This place is totally un-organized. When I called the phone number, I got put on hold 3 times (after hanging up and dialing again) finally my call went through and I was able to order. Then when I showed up to the restaurant 25min later to pick up my order, they told me they didn't start making it yet. Quite disappointed, the restaurant was freezing cold inside. There was one person in front of me and it took 40 minutes for my food. While waiting for my food, I noticed the profane music they were playing, not appropriate for the public. I also noticed it was pretty messy in the dining area. When I got home because I was not eating there in that condition, I was surprised how much food was in my bag. Too bad it was less that tasty! I did a walk in order. 30 peice crew pack with extra dips, fries and chicken extra well done. Waited about 50 mins. One other walk in order came in about 15 mins after I ordered. his order came out first. So I waited about 10 mins after his order was finished to ask about my order. Turn out my order was just sitting on the rack. They didnt call my name like they did with the customer that cane in after me. when it was done they just had me sitting waiting. My fries were cold when I finally received my food. They were also not well done at all. They were white like they had barely been cooked. I had to bake them at home myself. Today I decided to try Wing Stop because we are watching the playoffs. I have heard that they have good wings, well thank goodness if that's true because their customer service SUCKS!! We tried telling them that it was just being adjusted and that we were all wearing masks correctly they then kicked us out. Got my ordered when I walked in (waited for only one of the two employees working to come help me for a minute or two), filled up my drink, and left. Get back to work, pulling everything out of the bag, only to find out my ranch has been forgotten (including the additional one I paid $0.79 for ..big loss there, oh well) and open pop open the box for the chicken, only to be utterly shocked at my "Garlic Parmesan" strips. I'm questioning if there was an accident in the kitchen, and a 8oz bottle of Parmesan spilled into my box? I blankly stare into this box, to see the Mount Everest of Parmesan cheese PILED on top of my strips I thought, not really a big deal, just brush all the excess off, and tone down the taste of it. Awful Service! My boyfriend and I ordered Wings for pick up today and they informed us that the order would be ready in 20 minutes. We got to Wingstop to pick up our order (about 20 minutes after calling it in) and the lady informed us it would be another 15 minutes. I understood & we were patient because the place was packed and everyone was getting food before the Super Bowl started. We walked to Safeway and returned 15 minutes later and the same person apologized again and stated that they were backed up on orders and it would be at least another 15 minutes until our order was finished! After waiting over an hour after we had placed our order and our Wings were not ready, we told the cashier we weren't going to wait any longer and cancelled our order. People who had walked in and ordered their food while we were waiting had already received their orders and left. Even though we did not try to food, Wingstop would receive 0 stars in service. The girl that was working just kept apologizing, but didn't really seem to care or try to make the situation better. We had planned to have wings to go to watch the super bowl, and ended up missing the kick off and beginning of the game waiting over an hour at Wingstop. After such a terrible first impression / trying to dine here, we both will not return. My best advice to everyone is to STOP, before you enter Wingstop on Mangrove in Chico. We ordered the Wing Bundle which consisted of wings, chicken fingers, sides and three kinds of dip. Not only were the wings and chicken fingers absolutely not fit for human consumption, but the sides and dips were barely big enough for one person. We were feeding three people. I ordered at noon on the app and asked for my food to be ready at 12:30. At 12:05 I got an email confirming my order was submitted. I ordered one 6 piece boneless combo meal with well done fries and blue cheese dressing (not difficult at all). I got there at 12:35 and they couldn't find my order even though my receipt was sitting on the top of a stack next to the register. I was told by someone that my order hadn't been put into their system yet and it would take 5 minutes. I said fine and rolled my eyes (yes, rude, but it just happened). I had a complaint about my order and the new manager/owner called me and told me to come in on any day I was available and gave me a free meal to make up for it. This Thursday morning shift was absolutely wonderful and helpful and gave me great customer service along with the manager personally calling me and offering me a meal to make up for the poor one I got. I drove into Chico from Gardnerville, NV, a 3.5 hour drive & I was hungry and I had to use the bathroom real bad. After I placed my order of 6 "tenders" w/fries for $10, I asked if I could use the bathroom. The little blonde up front, who smiles way too much, told me they were just for the delivery drivers & I could use the one nextdoor @ Safeway. So I sat down to wait out the 25 minutes it takes to cook 6 McNuggets & the very next customer asked her if he could use the restroom. She says "sure, go right ahead, it's over there" WTF? The little b*#*h! So, I used it without asking. And, I could not believe how horrible the stupid 'boneless wings' are, I managed a bite out of each flavor & packed it back up and thru it out as soon as I could find a trash can! The fries were old & cold, not fresh never-frozen fries! The fries are the only thing they advertise as fresh never-frozen, so you know the nuggets came right out of the frozen bag. Went to this wing stop with no expectations other than their 25 wings for $16.99 turns out it's buy one pitcher get one free. Our server HANNAH was exceptional and such a great help. I knew right from ordering it was going to be a great time from the service alone. Our wings were done within 5-10 minutes and HANNAH continued to show great service through out the night.
