Well, it finally happened to me. The service level that the other reviews experienced finally hit me like a bug on a windshield. Wanted some wings and I place a to-go order. We order 30 wings along with other items. Get home and noticed we only had 21 wings. Not a big deal, mistakes happen. Call the store just for a credit of the missing wings. The person who answered the phone was not the manager and had to relay my information to the manager. I was told no refund would be given. They were way too busy and to call back if I wanted. This was not doing it for me. Hop back into my vehicle and head back. Ask for the manager and a person comes from the back. I explain that my order was shorted 9 pieces. I called and no resolution was provided. The "manager" told me my order was packaged correctly and I was wrong. So in not so many words, I was lying. This "manager" forgot to pack Customer Service in their toolbox that day. She said she would give me a credit just this time and disappeared into the kitchen. Stood at the counter for a while and was ignored. Someone else came from the back and asked what was going on. I explain again I was missing 9 wings. This other employee asks what flavors and headed into the kitchen and prepared my missing wings. She looked me in the eyes and apologized for the error. I've been to a dozen Wingstops across the valley but this was the first time for this one. I arrived at 11:45 on a Thursday and there were two other parties, both arriving after me. I ordered my usual: 6 piece combo, bone-in, with no extras. It came to $14.35. The cashier was very pleasant, attentive and efficient. She said it would be 15-18 mins, which was consistent with other stores. I returned from filling my iced tea cup and my order was ready. Uh, oh. It was about four mins, so obviously I received some precooked food. Sure enough, I got very limp fries and should've asked for a redo. I didn't eat them all. The wings were fine, if a little tough from sitting in a warmer somewhere. The ambiance was pretty rough. The music was blaring, and I mean blaring. I think it was to cover up the loud radio in the kitchen, which competed with the lobby music. The kitchen played something Hispanic while the lobby played 60's. I give this place 3 stars because of a few factors. One, the wait is always 20-30min for traditional wings. Twice I've waited 30 min. Been here 5-6 times and almost every time the fries come out nearly cold. The chicken is half the time in point the other times the chicken comes out tough. I will say that the customer service is always great and the flavors are always consistently good. If not for that it would be a 1 star review. I came in on Sunday afternoon, as soon as I walk in the 2 ladies at the front greeted me. I already felt welcomed there, they were so polite and nice, I'm not sure of their names, I waited 20 minutes for my food , and it was for dine in, they bought my food to me and The ladies came to ask me if everything was going well. What really set me over the edge to write this review is this; I order a 10 piece with french fries and blue cheese, I waited 10 minutes for my food, awesome everything is good so far. I see there is only 1 blue cheese in the bag so i go purchase an additional blue cheese because i use alot. When i get home and dip my wing... the sauces were ranch..... both of them. Even though they are labeled "BC" they are ranch, or what I THINK is ranch. Ive never had ranch so watery and taste so unusual. I sense extremely foul play and dont recommend this place to anyone. This restaurant is very consistent when it comes to their food. I come at least once a month and their wings are always crisp and saucy..just the way I like them. I think sometimes their frys could be a little more cooked, but their flavor and seasoning makes up for it. The vibe on the inside is always fun, and energetic.
