This is the worst wingstop. They never answer their phone so that you can order ahead. I called for 30 mins straight with no answer, and just figured they were busy. When I went in, there wasnt a single customer. I called while I was inside and the phone didnt ring. I asked the girl if it was the right number and she said it was so I tried again. No ringing. I don't know if they silenced it or unplugged it, but either way,no good. The wait for a walk in when they arent busy is up to 45 mins. While I was here someone came to pick up a door dash( pre ordered food)and she said he had to come back in an hour? It's always dirty and the employees have an attitude. I ordered online... i went in and paid with my debit card w/ Joana. I forgot to order the atomic sauce. I was upset because i didn't want to break my $20 dollar bill. I was about to hand her my bill but... This young lady went above and beyond my friends... She suggested i used my card again (which I didn't think was possible)... Go-to spot since it is the closest WingStop to me! Usually it's supposed to take 14 minutes for your order to be ready, but more often than not it's closer to 30 minutes wait. Not so bad since there's a pet store & nice view overlooking the bridge & water there, where I usually walk the dog around while waiting. We decided to give wingstop another try, and it was actually better this time! The flavors weren't super salty like before. The wings were cooked to perfection and had just the right amount of flavors.
