I placed a pickup order on DoorDash and went to pick up my order once it said it was ready . Once I walked in, I wasn't greeted (actually quite the opposite - I was ignored) by the male cashier who proceeded to chat with who I can only assume is his butt buddy for 20 minutes (not another employee, someone talking about their 8 years of JC schooling) and the other cashier clearly frazzled by a man trying to use a coupon from his email (?) Absolutely ridiculous, took almost 30 minutes to get my meal that was sitting on a shelf behind the employees the ENTIRE time. Skip this spot if it's the last meal on earth. read more

Update: Just received a $10 Wingstop gift card that must be used within 14 days to compensate me for the $14 worth of food not in my order. What a joke of an establishment! If my experience tonight is any indication of how this place is managed then I don't expect it to stay in business. I ordered on-line and it stated 16-21 minutes; got there and was told it would be a few minutes. After waiting 20 more minutes I got our food. Got home and one meal was missing; tried calling and was on hold for 7 minutes; hung up and called back and was told they were having an employee emergency. I will be disputing my credit card charge. Manager was beyond rude, floors were filthy with food. Service horrible; food below average. read more

The service was very nice and respectful, but when it came to an instance the mgr fell short in her experience and qualifications. But the food even though we got it to go was good I can't say anything about the wings but they were good not great but good. Also while waiting my son and I had a drink and they did not take care of that area very well at all. The inside was clean but what else can you say it's a wingstop. But due to them not supporting a certain something I will not ever come back here due to the mgr negligence. read more

This place needs to hire people who know how to work in a kitchen or at least someone who can properly train kitchen staff.. why are orders being quoted over an hour wait with literally no one in the restaurant and 3 tickets on the line? Plus door dashers have to wait 20 plus minutes for a pick up. Ridiculous. read more

The quality of this place has steadily declined since it opened. They never have carrots and celery prepped, bathrooms are nasty, drink machine hasn't been cleaned in days and after delivering the food we find out there is no plasticware. Door dash your order or better yet, go somewhere else. read more

Absolutely great ranch dressing for the wings. Great service. Dirty tables but it seems the staff is really busy. Would only get the ranch dressing to take home and skip everything else. read more

When they first opened ok. Now the wings are slimy, skin raw. Tried to return order they said they are just too busy to cook them more And are not taking returns. I said you could make someone really sick. And the order was wrong. I threw them in the trash. read more
