I not sure if this is inherent with this location or not. The last three times we ordered original wings from this location, they were grossly overcooked. The first time, I thought it was a fluke because we've eaten WS wings are numerous locations in our travels and never had an issue. Contrary to the other reviews for this location, I have ordered from here several times and I have never been disappointed. I have never dined in, only placed to-go orders through the app, and I order the same thing each time. The staff is typically pretty nice. I love the drink machine because I like to mix different drinks and there are so many options to choose from. I don't know of any other establishments that have orange vanilla hi-c that I love so much. I will continue to be a repeat customer unless something changes. Also, I did have to use the restroom here once while waiting and it was decent. I would recommend this location to others. 10/10 for me. read more

Wow! This location completely changed my perspective on wing stop. They were super fast pushing orders out the door. We dined in at 12 noon on a Tuesday and our order was ready in less than 5 minutes. I've experienced other locations and they took 20 minutes or more to get my order ready. This place is different, they were pumping out orders left and right. There must have been 15 people walk in to pickup a Togo order while we ate. The food was tasty and piping hot, there was something special about the blue cheese my wife got! It was excellent better than my ranch and went really well with the fries. They seemed to have a lot more seating compared to other locations although most people seemed to take out. Very clean and neat. All of it was great 5 stars all day! Wing stop is pretty good for fast food style wings. The cashiers are usually harried and kind of impatient. The inside of this location is gross. There wasn't even a trash can anywhere. I always order for pick up because I wouldn't dine inside. Wings are mediocre, but decently priced. This time though, I found a literal wing full of feathers. See photo for details of ick. I came in for dinner with my family the other night and found the seating here to be mostly empty (one other table occupied) but rather busy for carry out. Carry out is good during COVID right? The staff I encountered were friendly which is good and were certainly attentive. No dings on service from me on this review. We were told about an ongoing special with tenders and boneless wings with a side of fries. This doesn't come with a drink but overall a good deal. We sat down and waited for our food. There really isn't table service here as you get your own drinks and they holler at you when your order is up. That's okay I suppose. I've been to other places like this. Where I'm normally a traditional wing guy I don't mind tenders on occasion. We got a LOT of breaded chicken with our special. Like all breaded. I feel like the breading is way too much. There was plenty of white meat which is good but man there was a LOT of breading! This is mitigated IF you get enough sauce. The mango habanero boneless wings needed a good deal more sauce than what we got. Same for our mild boneless wings. The tenders, which are essentially the same as the boneless wings only longer also had way too much breading but had TONS of sauce. We found inconsistent sauce on our breading chunks of white meat. It is what it is, the food tasted good but left me incredibly thirsty, again due to the breading. Overall a good experience. I plan on stopping by this location again but will keep it to traditional wings. Also, our fries were uber salty. The seasoning they use is good, but for my taste bros WAY too salty. Had an issue with an order not being delivered to the correct spot. Went to the store to let them know and they said I'd need to get in contact with DoorDash since they delivered it even though I ordered directly through the WingStop app. To my surprise, DoorDash customer service told me to get ahold of Wingstop's customer service which is also trash because they say you'd hear from them in 72 hours and you don't. I've even called and explained my situation twice to customer service and I have yet to hear anything. All because when I went to reorder my food and pay again. I was told that the manager was gonna give me a refund for the first order, but I have yet to see it reflect on my account. This happened 2 weeks ago. One of my favorite seasonal flavors, blazed and glazed 420 wings and no I don't smoke, but I definitely get the munchies for those herbs on those wings. This restaurant is not a bad place to get some wings. I got a few of the boneless mild chicken wings and they tasted really good. I also got some french fries with celery, carrots, and ranch with the wings and they all tasted delicious. The biggest complaint I have with this place is the service. It took about 20 minutes for my wings and side items to come out, which is kind of ridiculous. So normally my husband and I eat wings from Buffalo Wild Wings. However, based on an episode of Good Mythical Morning where they compared Wingstop and BWW, we decided we had to do the little comparison ourselves. We ordered a family pack so we could try various flavors (all which were super good) as well as the famous extra cooked fries and the ranch that is supposedly like crack. The wings were ok. The sauces were good, but not enough to make the wings really good. They were very dry, and had very little meat. However, the fries with the parmesan seasoning were just heavenly as well as the ranch!! That ranch is probably the best ever!! Seriously. Never had ranch so good, and I'm a bleu cheese gal! Sadly the ranch couldn't revive the wings either. I'll also note that price here is much cheaper than BWW. You get what you pay for though.
