Worst customer service I've ever seen. We went with a group and waited over an hour and a half for one person even though many came in afterwards, ordered, got their food and left. The soda machine was out of ice, carbonation was out and when we asked about it...he said he'd change it "later". Meanwhile they were serving out sodas for to go orders. When the member in our group that waited 1-1/2 hours asked for a refund, he was treated with pure disrespect. The facility was so dirty, bathrooms didn't work and I'm not far off from thinking maybe the Health Dept should be called. We waited 25 minutes for our online order after arriving at the time specified online. Meanwhile we saw many safety violations and the Public Health Department should be notified. From the lobby you can see the entire kitchen, which had very greasy floors. The staff were slipping around because they didn't have any rubber mats down. We saw a fridge (or warmer?) in the kitchen that had a broken hinge, so it didn't close all of the way. In another cooler with beverages (near the cash register), we saw a half filled plastic cup. We wondered if it belonged to someone who was drinking it. We saw many people come in to pick up their online order and received it quite quickly while we sat and waited. Once we got it we brought it home. The wings with bones were so dry that I couldn't eat them. Part of our order was wrong. The fries were pretty amazing though. I am done with Wingstop. Regardless of ANYTHING else, Wingstop's chicken wings are poor. Actually, they are very poor. The sauces are uninspired and boring, the chicken has a bad taste to it, and the wings are not cooked long enough. I give this restaurant two stars based solely on their sides. I have no idea how Wingstop has managed to build so many restaurants (700+) using their current ideas. I would recommend almost anywhere else to get better wings. I look forward to the Buffalo Wild Wings that will be opening in Chico soon. In the meantime try Madison Bear Garden, Pete's, or even Chili's for decent wings. read more

They're often busy and after tasting your order, you know why. Staff is always friendly. We appreciate being able to customize our drinks with the Coca-Cola Freestyle on site. The service on the other hand......it took an hour and twenty minutes to get our food (they did quote us 30-40 mins when we arrived) (dine-in). The manager on duty was super rude and condescending, the staff wont make eye contact or give you status on the food - ever, and overall it is just a horrible atmosphere. This place is totally un-organized. When I called the phone number, I got put on hold 3 times (after hanging up and dialing again) finally my call went through and I was able to order.
