Very Rude Service From Every Single Worker. My Applepay Wasn't Working & the cashier responded rudely that it was working fine before me. My Chicken Sandwiches Were Undercooked. They had a bounce like texture when eating. The Workers Just Gave eye rolls claiming they cooked the chicken for 8 minutes plus 1 minute standing. Meanwhile my wings were burnt. Not one worker sympathized and when I handed her my chicken sandwich she handed it back saying it's cooked. I've worked customer service for 15 years and I know the guest isn't always right but where was the attempt to make it right. Terrible service. My mom went to go make an order and they got it wrong. I asked for Cajun and they just put classic hot with barely any sauce they were essentially dry. Upon entering the store with my girlfriend and daughter the man behind the counter was quite snippy telling us that only one person in the store at a time to keep social distancing. With as large of a dining room that they have i find it hard to believe that you cant have some taped x's on the floor to accomplish this. Especially when you have 4 employees working inches from each other making the food, and I saw all of them with their masks down around the food prep area at one point. My girlfriend and i walk in and NOT EVEN 20 SECONDS go by and as we are grabbing the paper menus to walk outside (because we know they only allow one from previous visit) the young lady in the back yells and says "if you're not picking up only one inside!" I think the food is good however their policy sucks. I ordered online and was told about 35 minutes it would be ready. When I arrived I had to stand in a line outside the restaurant because there's only one person allowed in the lobby at one time yet they have 5 or so employees right next to each other in the kitchen. Other restaurants simply have a red X placed 6 feet apart in their lobby like a Carl's Jr. or McDonald's they don't make you wait in a line outside the store and let one person in at a time. When you're in line your order sits on the counter until you are permitted to come in to pick up your order. What they should do is have the orders on a cart and have that a worker walk to the door and call out your name when it's ready that way you're not standing there waiting forever read more

The second time in 2 weeks i went back thinking that it was a one off experience. Everything was amazing here. My family and I got the 35 wing meal. It came with 4 different flavors of wings, veggie sticks (carrots and celery), fries, 4 dipping sauces, and 6 fresh rolls. Service was fast and staff were really friendly and courteous. The food was so fresh and delicious. My fav was the lemon pepper, which is one of the popular ones. The young man, working in the back, seemed confused, but I attribute this to a lack of supervision on the manager's part. The cook had a major attitude. I was told my order would take 15-20 minutes. It took over 40 minutes. When I complained about the fries being less than warm, the cook gave me a stare and put my cold fried back into the frier, where they came out hot and soaking with oil. I swear they add some magic sprinkle to their chicken and seasoned fries. It's so YUMS. This place is just off the freeway so it's easily accessible. The food was good as per usual.
