Their Detroit-style pizza is the crunchiest pizza I've ever had with perfectly crusted edges, crunchy pepperoni, and fresh ingredients. Friendly team putting out incredible pizza!! They even have amazing chicken wings here. I will for sure be back.

Stumbled upon a great pizzeria located in the corner across from Porto's in Burbank. Daniel and Phillipe ; great personality and friendly. Good suggestion on the meat lovers New York pizza; great cheese and marinated sausages. Recommended the white Walter pizza, and their meat lovers

This place was dope, first time visiting and it won't be my last. Customer service was on point and the prices were great as well. Got the lunch special which comes with two slices of pizza with a drink, you can't beat that plus the pizza was so good, not crumbs was left straight smashed both of the pizza. Don't hesitate coming here, the pizza is a must try

What pushed me to rate What Up Dough 5 stars, instead of 4 is their Roman style pizza. It was even thicker than a Detroit or Sicilian style square, but much airier and it didn't tear up the roof of my mouth. If you've spend just a bit of time in the SoCal pizza scene, you start to see the same toppings and styles so, I can't stress enough how impressive it is to find something new. Strictly in terms of flavor, both The Hot Boy Roman square and CheeseMatic NY slice were great, but not life changing. I would say they're on par with similar pizza spots like Prince St., Prime, and Slice House. Something that did stand out to me on my first visit was the lack of options. Normally, this would be a negative, but it was a workday and I came in a little before 4pm. I saw this as a positive sign that they're keeping their pizzas fresh by only making enough for their lunch and dinner rushes. That being said, I am disappointed by the fact that you have to order a whole pizza if you want to try their Detroit style square. In addition, they seem to be on the pricier side, but I think the flavor and overall experience make What Up Dough a reliable pizza spot I would recommend to others.

I've been wanting to try this place for a long time and we finally found ourselves in the area and hungry for pizza. My husband and I ordered a cheese pizza and garlic knots. The knots were great. The dough was fluffy inside and crispy on the outside. Freshly baked and delicious. Shredded Parm on top and a red dipping sauce. Definitely needed more garlic flavor but still very good. Wish the sauce was at least room temp and not fridge cold, though. Our pizza was just okay, sadly. The dough was perfect. It was thin and crisp but floppy. 10/10. But the sauce to cheese ratio was iffy at best. I love a saucey pizza but this pizza could have benefited from more cheese. But even so, I think I just didn't really care for the sauce. I didn't love it as a dip for my garlic knots but was hopeful that it was just because it was served cold. But alas. Their sauce leans to more of a fresh tomato taste and not enough to a cooked sauce taste for me. My husband also said he got a chunk of raw garlic in one bite so that kind of proved my point on the undercooked sauce aspect. I can see how some people may like this type of sauce but it wasn't for me personally. A shame, because that dough is perfect. Alas. While I wouldn't come here again on my own, if someone wanted to go or brought it to a potluck, I'd eat it.

They were closing in about 45 minutes so they were not making any more slices of pizza. They were limited options and they don't make any personal pizza either. They only make huge extra-large ones. So I could not order anything. The service was good and the environment was alright. Parking is located on the street or parking lot

The pizza was really good I personally love the thinner dough and the amount of sauce they use. The garlic knots I will say are strong! Just be aware if you are not a full garlic fan. The sitting area was nice and clean also it was so cool inside which was amazing because it was hot out side. The service was great to friendly and fast working.

I had the BBQ Chicken NY & Walter White pizzas. The pizzas were good and fulfilled my pizza craving. They have NY, Roman and Detroit style pizzas. I like that they have slices available if you want to try their different toppings. There is indoor seating. They have everyday lunch special from 11a-3p

The pizza here is delicious! Ordering for pick up was a breeze, our food was ready on time and made correctly. I love that they have different styles of pizza, we happen to come on a Tuesday and order their specialty of the day, which is only available on Tuesdays. It turned out to be my favorite pizza, the other ones were tasty though too. We have tried a variety of different ones and enjoyed all of them. Good quality ingredients, perfectly baked. Price is portions are fair, especially considering how filling it is you can easily feed 3 to 4 people on one pizza. Great option in the area if you are looking for delicious pizza!

Decent slice of pizza to get quick and fun flavors, but nothing special. Happy to go back though!

Excellent! We wanted deep dish pizza after biking our first half century. We found this place on Yelp and ordered a deep dish and wings. The deep dish was incredible! Love how doughy it was omg. I wish it did have more sauce or gave red sauce as a side but it's okay, it still hit the spot. I think this was more Detroit style deep dish. Their ranch side was super good too. I didn't try the wings but they said they were also good.

This pizza was honestly awful! dry, barely warm, and 20 minutes late on top of that. No real sauce, weirdly chewy, and the "garlic knots" had zero garlic and were just as dry. Even the dipping sauce tasted more like salsa than marinara. Big disappointment, couldn't even keep eating it. Want my money back honestly

We are in town visiting and stumbled on this place. I'm so glad we gave it a try! I have to say some of the best pizza I've ever had honestly. This is one of those few places where the service is just as great as the food. Felipe helped us out today and was such a great guy and even told us a little bit of history about the business. When you have someone like him running the place, it is in good hands. Prices are very fair considering the size of the pizza. We went home happy and full! Highly recommend this place!

Online experience was pretty simple and worked well. I received an email that my food would be ready for pick-up in 15 minutes, and planned my route accordingly as I had one other stop. Got to Wingstop location only to find they place completely empty and no signage. There was a note on a door saying "We've Moved to 3rd St. near Orange Grove." Okay, inconveinient, but it's close. I get to that place and no Wingstop. I call, only to be told they are across the street from their old location. GAH! Apparently, the sign in the window was for a UPS STore that used to be there. I saw NOTHING about the Wingstop move. Anyway, the address in the email was correct, so I have to take responsability for not checking before I went to the other spot, but it would have been nice if there was something, ANYTHING that was clear about the move. New location isn't as visible from the street and is in a parking lot that has 1 entrance and 1 exit. Store was clean and service was friendly enough. As for the sandwiches, I liked mine, my wife was not at all a fan, so a 50/50 reaction. It was worth it to try as a BOGO, but it won't be something I'll have to go back to with a million other places that offer chicken sandwiches that are as good or better. But, it's a fair price without the deal at $5.99 each.

I ordered at the bar like always, and the bartender took my order and then walked towards the kitchen. Now I know they usually give you your drink right then and there, but they were busy and I assumed he was going to take care of something else first, which is completely fine! What I didn't expect was this other bartender, who was on the complete other side of the bar and didn't communicate me with at all, was actually filling my drink. I didn't realize that, because he didn't tell me, so I turned to walk back to my table. This rude bartender thought I was abandoning my drink or something, and used his big boy voice to yell "YOUR DRINK!" so loudly that everyone at the bar stopped to stare at me, and some were laughing. Now I didn't know that intentionally embarrassing your patrons is how you guys do business, but ok, whatever makes you feel important I guess... The original bartender who took my order came by and checked and on our table later in the night, and he asked us something that neither my friend or I could hear, so I said "I'm sorry, what?" and he rolled his eyes and walked away. Alternatively, a few months ago, my husband and his friend came here and they received the complete opposite treatment - free drinks, conversations with the bartenders, and were welcomed. I never come into a restaurant/bar, especially a small business, expecting anything for free, that isn't my point at all. I do however expect basic manners and respect. Based on our very different experiences recently, there does seem to be a hint of misogyny going on here. This place used to be cool and friendly, and food has always been great, but the men who work here completely ruin it. It's really disappointing.

When we sat down, the table wasn't cleaned, and he simply placed our plates down on the dirty table. I understand the restaurant was busy, so initially I tried to be understanding. However, everyone at our table received their drinks except for my water, and I had to flag Cannon down multiple times just to get his attention. Throughout our meal, we noticed him checking on other tables and asking if they needed anything, while our table was repeatedly overlooked. He also never bothered to ask about our rewards account or points, so we weren't given the opportunity to receive our points for the visit. It was just another thing that added to an already frustrating experience. At the end, I asked for his name because I wanted to speak with a manager about the service. Instead of simply providing his name, he seemed to be hiding it. After I requested a manager, Cannon came to the front himself and confronted us, questioning why we wanted his name. I explained that it was because we had received terrible service. At that point, his behavior became hostile and inappropriate. A customer should be able to ask for a manager or an employee's name to provide feedback without being confronted or made to feel uncomfortable. The entire situation was terrible. The lack of attentiveness was disappointing enough, but being confronted after asking to speak with a manager made the experience significantly worse. I hope management addresses this because this was completely unprofessional and not the type of service customers should receive.
