I called up to ask for the manager. "Cole" said he was the manager. I explained to him the issue. He said to come back ask for him and he would make it right. I swung back to the drive thru. He gave me a bag with a box inside. I drove away and parked. He gave me about six or seven ketchups, 2 slices of bread and a cane sauce. Not sure if he was playing games with me. I didn't ask for all that ketchup, bread and sauce. First of all I already ate my chicken previously. The respectful common sense thing would have been to give me some fresh hot fries to go with that ketchup. I'm going to call back and ask for a manager again. I doubt he was the manager. A manager has more integrity than that.

I walked in at 2:30pm and was greeted by Albert, their manager, with a nice, happy smile, wonderful energy, and wanted to take my order when I wasn't quite ready yet. After taking a minute to decide what I wanted to eat, I went with their combo #6 which came with Grilled Chicken Sandwich, either with regular fries, or seasoned curly fries & your choice of a drink. I got diet Coke from their fountain. I opted for the seasonal curly fries and also got a regular size of Grilled Chicken Teriyaki Bowl with veggies and steamed rice. Everything tasted soooo good! It exceeded my expectations. With that being said and Albert being the kindest human being & the manager, he gave me a nice, big, fat discount on my meal when I told him that it was my birthday!! Total for my order was $18.28 (including tax). All I paid was $7.08. So good, kind people still exist out there. They have extensive menu options from burgers, fries, Tacos, bowls, wraps, salads chicken tenders, shakes & sodas. Place was spotless clean, restroom was somewhat clean, drive thru,& few ample parking spaces right in the front.Open for 24 hours and I can't wait to do their survey to go claim/redeem a free item. Let me not forget to say that they also serve variety of items from their breakfast menu. A lot of to go orders, catering, and 3rd party deliveries. I saw the reviews and photos and I knew I just had to stop by. Thankfully I had read the review about parking because it can definitely be confusing. Parking is street parking and a short walk to the restaurant. I did see a lot up ahead when I initially turned in the driveway but the sign looks like it's meant for a different business. I found parking right before Weddington and walked to Bruxie. On my way a shady character started following me and speaking to me and I power walked to the restaurant to get away. As I turned the corner I was greeted by friendly staff. There is someone behind the window to take orders but also someone outside the window able to take orders as well. After looking at the menu I orderd the Nashville hot chicken sandwich with a side of waffle fries, and also a breakfast burrito with a side of tots (that I planned to eat tomorrow morning). I paid and then waited in the shade of the outdoor seating which has allot of shade and it's a nice area to sit. My food was ready in maybe 15 to 20 minutes and then I walked back to my car as I had to get to my next destination. Unfortunately that shady man was waiting for me and when I rounded the corner he acted like he was ignoring me but then he started following me again!!! I ended up taking advantage of my long legs and I did a long legged power walk back to my car leaving him in the dust. People saw me walking so fast with such long strides and were looking at me like I'm crazy. When I looked back the man was still walking my way staring straight at me but thankfully he can't walk fast to catch up to me. The point of me writing about this is to be careful on this street, keep your eyes on your surroundings and do not get distracted staring at your phone. On my way driving to my destination I started nibbling on the waffle fries and they were so perfect! I don't know how to explain the puffy crunch that comes with them as you bite down. So perfectly crispy yet soft! I then decided to try the tots and they are perfection too! The perfect amount of spice that gives a hint of spicy but it's not overwhelming. I wasn't planning to eat both the fries and the tots but before you know it I arrived at my destination and both were in my belly! I then ate the Nashville chicken sandwich, absolutely delicious and generous portion, I love the taste again spicy but not overwhelming, it was perfect. My only wish is that the chicken could have been a thicker piece of chicken but it was a thin long piece. Other than that it definitely hit the spot. We've been here before and usually eat there, but the few times I pick up food, and she's there, it's horrible. Extremely rude. And condescending. I was a server for 8 years , and I was absolutely never rude to anyone, if they didn't like what came out, fine, mistakes happen. But I always made sure our guests left happy. It won't stop us from going there of course. The rest of the staff rocks and is amazing!

I go extra tomato and extra pickle every time. The employees always speak perfect English no matter where you go, which honestly still surprises me. I can't believe I never worked here when I was younger. Burger was killer. Juicy, messy, loaded with grilled onions and just the right amount of animal sauce. In-N-Out is a California classic.
