I ordered a burger combo and asked for honey mustard and Chick-fil-A sauce. The food came out surprisingly fast, which I appreciated at first. Super nice location! I was confused at first because I thought they had a drive through but they don't. The inside is really clean and nicely designed. It felt very elevated for a fast food restaurant. Lots of seating available and they even have a little lounge area if you are waiting to take your order to go. They even had real flowers on the tables. Service was great and the staff was very helpful. Unfortunately they messed up our order which was a bummer, but it was still tasty. Honestly I love chick fil a breakfast, specifically the bacon egg and cheese biscuit. It's usually hot, a little crispy on top and amazing. I haven't really been to this location so I placed my order for here and realized that no one gave me a table plaque to sit down. When I asked they told me to just wait at the counter. Wasn't the cashiers fault as the supervisor approached her during my order and told her to go on break, plus she was kind and polite to me. However I received the worst biscuit in existence. It had no rise to it, almost completely flat. As I took my first bite the whole thing crumbled apart. It was more like I was eating an egg patty, and the bacon was underdone in comparison. I was there last week, and forgot to do this review then. First, and most importantly, I'd like to thank your employee, Kat. It was my first time at this location and I believe she noticed my confusion. She was either on her break, or finishing it up, and she took the time to ask if I needed any help. I told her what I was hoping to get, and she made the perfect suggestions for me. I am older, my kids love to remind me I'm a boomer. I'm guessing because of my age, I've suddenly started experiencing anxiety when I'm in public and there's a line of people behind me. She helped me with making my order on my phone, which was greatly appreciated. I didn't feel I was holding anyone up, and was able to relax and take my time. She then went into the back area behind the doors. When my order was done, she came out and had me make sure everything was correct. It was beyond perfection. I'm originally from Atlanta and have been eating your food since high school. This is the first time since I've had Chick-fil-a in California that it actually tasted the same as it did in Atlanta. No heavy salt, it was perfection. I don't know what it is about y'all's pickles, but they have a hold on me. I appreciated that I did ask for extra pickles and I was given more than 1 extra. Westwood and Hollywood would never. They only give 1 when you ask for extra. In the type of society we have today, it's really rare to have a younger person be a perfectionist when it comes to customer service. This young lady doesn't fit that stereotype. I got the notification around 4pm. Staff was slow, unenthusiastic, and looked miserable. I ordered a breakfast burrito that was sloppy and fell apart when I unwrapped it. On the bright side, all the fillings were solid which is why I love this breakfast burrito. For $5 you get a solid item. Crunchy hash browns, juicy chicken, fluffy eggs, and the salsa is delish. I though I'd better try it again because people are so enamored by this place. The spicy fried chicken is spicy, not very crispy, and just slapped on a steamed floppy bun with a couple pickle slices. The waffle fries were fried to perfection but had zero salt on them and tasted like nothing. The Coke Zero was fantastic!!!! Service at this location is fast and pretty friendly. The dining room was filled with screaming kids. The parking lot is worse than the worst Trader Joe's on a weekend midday and there is no drive thru. I think if you didn't grow up eating this you don't understand why it's good. Like others have said, one of the main drop access the parking can be a little bit of a nightmare at times. I think it is anxiety inducing to say the least as I've seen a number of negative interactions happening in the parking lot at this location due to the constrained number of parking spaces. While staying over in North Hollywood, we were craving Chick-fil-A, and the only one close by was one of those ghost kitchen/doordash place where you had to place an order on their app. F that, we ended up driving over to Burbank for our fix. First off, there is no drive-thru here at this location which I didn't expect. However, they have fairly decent parking, and a spacious inside and out area for seating. I still can't believe that I've lived in Burbank my whole life and I've just now tried Chick-fil-a after years of it being here. I wanted to see how good this place was and I can say I wasn't disappointed. Here are some things that I've tried: Grilled nuggets: definitely the right choice if you're watching your waistline. I've heard people say they're strange looking because they're used to breaded nuggets, but I didn't bat an eye when I saw these beauties. They're juicy and flavorful and get me the right amount of protein when I need it. Kale crunch side: this doesn't look anything like it's advertised on their menu. It is not a bunch of fluffy kale with almonds on it. When I got this it was a bunch of sautéed kale and it barely fit the entire cup. Was it good? Yes! Was the fact that it was maybe 1/4 of the cup they gave me disappointing? Absolutely. Mac and cheese: this is bomb! I don't need to elaborate. Side salad: this is just a standard salad of mixed greens with cherry tomatoes and a special kick, crispy bell peppers. I thought those were really good! I ordered the light Italian dressing to go with it, but they didn't put anything in my carry out bag. I was really disappointed. I enjoyed my grilled nuggets tossed in Buffalo sauce and herb ranch on top of my salad. It made the fact that I didn't get the dressing not so bad. Now, just a few notes: Ordering on the app is a piece of cake. I found that it makes it a lot easier to get your food in a good amount of time, just make sure you check your bag(s) because they've forgotten salad dressings. If you plan on going in the heat of lunch time, 12-1, I'd recommend ordering via app. If you plan on going before those times or after 2pm, just park and order inside. I've done both. People will park in the pickup parking spots when they didn't order for pick up. It has been upsetting when I've orders via app and there's been no parking spots for pick up. People are also parking in the clean vehicle spots that don't have clean vehicles. People really do suck. I have found that street parking can be found though. I really wished this was in a better location where the parking lot was bigger, but the food is too good to keep me away. read more
