As with other recent mentions, service at this location is trash. Placed a pickup order via DoorDash, showed up about 5-10 minutes past the time it said it would be ready. Walk in, lobby is full of people waiting. They ask my name and say it is almost ready, great! Couple minutes pass and they hand me my bag. Now, knowing I've gotten the wrong order the previous 2 pickup visits, I open it in store and check. Guess what? My sandwich is missing. After waiting at the pickup window for somebody to notice me, after people walk by numerous times, somebody asks what my "problem" is? I respond that my sandwich is missing, to which he responds "nah it's in there" and walks away. I stopped in around 7:00 p.m. on a Sunday night. The wings and fries were fresh. The portions were huge and fed two people. We went with the 10 wings (2 sauce) + fries + drink. I was in a random mood tonight and stopped in for a quick to-go order. I had the Louisiana rub and Korean Spicy Q. Delicious. So keeping with my two-times in and yelp review policy, here is my opinion. They were relatively empty, but this is the when I get home I am in for the night season. Since it gets dark at 5pm now and 6 pm might as well be 2 am at the club. I walked in and the guy took my order and all was kosher. I got my drink and my food was out in under 5 mins. Visited this location on 3/26. Before we were ready to order a customer went to the counter very upset as he had been waiting 45 minutes for his food. The staff (5 individuals) responded his food was ready (finally) but they hadn't given it to him. He refused the food, wanted a rebate. The cashier didn't know how to do that, had to call the manager. During this time there are other customers waiting, staff is standing around one fryer not doing much if anything while other customers wait (3 people waiting.) We decide to leave and skip getting anything due to the lack of service and employees not working. On our way out another patron tells us we made the right choice - she had been waiting 25 minutes. Not sure how the food tastes, but if they cannot produce the food in a timely manner on a slow Sunday afternoon with more employees than customers then we will pass. read more
