I honestly didn't even know this new location snuck in near me, but it's actually slightly closer than the Burbank location and the parking situation is a whole lot better. Clean and small, but I prefer the ambience of the old style Wingstop's, as opposed to their new minimalist look. The newer locations are made more for carry-out, opposed to kind of sitting and enjoying a good ambience. I must say the staff here though is on it, they were professional and polite, and seemed to have a good working vibe with one another. I'm not new to wing stop but i'm new to this location. I placed an order online. as soon as i got there it was ready. The individual whom helped me out had literally just clocked in and was ready to tend to customers asap. It was a young latin fellow. i was there with my daughter because she loves the lemon pepper flavor. From what i recall the place was clean and tidy. everyone was busy with a task. I wouldn't call it ambiance but the dining area was clean and ready for people to be seated. I am definitely happy about my first visit to this location. I gave them five stars because they got my order right, the customer service was on point and even though it's not much of an ambiance it was clean and tidy and that's good enough for me. Wingstop used to be my favorite fast food. It's been a while since visiting since there weren't any close by to where I live. I am glad I found this location. For food, I ordered lemon pepper( my favorite) and garlic Parmesan wings. They both tasted really good. No complaints about the taste. They still tasted same as ten years ago. No change is flavors. For service, I didn't like the attitude of the manager. Other than all the other employees were nice and friendly. I was greeted by a young lady and she took care of my order. My order was ready within 5 to 8 minutes which is not bad. For ambiance, there is seating area inside and there are couple of tables outside. Place was clean, no trash or trays sitting around. For parking, there is plenty of parking space in this plaza. So finding a parking spot is not an issue. Will be back for sure since I found out this location is close by. read more

I stopped by this Wingstop location this morning to use my T-Mobile Tuesday coupon. They had a deal on the three piece tender combo so I took advantage of that. I had to place my order through the website and not the app. So for the spice on the tender I chose the Cajun spice to try it out. I arrived early to the store like when they open because I was getting other food for my wife in the same plaza. I checked in with the lady working the counter and asked if I could get my drink first. After I showed her my email receipt she give me the cup. I just got a soda and waiting inside the store while they were making my food. The place is not that big inside but they also have limited outdoor seating as well. I saw the worker prep my tenders and the person making it actually checked the temperature to make sure it was properly cooked. Then they worked on the Cajun fries and the smell got me hungry already. My order was ready ahead of my pickup time and since I waited inside the store, I took it home to eat it while it was hot. I found parking just fine in the plaza this store is in. I didn't really like the texture of the tenders, it basically tastes like boneless wings which is not my favorite. They give you a big amount of ranch though so that's great. The Cajun fries were delicious so that was my favorite part about my meal. I likely won't do the tenders again and stick to the classic wings which is what I always get. I had a great experience here and the customer service I received was great. read more

This location and the other Burbank location aren't the best. The Glendale one is much better. I don't know if it was because we had such a big order but it was not great. The Korean bbq flavor is way too saucy, spicy and sweet. Some may like that, we did not. The lemon pepper was the best one but not great. The hot honey rub was overhyped. The Cajun and the original were both also just ok. I love the Cajun corn though definitely a must. They do have the best ranch but if you want extra they will charge you. This place is not cheap and can get pretty pricey. I wouldn't order from either of these locations again. read more

Great service off the jump. Young gentleman even upsold me on some boneless wings and I hate boneless wings. Put in an order for 30 wings total, two fries and drinks. My second visit to this Wingstop was so much better than my first time. Keep in mind, I had never had Wingstop before until these two times. The first time I wasn't impressed with the choices that I made, so I didn't like my food at all. I went into my visit yesterday prepared. I ended up getting 30 wings to split between four people, 10 buffalo and 20 lemon pepper, with a side of fries and I got the corn with lemon pepper seasoning. I loved the lemon pepper wings and the corn was great. I can't speak on the fries because I let my girls eat those. They were a bit stingy with the carrots and celery though. Clearly 30 wings wasn't for one person, which is the amount of carrots and celery we got. I wished I had ordered via the app before arriving because the food took about 20 minutes to wait for but the girl that took my order was very polite and answered all of my questions. The inside is a little small for those that want to eat there, but everyone that I saw came in for take out orders. There is also a large open parking lot here. Placed an order online for a 15 piece and 8 piece combo today. When I arrived at the location, the order was not ready, so when they completed my order I grabbed the bag and drove home. Once I got home and opened the bag, I realized I was missing the eight piece of wings. I called the store to explain and asked for a refund for the 8 piece in which the "manager" said they could only give me store credit and that I had to drive all the way back to the wingstop. She said "I personally prepped the order" and was insinuating that I was wrong. When I asked to speak to a manager she said she was one of them and was unwilling to fix their mistake unless I drove all the way back which is an inconvenience. I ordered the Chicken Sandwich with the Lakers Legendary Garlic sauce, Cajun Corn, 10-piece wing combo with Hawaiian and garlic parmesan sauces, seasoned fries, and a drink. The chicken sandwich and corn were delicious and cooked perfectly. The wings were a little tough to chew, but the sauces were delicious. The seasoned fries were delicious. When I placed my mobile order from the parking lot, I was given a wait time of 15-20 minutes, which changed to 16-21 minutes in the email. Upon arriving about ten minutes later, I informed an employee that I had placed a mobile order and gave her my name. She replied that they were working on my order. While I waited for a few minutes, a couple came in and placed an order to eat there and another customer came in for an order to pick up and received a cup for a drink. The only reason I took off the star was because the Coca Cola freestyle they had was the most watered down soda I've ever tasted. I got Coke Zero and it tasted like barely anything. I tasted my bf's coke and it was a little more flavorful but still not as good as it usually should taste. Another reason I took off a star was because there was no trash can...at all in the entire place. Only a mini trash can for straw papers which is incredibly weird.
