use the bathroom, and the soap was out. The staff member brought a new one, but didn't know how to install it so it just sat on top of paper towels. Not a huge deal but bruh, figure it out. The guy was nice enough, but just sat and watched his phone when no one was at counter. There was also another guy, maybe from the kitchen (?) hanging out behind the counter sometimes as well. All while tables needed wiping, the bus tub was FULL with dishes, or either of them could have tried to get the soap installed. If there was no one at counter or food to cook it was stand around and stare at our phones. It's just sad Just a subpar experience for as much as food costs these days. Train the staff to stay busy and know how to bus tables and clean. And if you ever order the BLT chicken sandwich make sure to ask for no BBQ sauce. Yuk.

The staff was cordial and friendly, and the chicken-themed decor, charming. Now it IS a chicken joint, the go-to chicken spot for my full carnivore friend. He loves them for their chicken, their inexpensive menu and their large portions. I'm mostly pescatarian, though I do sometimes cheat with bacon. (I always feel SO guilty afterwards too!) I ordered the honey mustard salad with bacon and no chicken. My friend ordered the chicken Mac n cheese and tater tots. The bill came up to $30, and the portions were good on on the salad, GREAT on the tater tots and decent on the chicken mac. I can't speak personally on the chicken but my friend says it's amazing. I tasted some of his Mac n cheese with no chicken, and it was really good and flavorful, nice and cheesy. I tasted his tater tots. They were plentiful, well-seasoned and fried to golden perfection, with a nice crunch. I ate all of my salad. My friend couldn't finish his chicken Mac or his tater tots and was happy to be able to take them to go for another meal. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this place.

They were able to accommodate us, walk-in, but it was poppin'! Everyone loved their food. Standouts were papaya salad, egg rolls, nam khao, drunken noodles. Wish I could eat more lol to try more but portions were great too. Gotta come back and try more of the menu! I have nothing bad to say besides there's only one bathroom stall per gender. Highly recommend if you're in the area craving Lao/Thai food.

Wow, i heard the rumors but finally got to try this place out!! If you eat around the Bay Area,…read moreeverybody knows of Bhan Mae Vane! Only took me so long to finally try it out! The inside is busy busy busy! Lots of people like to come by for lunch and it can get pretty loud inside. It's not really big inside, but luckily we were able to grab a table when we came by. Not sure how busy they get at night time, but I came during a Sunday lunch time and was able to be seated and there were plenty of seats. Parking isn't the easiest to find though, it's only street parking from what I could see and not too much of it. I had the chance to try out the Tom Yum, Green Curry, Laab Seen, Mok Pla, Pad Kee Mao, and Lao Sausages. I felt a bit split about the food, i think some dishes were VERY good but a few could have been a bit better flavor wise for the price point. -The Tom yum soup was good but a little on the saltier side, the bowl was sizable emougj for about 5 people with seconds for all. -Green Curry was pretty good! Hot and yummy, I really likes the veggie variety inside -Laab Seen was pretttyy good, i definitely don't think many places have the different beef cuts in the same laab -Mok Pla was very good! I wish there was more vegetable variety, the amount of veggies you get kind of overwhelm the amount of fish you get. It was very good but it can be hard to ratio the meat to veggies -Pad Kee Mao(Drunken Noodles) yummyyyy!! I honestly think this was probably my favorite kf the dishes i got. I think the serving size was smaller than I had hoped for but it tasted really good nonetheless. -Lao Sausages were really packed on the plate!! You get a lot for what you pay for, most places only give you a few pieces and charge you an entree price. I wish there was more tomato sauce (jaew) but the flavor of the sausages were decent, i think they could have been more savory Overall, the food was all great! Alameda has a lot of great food options but even with all those options, Bhan Mae Vane dominates the food list! Even outside of Alameda, it is one of the more popular Thai/Lao places for a reason. The service is good, most of the food came out relatively fast like 10-15 minutes. The Mok Pla took the longest, probably around 30 minutes but not sure if that is standard. Anyways, for the most part I really enjoyed the experience here. I think anyone who is a hardcore Thai/Laotian food fan would be satisfied coming here :)
