You get the sixth one free. Awesome beers on taps. Wonderful rotating taps. The only bad part about this place is their beers are only in 13 ounce cups. That look like cordial glasses. I've been in 8+ times with friends and everything is consistent. The burger has always been outstanding and 10/10 recommend. Service is hit or miss. But my biggest issue is the ridiculous rotating happy hour beer menu. You can only see the list if you are sitting on one side of the bar. If you're anywhere else, you have to ask your server who never remembers the list. Seriously - is it that difficult to print and laminate a beer list? The cost to print and laminate is CHEAP and I GUARANTEE people would order more beer. It may feel like a small issue but it makes me irritated because it's easy / fixable and would drive business up. While in Palm Springs, we stopped at Eureka! twice for burgers, and we really enjoyed them both times. For drinks, I ordered the Tipsy Pig Old Fashioned, made with bacon-infused WhistlePig 10-year rye, bitters, and barrel-aged maple syrup. It was really good and a great match for the food. For our meals, I had the Bacon Jalapeño Jam Burger with spicy charred Fresno chile, bacon-infused jalapeño jam, smoked mozzarella, and whiskey caramelized onions. It was one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. My mom ordered the Eureka! American with American and Swiss cheese, grilled red onion, lettuce, house pickles, tomato, special sauce, and barbecue bacon, and she really enjoyed it as well. Everything was cooked well, full of flavor, and definitely stood out compared to a lot of other places. It was good enough that we made a point to come back again during the same trip. I love this casual little eatery. The food is always so consistent whether eating there in person or ordering delivery! It's a casual spot with actual delicious food. Much of the area doesn't do "bar food" well. Meanwhile this place is serving up mid to high scale food in a pub style. The wings are the best I've found outside of New York. I mean, Calabrian Chilli and having actual bleu cheese not just ranch?! Fugghedaboutttitttt! Such a dream come true for this new yorker who now lives locally. They used to have pork belly bites on the menu that were top notch but they got rid of those sadly. Maybe this review will help bring them! They were the perfect balance of crispy, tender, fatty, sweet and salty. There burger options are impressive and delicious. Some real unique flavor combos! I'm a huge fan of the fig and goat cheese with the peppers Arugula on top. Whoever created this menu really understands hoe flavors dance together in the mouth. We got a word-of-mouth recommendation to try this place and decided to visit for dinner. This restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating and is very comfortable. We were seated quickly and our server was available right away to take our order. Eureka has a spicy chicken sandwich that looked very good except I didn't want it to be spicy. That didn't phase our server at all. She let me know the spice could be removed and was very accommodating. The sandwich was perfect without the spice! My friend ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and really enjoyed it. It had to be deconstructed, as it was very messy and she proceeded to eat it with fork and knife. EUREKA @ PALM DESSERT Parking is available right out front in their lot, there is a plenty of parking available, and this Eureka is located right in a plaza so you can walk around to other shops! I've always loved Eureka, especially for their incredible happy hour deals that happen every day. My friend and I were seeing a concert around this area and wanted to grab a quick lunch. Walking into Eureka, I love the modern ambiance they provide. The wine bottles in their giant glass windows, and the giant exclamation mark you can't miss that symbolizes their brand. We got seated immediately, you can choose whether inside or outside. We chose to be seated inside, our waiter was extremely welcoming and kind. We ordered their $13 Eureka American Burger, it comes with any ordinary toppings like cheese, onions, pickles, etc, and for the side it comes with their primal fries. However, for an additional cost, you have the option to upgrade to their truffle fries or mac and cheese balls. We stayed with the regular fries. Overall, our experience was fantastic. The food came out within 15 minutes and it was fully devoured, it was perfectly cooked at medium rare, and the fries were at a perfect crisp. Although it was my first time, I'm so thankful we ate here for a little birthday meal. It was delicious. Smash burger 10/10. Fresh beef, I mean everything your heart desires in a smash burger. Super tasty and massive. Yes I added bacon. Yes it came with fries! Super bomb. The star of the show? The wings! Firecracker is the way to go. Damn these were good. I can't say that enough. First time at Eureka! in Indian Wells - Solid but pricey for the portions My family has been raving about Eureka! for a while as one of their favorite spots, so I was excited to finally try it. It's a cool, casual American spot with a good vibe, craft beers, and a scratch kitchen feel. We started with appetizers, and they were honestly the highlight. The Mac n' Cheese Balls were surprisingly tasty--the mac wasn't overpowering at all, super creamy and balanced, and the ranch dressing was fantastic. It tasted homemade and fresh, not that generic stuff you get elsewhere. Really enjoyed dipping those! I also got the Ahi Poke Stack, which comes with black rice (I was a bit skeptical reading the description, sounded funky), but it was delicious. Loved the bright, acidic flavors--it cut through nicely and everything came together really well. Appetizers were flavorful and well-executed, no complaints there... but they do feel expensive for the portion sizes we got. For the entrée, I went with the Bacon-Jalapeño Jam Burger. The jam had a pleasant, light sweetness with just a subtle jalapeño kick--not too spicy, which was nice. The patty was cooked medium well, not dry exactly, but it lacked that juicy drip you'd expect. My plate was basically bone-dry, no juices running, which confirmed it wasn't as moist as it could be. The other ingredients (charred red bell pepper, smoked mozzarella, whiskey caramelized onions, etc.) blended in without really standing out or popping. Fries were crispy and nicely seasoned, good amount of flavor there. Portion-wise, the burger and fries felt small, especially with no drink included--it came out to around $20, which felt a bit steep for what we got. Overall, the food is good quality and creative, but the value isn't quite there for the price/portions in my opinion. Service was fine (didn't have any issues), and the place has a fun atmosphere. Found this spot through Yelp and decided to give it a try. There was a bit of a wait to be seated, but Dominic helped us out. The tables and chairs are packed pretty close together, which made it feel a little loud. I sang happy birthday to the guy next to me be cause I was so close him. That said, the food was excellent fresh, flavorful, and worth the wait. The service kept things moving, and the menu had a nice range of options. I was in the mood for a burger and stopped by here for happy hour. Start off with an excellent IPA and was happy to see that they had a burger and fries on their happy hour menu for 13 bucks! The burger was juicy and delicious! The bartender was fun and attentive and make sure I always had a beer and a full glass of water in front of me. It has a nice cool vibe inside and was actually pretty quiet on a weekday afternoon right at the beginning of happy hour and picked up as I was finishing up. Everything about this place is cozy and pleasant. It's sort of an American Diner crossed with a Sports Bar. Staff is friendly and attentive. I came in to try a hamburger, because I'm always searching for a new favorite. I've tried two off the menu so far, and they were both top notch. Downside is, of course, they were both $18 with a few fries. Also tried a Goat Cheese Citrus Salad which was absolutely delicious and serving size was perfect. I make it a point to visit Eureka! every year on spring break, and it never disappoints. One of the best parts is the outdoor patio. We always try to sit outside because the atmosphere is just right. It does get busy, but with a reservation it is never an issue. Food is consistently great. I always get the Napa chicken sandwich and it has been excellent every time. My girlfriend ordered the fish tacos and street corn and she loved both. Everything feels well made and reliable, which is a big reason we keep coming back. We were visiting from LA and luckily found this restaurant near our hotel. Looked like great from previous reviews so we gave it a shot. Luckily we were able to get seated for seven people in their patio area. Our waitress name was Rita, and she was super nice, helpful, gave great suggestions and accommodated all of our requests with pleasure. We ordered the brussels sprouts (so good we ordered again ) and fried pickles to start and then for dinner I ordered the Al Pastor store fish taco, which was super tasty and spicy (highly recommended). The kids ordered mac & cheese and cheeseburger, they enjoyed very much! The other adults ordered the fig jam, burger, and double smash burger , also very very tasty ! Great place for adults and even for kids. I do feel like later on in the evening it would be better for adults. We will definitely revisit when we come back to the Palm Desert area. read more

I go here a lot for happy hour after I get off work. They have removed the Eureka burger from the happy hour menu and moved it to the lunch menu. So I decided to try the fish tacos tonight. The rest of that new happy hour menu is really pretty awful and I doubt I will be going there for happy hour any longer. The fish tacos were terrible. They were ice cold. Nobody likes cold fish. I sent them back and they brought me another order which was equally as cold. Really, really not good. Very, very disappointing. The manager was nice enough to not charge me for the tacos. I never knew Eureka was here because it's sorta tucked away -- not too visible from HWY 111 either. This hidden gem is located in a nice and fairly large strip mall on the other side of IW Coffee. I've been to this shopping plaza a dozen times for Sprouts and CVS. But as mentioned, it's located in a spot I've never noticed -- even while parking not too far away to go shop at Sprouts. Some other things I never knew about Eureka? There's 30 locations -- mostly in California and others in ARZ, NV, Texas and Boise Idaho too... Their burgers are outstanding... Their menu is simple and not too overwhelming... Sorta like a glorified gastropub with their own creative spin... They have Daily Specials & Happy (Hoppy) Hours... Eureka is a privately owned well-oiled corporate chain machine. The hostess was nice & welcoming, and allowed us to sit at a larger comfy booth in the back for more privacy, rather than the smaller tables towards the front. Indoor seating capacity is a bit limited and some of the tables are sandwiched close together, so you'll probably get to know your dining neighbors. There's an outdoor patio that's probably very popular & busy when the weather is cooler. Kim was our incredible waitress & server. Right away she displayed an award winning personality and sense of humor. Mom was craving a burger too, but since she had dinner plans later and intended to have a Filet, she decided to be good and ordered the Protein Bowl with Tofu. She loved it and all the accompanying ingredients. It was very healthy & filling. The portion size was just right. Mom made all-gone and cleaned the bowl. My basic American Burger with some minor omissions & substitutions, was simply Fantastico. One of the best burgers I've eaten in the Coachella Valley. Type of beef that simply dissolves in your mouth. The brioche bun was perfect too. Secret (1000 island) sauce & sautéed onions perfection too. I'm kinda picky about my burgers. The past 2 years, I've spent most of my time in the Coachella Valley, but don't recall seeing any marketing nor advertising for Eureka. I have noticed that my Yelp Friends in Coachella Valley have been here and enjoyed it very much, as I did too. Perhaps Eureka's marketing team can do a little more to promote the place (other than GrubHub and "word of mouth") and get the word out there a little more. Because I'm certain people will come....and there's many others out there, like me, who never knew you existed. And that's a shame because the food quality, service and atmosphere is all excellent. Go to stop when I wanna eat something a little pricy but I know it'll be delicious! The wings are crispy and coated with sauce and absolutely to die for! The goat cheese citrus salad was yummy. 2) Service was just ok. Our server was friendly enough but the one who served us our drinks had a look on her face that said "I don't want to be here." 3) my husband ordered the Tipsy Pig Old Fashioned. When we poured the drink from the pig to the glass, a good amount of the liquid spilled out from the top part of the pig. The server should tell people how to properly pour it so none of the drink is wasted. Good drink though! 4) A person 2 tables away supposedly asked for the heater to be turned on so all the tables on our side got blasted with heat! It was a nice 73 degrees and after the heat turned on, it felt like 95. Our server said there was nothing she can do because someone requested heat. You should either have individual heat lamps because it's not fair for others to be uncomfortable. We would've stayed longer for dessert but it was too hot. We had about 9 people in our group and we are glad we made a reservation! Friday nights are pretty packed, but I see why since the food is amazing. I'm vegetarian and I had fried pickles with the veggie tacos. The flavor is good, but I do wish there was more of a variety of vegetables in the tacos. There were too many carrots. My friend and I ordered a mocktail, after taking a sip it tasted like there was still some alcohol in there. The waitress let us know there is still just under 1% alcohol, but we do wish there was a note about that on the menu, as we are 100% sober. The service was fine, I'm not sure if our waitress was having an off night or just a super busy night, but our drink situation was resolved and we enjoyed our food. This place was disgusting!! The table was dirty, and the appetizer had three bugs in and between the lettuce (we sent it back). My entree arrived cold, and the bowl it was served in was also dirty, the outside felt like it hadn't been washed, and the inside had remnants of food from whatever was in it before. I was disgusted the entire meal and honestly worried about getting food poisoning. We waited a long time for both our food and the check. When the check finally came, the bug appetizer was still on it, so we had to ask for it to be removed and then waited another 10-15 minutes. To top it all off, the food was bland and not worth it. I believe in transparency and I'm updating my 5 Star review and downgrading it. I had an exceptional experience on my first visit-- so much so-- I returned the very next day. Unfortunately, I didn't have a server such as Kimberly. This server largely ignored me yet was very helpful to surrounding diners who were in a party of two, three or four. I put myself through college waiting tables and I was taught that " A table for one" was just as important as a table of four. I never saw the server basically until the check arrived. I had to ask the hostess for a refill and another server for condiments. They were very polite and helpful. My meal was also incorrect but I was so frustrated that I let it go. I found the server basically aloof and not up to par with expectations set by server Kimberly. I will return but I will be sure to ask for a different server. I got " whiplash " by the 180 degree of service rendered-- from one day to the next. It was a great disappointment to say the least. read more
