Best Wings Around! I was so excited to see that Wingstop open so close to home. What I like best about Wingstop is that you are allowed to mix and match your orders. You can order the traditional regular wings and boneless wings together. Usually, I order a combination of both. However, bone in traditional is my favorite. I could have ate a few dozen by myself but decided I probably should share. Every time I go to Wingstop I order the Homestyle fries which arw cut fresh daily. The fries are crispy and golden brown and very tasty. My sister isn't a fan of fries but enjoys the homemade potato salad, and fresh-baked rolls. The rolls are fresh, hot, buttery, and absolutely delicious. The prices are reasonable and the food is great. If you decided to go to Wingstop arrive early because there's limited steading . Went in for a quick last minute lunch stop. Quick service great wings as always but what impressed me the most was while I waited for my wings there was one customer placing their order and another walked in during that process and the manager opened another register and took the new customers order so no one had to wait. The app told me it was a 15-25 minute wait when I ordered. The drive to the restaurant is 15 minutes. Upon arrival there were 5 employees plus the manager talking in a circle while 20 plus receipts were hanging above their food prep station. I was told it would be another 15 minute wait for my food. Thankfully it wasn't that much longer, but creating an environment to where your employees and managers think it's okay to abandon their job and converse in front of customers while orders are piling up behind them is not okay. My young teenage daughter got me into this spot and we've been sharing delicious memories ever since! I have been going to this Wingstop for over a year, and I am not one to leave negative reviews, but after what happened last night at this Wingstop, I wish I could leave 0 stars. I placed an online pickup order for two six piece wings with fries with a estimated time of being ready at 9:02. I walked in and let the girl at the front counter I had an online pickup, she checked all the bags for pickup and let me know it would be ready soon. At 9:36 I walked up to the counter and asked about my online pickup order. She walked back to the same pickup counter and grabbed a bag she had previously skimmed. "Oh sorry." She said, after we had waited over a half hour for a bag of food sitting in front of her face. I check the bag and my order of fries are wrong. They are also completely soggy and no longer fresh from sitting there. I ask her to remake the fries because we had been waiting for so long already. She said she would get that right away, and I watched her place the order receipt with the other customers tickets above the wing station. The entire staff ignored the order, and continued to make other people's orders, doordash orders, and very large ones. And when they weren't making orders, they were gossiping about customers, dancing, etc. I had to ask about my fries three times. The first time she said it was being bagged. Completely false. The second time the entire staff (two boys and a tall woman) looked at me, and didn't say anything. I asked how long it would be. The lobby completely cleared out at almost 10:30pm. Over 25 customers had been served. I walked over and asked what was going on. random staff member came from the back and asked what was going on. I explained and said my fry order was one cajun and one Parmesan. In less than a minute she gave me a bag with fries. That's how quick it could have been. It wasn't even the right fry seasoning as I had mentioned. Absolutely a disappointment, and I should've asked for my money back. So we came to this location after a long day at work,no time to cook. My kids love wings, but we were very disappointed with the food. The service was good. Both the cashier and the cook were sweethearts.so let me explain why the food was so bad..first problem was they gave me Parmesan instead of lemon pepper wich was what I ordered. The cook replaced them but honestly the time it takes for an order to come out is long. We had already waited long and then to wait for a replacement order was too much. French fries were extremely salty. Inedible. What kid doesn't eat fries? Well my kids couldn't eat them. We ordered 3 and they all got left behind. The corn was wayyyy to salty.
