Well here they must just use what they have left over from the weekend because I opened the box and they were dry and looked they had freezer burn and been dipped in sauce. So gross. I called and the manager promised they are all fresh. I said well I don't know any fresh chicken that is freezer burned. I had to take it straight outside it smelled so bad. I have a heart condition called endothelial dysfunction. When my heart feels starved of oxygen, I have symptoms of a heart attack. I have jaw pain, my left arm hurts, I have even passed out. I can not wear a face mask. Today, I went to the Wing Stop in Chico. There are signs all over the place saying "no mask, no service". My husband and I stopped outside the door and explained that I couldn't wear a mask, but could we still order. The girls said no. One of the girls said she would get the supervisor. The supervisor came out and said we could come in. We stood at the counter for about 10 minutes, no one would help us. People would come in and out and they ignored us. Finally, I thought maybe we were supposed to have ordered ahead of time, so I asked politely if we were supposed to have ordered online. The employee named Jasmine says that they were waiting to hear from her manager as to whether she should serve us. I was shocked! I said, "oh, why did you let us in if you weren't going to serve us?" She says, "because she (the supervisor) didn't want to make you mad." I said, "I have a heart condition that starves me of oxygen when I wear a mask." She said, "my aunt has a heart condition, and she still manages to wear one!" She said it with disrespect and hate. I was so shocked! I said,"honey, there are a lot of heart conditions, just because your aunt has one, doesn't mean we have the same condition." She then told us that we had to leave. My husband said, "wait what? Your supervisor just told us to come in?" She said," that's because she had the decency to be respectful, but I am telling you to leave." Even as the supervisor was standing there saying she would take our order, the cashier was telling her "no" that we needed to leave. I understand that they can refuse to serve us, but to invite us in, only to be verbally attacked by this little cashier girl was horrific! read more

I liked it. I'm not that picky with my chicken as long as the sauce is good. I tried the mango habanero and Louisiana rub and thought they were equally good. The price is fair in my opinion. I spent $10 and got 10 wings, a big (to me) basket of fries and a drink and was definitely full from it. As far as service goes, it is what it is, not fast food instant but it's quicker than Buffalo Wild Wings. They said my food would be out no later than 14 minutes and it seemed close to that mark. Good food, bad service. Like the other reviews say the food here is what you would expect when coming to a wing stop, but the employees here  can be rude and unhelpful. The environment is cool and they have one if those Coke machines that has hundreds of different of combinations. I'd recommend eating here, but be prepared for poor customer service. read more

I've been a Wingstop fan for years, way before they opened one in Chico. Today after a long day at school I decided to stop by and grab some wings. I was also craving a beer, like a normal Chico state student, and to my surprise they had their boneless wings for .60 cents and their bottled beer for $1.07! I was pretty excited about that, not going to lie. The wings were great, the beer was awesome and the girl at the register was very nice and had great customer service. If you don't feel like cooking and love beer, wings and awesome deals Wingstop is the place to be at on a Tuesday. read more

I am reviewing this solely on the food. One of the guys that works here has an amazing personality and appears to care very much about each customer. However this place is very understaffed, and the wings here are extremely disgusting. I tried 5 different flavored wings, atomic flavor "the hottest of the hottest" only tasted like seasoning to me no chicken at all. The next hottest, Hawaiian had a very similar taste besides a pinnaple flavor it was also gross. Cajun was super heavily seasoned as well and tasted very similar to the classic hot wings, minus the seasoning. I would probably only ever come.in again to use the bathroom. My roommate was eating dinner here and I asked her to bring me back some food. I asked for BBQ boneless wings and the atomic boneless wings. Before ordering my roommate asked how spicy the atomic wings were. The waitress said she didn't like spicy food but could tolerate these and still enjoyed them. I LOVE spicy food and these were completely inedible. I actually had to spit it out my bite. They didn't have any sauce on them but speckles of pepper and other spicy shit. The BBQ ones were doused in sauce...YUCK. They were both extremely salty as well. My meal was more than 8 bucks and I could only eat 3 of the 6 pieces. I love wing stop but this place has the worst customer service ever. I don't think I will be back to this location after giving them a 3rd try. They have never once got my order right. The first time they forgot food. The second didn't give us any ranch for our 4 orders, then we called, and they offered us a free meal, then when we went back to pick up ranch they told us they would only take back all the food or give us ranch, no free meal. And as if they were going to sell our wings again, that's illegal, they just wanted them for themselves I bet. No refund, or next meal free like they said.
