I'm new to this area and I ordered wings today for dinner. They followed my order to a T (not always the case at other locations lol). My lemon pepper fries were LOADED with seasoning and crispy to perfection. All the boneless wings were perfect, I got hooked up with the sauces. Staff were super nice and quick. My friend and I could not stop going on about how they're the best wings we've had at Wingstop... ever! Y'all... I visit a lot of Wingstops. For some reason, the wings at this particular Wingstop are always done perfectly! This is my favorite Wingstop in the area. I can't recommend them enough. As I tried to order at the counter for a to-go order, the entire staff stared at me for minutes until a young man came to take my order. He was picking food out of his teeth right in front of my face and had no idea what he was doing. When I asked for a manager, he said his manager was on break. Store says it's open till 11:00 you guys kept the doors open till 11:00 but stopped serving food prior to that and denied service to several customers. Haven't been to a wing stop in years and last night I came to the Broomfield location. Overall pretty happy with everything. I placed a takeout order and the young lady at the counter said it was going to be about 23 minutes, which made sense it was just about dinner rush for everyone at that time. I waited outside for most of it, but when I came in different staff members all interacted with guests and got their food out pretty quickly. They were all helpful. The food was pretty good (much better than Bdubs ) only complaint is the fried corn, but it was just the seasoning blend on it I didn't care for. I have given Wing Stop several tries now and although the wings are ok they are nothing special. To boot they tend to be more pricey than another wing place I visit. In our family we love wings and we have ordered from here for a few birthdays. however every time we have ordered birthday dinner from here, the order has been incredibly messed up. which has lead to disappointing birthdays. we easily spend about 100$ at a time here and it is very disappointing that this location cannot handle Togo orders. Hands down the best wings I've ever had. The atomic wings are delicious if you like extremely spicy - very spicy but not so hot that you are in pain or that you can't taste the flavors. Their standard wings excellent too for those who do not like spicy. I have also tried garlic parmesan, which are unique and very good. I think people would have a love/hate relationship with their fries. They are perfectly cooked, but they have a different spice to them that you will either love or not. But as far as crispy fries go - yum. I also recommend their potato salad. Finally, the service is always fast and excellent, and the wings are made directly to order so they are extremely hot and fresh. Like I've said in previous reviews - corporate chains serve their purpose. They have predictable menu items with decent pricing and that's exactly what I got at Wing Stop. My husband and I were on the way to band practice and were pressed for time (with a dog in tow) and really really really wanted wings. Wing Stop has a good to-go situation and probably does a decent percentage of their business for to-go orders only, so it was a positive experience in that regard. The TV was showing the basketball game and was turned up so loud I had to yell to be heard and could barely hear the woman taking my order (although I can't hear well to begin with). The wings were DRENCHED in sauce... which, for me, was awesome. I love sauce and so I was a fan. My husband was not. He said the flavor took over because there was so much sauce. Tomato-tomato, I guess. Overall, good experience - I'll probably be back, but I would recommend calling your order ahead of time so you don't have to wait too long. read more

I was interested in their 20 piece boneless wings special, but my boyfriend is a classics wings kind of guy. We got 10 pieces of each- boneless and classic. I got they honey BBQ and the teriyaki flavor. The teriyaki flavor was very low-key gross and the flavor was off. It wasn't sweet at all. Just very old tasting. The honey BBQ was actually super nice. I saw myself eating ALL of them, and left the teriyaki ones behind. My boyfriend wasn't too happy that I didn't finish it. Mmmm sorry love! He loved his classic ten piece bone wings and got some really interesting sauces that I can see myself getting addicted to. He had the Garlic Parmesan, which looked like Apple Sauce!! Omg. I looooove the spicy, spicy Mango Habanero and would definitely recommend it. The medium order fries should've been a large order, because it was delicious as heck. It tasted like wonders for sure. Wings are decent. They don't give you any sauce with the wings. Have to pay for any Ranch or Blue Cheese, even a small side. Those should be standard with wings like they are anywhere else that serves wings. One person was here that wanted some sauces mixed, hot and BBQ, and they wouldn't do it. They said they couldn't mix sauces. Not that hard to do. Just get a separate bowl and put two sauces in there. Annoying when employees are very robotic in their answers and ability. This is one of my favorite wing places. As some would say, it's corporate chain... I don't mind chains for the exact purpose they serve, "consistency", or at least compared to others. You get what you expect, and I don't see anything wrong with that. I would recommend the bone-in wings vs. boneless, but I think that's also the case for most people. They are always busy so sometimes it's a long wait. But if you plan or call ahead, that cuts down most of the wait time. Also, they offer $1 coors light or bud light on draft when a purchase is made. My boyfriend placed an order on DoorDash last night but apparently they were having major nationwide technical problems so they canceled all their orders. At the time we didn't realize it so I called Wingstop to see if they had even gotten the order and they hadn't but the two ladies who were working last night said they would go ahead and make the order for us anyway and comped it for all of our trouble. I couldn't believe how awesome their customer service was, the fact that they were willing to make our food and stay past the point of closing to make sure we got our food when it wasn't even their problem to begin with.
