Wish I could give it zero stars , while on hold due to half my order missing, employees fighting and cursing each other out in the background , manager JACOB is a liar when I called back to retrieve my missing items that I requested be delivered and paid to be delivered was told I would only get two of my missing items and I had to come pick them up. Ordered online through website, Jacob told me he could not have redelivered and could not refund me fees because not through them, door dash had a whole other story and got me to Wingstop customer service which mind you Jacob told me there was no one I could talk to. Never eating hear again and have to wait to see if I'll get a refund. All could've been resolved if my missing order just got delivered as requested in the first place. If I could give this place 0 stars I would... the manager was standing around talking the entire time, kept touching his face without washing his hands or putting on gloves and then went on to cook , and was cursing up a storm in front of the customers. Only one girl was actually doing her job at the counter while everyone in the back was just standing around. As someone who works in the food industry this is ridiculous we waited more than 30 minutes for our food and there was a guy who got there before us and he was waiting even longer. Honestly I want to give this place more stars but the customer service is so horrible that I can't. Last time I tried to call, the phone was busy so I had to order online and wasn't really able to order what I want. This time... I called and the person asked if they can put me on hold right away... I was on hold for at least 13 mins before my husband got there before I placed the order and just ordered in person. He told the person I was still on the line on hold and he just said sorry they had a lot of orders... still didn't even have the decency to respond/unhold my call. Idk if I can support this business anymore. It use to not be this bad and the hassle of dealing with them by phone is not worth my time and energy. Instead of a pound of ranch they gave me 6 little half full containers and said it equals a pound. Not! It was as good as I remembered only less so as in it wasn't that good last time and was less good this time I tried the Cajun sauce and I don't really know what it is supposed to be but it was kind of hot and kind of buffalo sauce and kind of jerk-herby and hard to pin down like this sentence it was a little aimless in it's flavor and just didn't do much for me so this was probably my last visit to Wing Stop. Some of these reviews kill me. People go to a wing place and order chicken strips, or get some random sauce they didn't like and blame the restaurant. Now for what to expect: I never have/will order anything but a chicken wing from this place and I'd recommend you don't go here unless you want a chicken wing. Also, it is more setup for a smaller lunch/dinner crowd and I imagine they get most of their business from take out orders. Lastly, they cook the wings to order which take 15 minutes to prepare. 'Nuff said. Now I have 3 reasons I love this place. First, their wings are cooked to perfection. They are juicy and cooked just enough to have that perfect crispness one should except from a chicken wing. I've never had them screw it up the many times I've been there. Second, their fries are delicious. They remind me of boardwalk fries which you don't get around here much and they put what I think is a salt/sugar seasoning on them which is excellent. Last but not least is their sauces. While oddly bright red their regular hot flavor is well done. The garlic parm is simple and delicious. And my favorite and the most unique is lemon pepper. It is oddly tangy and I can't figure out how they do it. They aren't cheap but I think you get your money's worth. read more

Wingstop is my only stop for wings in the valley. I like the lemon pepper wings, although they are a bit salty sometimes. The sides aren't that great so I stick with only wing take out orders, done in about 15 minutes. The fries are strangely dark brown and tend to taste like chicken. The price is about $2 more than I would like to pay but I keep going back so price is not that big of a turn off. Give the lemon pepper wings a try, you will love em. read more

I like wings. I took the kids to eat here - 3 of the 4 - and my girlfriend. We all ate for less than 30 bucks, with food to spare. 3 flavors in the family pack was good. 4 wings for each of the kids, two separate flavors, and hot for us. The place is kind of small, so none of their tables seat more than 4. That was ok though. I have no complaints about this place. Called in a Superbowl Sunday order & they told me an hour & 10 minutes ... RIDICULOUS. Manager got on the phone named Ryan & apologize like the girl I was speaking to was stupid & said they would be ready in 35 mins .... 6:05pm he said. I got there at 6:05 and my order was "two tickets behind" ...... So the girl on the phone wasn't stupid Ryan, she was HONEST ... A girl named Ana apologized to me and offered me a drink while I waited & went to tell Ryan I was there and remind him that he said 6:05 ... He made a rude sarcastic remark to her & she told him that I was right there and could see and hear him ..... Did Ryan apologize? I love Wingstop, which is why I had to finally leave this feedback. This particular location has been consistently horrible for long enough that I feel the need to save others the headache of encountering this location. Typically when I order here, I order ahead and intentionally arrive 15 - 20 minutes after the scheduled pickup time because they are NEVER timely. On my latest visit, I arrived 15 minutes after my pickup time and was told "you'll to come back in 40 minutes." It was easy to remain calm because I never expect a smooth transaction here. I advised the cashier that I could not return in 40 minutes and that I had already paid online. She asked me "Well can you cancel?" To which I responded, "Well I was going to ask you all that same question." She grabbed the manager who advised me that I would have to call customer service for a refund, to which I asked if they had the number available. The manager advised "just try googling wingstop customer care hotline or something..." Long story short, avoid this location (Chandler & Kyrene). I was able to order a quick replacement dinner at a nearby wing shack while on hold waiting to speak with the customer care line I googled. I will usually avoid getting wings from anywhere else except here. The dry rubs are finger lickin' good, especially the Lemon Pepper and Louisiana Dry Rub. The price is pretty steep though. It cost me $16 for 12 wings, fries, and a small drink. YIKES. But their fries are totally worth it and their wings are fairly well sized. I only come when I'm craving good wings. When I called, the cashier was polite and asked me if I wanted to be added to the book for free 8. Well, it's not really 8 free since I didn't get my order. So, he passed to the manager. I like the wings and usually I order door dash for them. Today I had time so I came in to order them and I felt rushed and disrespected by the guy in front the cashier. He is a lanky long haired guy who was just not welcoming or curteous. Idk what was going on in his personal life but he was getting on my nerves from the time I walked in. He asked me pick up or Oder in and I was clearly not ready to order just came in looking up at menu, he asked me my name and I gave it to him he said spell it so I did. He said what can I get you today and I said will you please give me a second thank you. When I was ready I gave him my order and he looked like he put it in he then gave me the total and said thank you and walked off. I stepped to the side and then went to the restroom. I came back out and I waited while he took two other people's orders after I asked him where was the drink in my order and he replied, we usually don't give you the drink until after you pay. I said well I was going to pay once my order came out. He said usually you pay before, so I said why didn't you ask for my payment and he muttered because you walked off, I said well I was literally standing right here and you could have asked me to pay idk why you didn't. He said well it's not a big deal and tendered my cash then finally gave my drink cup to me. I'm just thinking why does it have to be so difficult if it's not a big deal. I try to wait in between visits before going back, HOPING they've gotten it together but NOPE. Food and customer service at this location SUCKS. Food just tossed in the bag, ranch all over everything. Eating at this place is a WASTE, waste of time, waste of money, waste of effort. We have been here for nearly an hour since we walked in and now are about to leave - there have been 3 other customers this entire time. This was my first time trying wingstop. I'm not impressed. My food was extremely salty. The French fries looked very good, but looks can be deceiving. The fries were very salty and it had a funny sweet taste to it. The sweet aftertaste was just wrong, don't do this to fries. The wings were boneless but I couldn't take another bite. Terrible service. My wait took about 30 minutes when they told me it would be a 20 minute wait. I get there and they ask if i would like the food delivered to my car. I said sure. They asked for my car information so they could walk it out. 10 minutes go by and no food after they said it's about 2 minutes from being done. I come back inside and it's sitting on the shelf. My food was missing two ranches that I had paid for. The one ranch I got was spilled all over my food when I got home because someone was to lazy to check and see if the lid was tight.
