While I do like the food here and does have very good taste, there always seems to be short staff, which is unfortunate because the gentlemen working are very nice and respectful, but if it gets very busy, they could get swamped pretty easily. The dining room this afternoon had 4 different tables with either trays on them or crumbs. Ordered online and sat there for a 45 minutes to just get the total wrong order... gave it back and waited another hour to get the right thing. I got a free drink but there was only one option for a drink which was vitamin water because everything else was out... While I was waiting I watched many workers just standing around doing nothing just laughing and talking. Also other customers were having many issues as well and were being respectful until it got very unreasonable and I watched as the "manager" cussed them out and one worker even walked outside to continue cussing them out and yelling at them as they got in there car and left without their food or refund. I didn't even think those customers were being unreasonable and the workers initiated the cussing and the fighting and just took it to a terrible level. They should be held responsible. Just a terrible terrible place I've never been to a Wing Stop this terrible let alone any restaurant this terrible. The restaurant is also just disgusting as well like it's never been cleaned. I don't even know where to start. My cousin was visiting from California so I brought him here because it's his favorite spot and let me tell you this is the biggest mistake of my life. Big fan of their wings so I usually stop in once a month or so. I will have to say that the staff here don't seem to be that great. They just have this attitude that their job is an inconvenience and that it's just a place you show up to and get paid. Customer service lacks big time here. Not only does it seem like their job is an inconvenience to their every day lives, they give walk-in customers an attitude like they're an inconvenience as well. That's a big reason why I order on the app ahead of time, as I'm not seen as an inconvenience to them doing so. It does seem as if they have a pretty big turnover issue as I rarely recognize the same staff members from my previous visits. A few weeks ago when I was in, there was a lady who appeared to be the shift manager that could not stop berating the other staff members. Went for the first time tonight and it was not my cup of tea. The fries, like a previous review, were almost raw and limp. Who likes that? The chicken wings were small and not very meaty. Our new wing place! Wings were delicious and meaty, sauces were excellent. We had garlic parm and hickory BBQ. The employees were super friendly and made sure everyone in the place was enjoying their meal. Would def recommend over Bdubs. read more

Wow. Where to begin? A splendid Friday evening ruined by an awful dining experience. We arrived at wing stop around 7:30 PM with high hopes and hungry stomachs. They seemed to be having a good night of business but nothing that struck us as out of the ordinary. We ordered our wings without a problem then took our cups to the drink station where nearly half of the drink options were "Unavailable". Oh well, I'll settle for a coke, but then, no ice! Bad start to the meal. We took our seats and chitchatted for 10-15 minutes until we collectively seemed to realize that no orders had been called out since we had been there and nobody around us was eating. Morale remained high but we became increasingly worried as people were SLOWLY getting their orders and others were requesting refunds. To add to the misfortune of two other diners, they had the same name and mixed up their orders... unfortunate to say the least. We grew increasingly impatient, wondering if we ourselves would be requesting a refund. But then, alas, our order was called. We were hungry and dug right in. We dug right into cold wings and limp french fries. A sign on the wall said "#worththewait" and we simply disagreed. We left the establishment at 9:00 PM with unsatisfied tummies and a bad impression of what we thought was once a fine dining establishment. PERIODT. Wingstop has a good menu, quality flavors and a horrible kitchen system. Some how this location always manages to be extremely slow. I've been here 4 times and it's always unnecessarily slow. Obviously under staffed and poorly managed. Each time I've visited the soda machine barely has 50% of its flavors working. What's the point of having the fancy machine if you can even keep it stocked? The food is good, when it comes. However, wait times are extremely long. We waited for 50 minutes for a sit down order. Then to make things worse they couldn't serve my buddy and me at the same time so by the time we both had our wings, the other's wings were already getting cold. Pretty sad to see for what could be a quality restaurant. They need more staff and better management. read more

Went to Ames, IA store. Both Buffalo Wild Wings and Pizza Hut have better wings. Fries were soggy as well. Also was about 8 visible employees but only 1 person taking ALL orders. Was busy and had to wait awhile as only 1 person was taking ALL orders on phone and in store. read more

Wings were OK. Didn;t realize we had to order at the counter. But that is OK, don't have to tip a waitress that way. Was quoted an 18 minute wait, thought that was a little long considering it didn't look too busy (It was about 5:30pm) Then realized there were a lot of phone in orders as people were coming in for pickup and leaving.
