Ordered their 6 wing combo and chicken sandwich via grubhub. The wings combo includes fries and fountain drink alongside the wings. So, here goes my take on their wings. I ordered wings with Louisiana rub. Wings are not crispy, they came off dry and the rub's taste overpowers. The fries still have skins on it (yay!) but its too salty. Food isn't bad here. Sometimes it's a 50/50, so really your gambling your money like your at las vegas. if you get some kind of adrenaline in terms of that, then this is your spot! Service is slow that's why i always order pick-up or delivery if im even ordering here. Customer service is terrible! I ordered 45 mins ahead and still have to wait over 30 mins for my food. There was no sense of urgency to attend to my services. I've never actually written a Yelp review before. As somebody that worked in kitchens for years, I would do anything not to complain about a restaurant. But this is absolute insanity. As a former cook, I get it. Feathers are normal when you're frying chicken wings. But you can't send them out like this. First off I'd like to say the employees name is SHAKERA. She was so disrespectful and rude. She was not helpful at all, and was giving us a really bad attitude even though we were trying to be respectful towards her. She kept rolling her eyes at us, making faces it was just ridiculous and we weren't being difficult we were asking questions about the menu. I honestly wish we would've walked out and went somewhere else. This is how the interaction went down: She was incredibly rude. When we first walked in she asked, "You here for pick up?" We said no we'd like to place an order, she goes "okay what you want?" On the website, it said this location was sold out of the chicken sandwiches. I asked her just to make sure and she said "I guess we have them," while sighing and sucking her teeth at me. Then I asked to order the "All in Bundle," and she sighed again and rolled her eyes at me. I asked her to do half one flavor of the boneless and half another flavor, she rolled her eyes again and said with an attitude "I don't know how much half is you need to tell me what you want." Then we started asking for the flavors for the tenders, and she snaps at me, "it doesn't come with tenders." And I said "I'm looking at it right here on the menu" and then she put it in. Then when it came to the sauces we asked for cheese, bleu cheese, and ranch for our three options and she snapped yet again, speaking to us as if we were 2 years old: "you can only pick one sauce and you'll get three of those, you have to pay extra if you want other ones." That part doesn't make sense though, seeing as on the website I can choose 3 separate sauces. Now it's time to pay, she just about snatched my card out of my hand, and when she handed it back to me she put it on the table super close to her, expecting me to reach over and grab it. This Wingstop is one of the worst experiences I've ever had with any other wing stop. To start of, we were told a 7 minute wait, 10 minutes later we go back in for them to say 9 more minutes. As we're waiting in the lobby, they ask us to wait out of the store due to covid, understandable. BUT, while we're waiting outside 2 other people walk in and are able to stay in the lobby until the time our food was ready. (Approximately 15 minutes) Soooo.. we're asked to leave but other guest are able to stay for as long as we were in there? Mm.. okay not cool. I would also like to add, during our covid pandemic their mask weren't completely up, and they had no gloves on. Each employee was unprofessional in their own ways. As they were whispering in a some what of a group, & we could hear one of the employees whisper, "does she not get that her food is still not ready?" Mm well that's great customer service. Last but not LEAST, they put wayyy to much seasoning on the fries. I love my lemon pepper fries seasoned well, but when you do it to the point I can even taste the fries, there's a problem. Love the wings here. I like the mild flavor but it should have a more kick to it, just a little. But the wings are meaty and perfectly sized. Consistency is not always 100%, sometimes they can over cook em. But do not get discouraged 2 pit of 10 times they over done. But they are quick to fix the mistakes. Wings are delicious and cooked nice and crispy. Both times I ordered via the app and wings were ready when I picked them up. Sauces and dry rubs are very tasty. My only "complaint" is that the hotter sauces aren't all that hot. For instance, a rating of 4 out of 5 chili peppers was only mildly to medium hot when they should make you sweat a bit. Haven't tried the hottest yet. Otherwise great wings and def one of the best chain wing places I've had. read more
