They let you order flats it drums but you pay dearly for it. I can't believe the manager of this store is so rude to paying customers. This location said they were open til 12 so I called at 10:30 to place an order and they wouldn't take it because she said they turned off the fryers already. When I asked why the website said they were open til 12 the girl an attitude and just hung up on me. I called back And she continued to pick up the phone & just hang up on me. What's the point of even opening a store if you aren't going to keep true to your posted hours, make sales, and treat Customers with respect. We ordered the traditional bbq wings and fries for take out. The food was ready on time, still hot. Honestly for the price and the amount of food we will be going here more frequently for wings. I am wing obsessed. I was so excited when they put in this Wingstop down the street from us. Unfortunately for my wallet it's so conveniently close. And it just so happens to be right by my favorite grocery store in the area too. My absolute favorite is the boneless wings oddly enough! My go to flavors are the Spicy Korean Q, the Cajun, and the garlic parmesan. Their fries are super good too! The staff has always been very friendly and the food is always ready quick. I went their to get lunch with a friend and I ordered a cheese pizza and a sandwich and I waited a hour and a half and then they gave our food to the wrong person then we talked to the manager and he was blaming it on the waitress and she was very nice and helpful when the manger said we have a pizza coming your way and then gives it to the wrong person. first time trying Wingstop and I was unimpressed by the boneless garlic Parmesan wings. They were dry and had more Parmesan than anything. it was just regular chicken wings with Parmesan. I could've done that at home. Just felt like it needed more garlic sauce or just more garlic Period. I will give it another chance, but it was definitely a bummer, Pizza Hut has saucier garlic Parmesan wings and I guess that's what I was looking for. read more

I asked for blue cheese and I made it very specific that I wanted blue cheese and I even had her read the order back to me so I knew she had everything on there when I get my food she told me "all the sauce is in there" when I get in the car I had no blue cheese and I live all the way in vermilion so it's a pretty far drive I'm very un pleased with this wing stop. read more
