Absolute trash service. The girls working here (for some reason it's all women) seem to have absolutely no idea how to do their jobs or work a fryer. I ordered 10 wings and fries.. Suddenly I realize it's been 25 minutes and nothing. After asking one of the workers what the hold up was, she stammered something about not knowing why it's taking so long and that it would be another 8 minutes. Screw that. I came in for a quick lunch and didn't have time for it. I told them I wanted my money back and was leaving. The girl tells her manager I wanted a refund (she was off screwing around with a pot in the back of their kitchen) and she ignores me... I stand there for another 5 minutes or so.. Still food less and no refund. Someone finally come to the counter and asks if I'm sure if I want my money back because it's almost done.... YES I STILL WANT IT BACK! But both times I've picked up food, the bag handed to my has sauce and/or some sort of wet liquid on it, then getting on my shirt as I hold the bag. And today, I was told my order would be ready in 20 minutes, got there and waited an additional 20 minutes (whatever it happens). Then, I got 14 wings instead of the 15 I paid for, and the extra ranch I paid for wasn't even half full. Really disappointed with our experience here on 7/20/18. We used to come here all the time but the food has really dropped off. The sauce is still the same but the quality has dropped dramatically. I ordered 10 bone in wings and only got 2 drumsticks. Very disappointing. I pointed that out and didn't even get a sorry, he just said it is random. I'll bet his buddy got 8 drumsticks. :-) The fries, which have be awesome in the past, were under cooked and we felt like we got the leftovers. All the little crumbs and the plate wasn't very full. This is my second attempt to enjoy Wing Stop in awhile. Not sure if there was a management change or if the previous manager Anthony is no longer with the company but I can definitely tell a difference in customer service and product. If I don't call ahead my order, I usually order a beer to enjoy after my long day while I wait for my order... The last two times, the cashier hands me the beer, with the cap still on when it's not a twist off. When I politely hand it back and request they open it, neither cashiers new how to open a bottle! So besides the fact I have taught two of their employees how to open beers for their guests, the cleanliness of this place has gone down as well. My previous visit, every table was covered in guests trash and tonight, while I was waiting for my meal, enjoying my beer, I smelt a horrible funky smell! I looked down at the floor and the floors had been mopped with nasty old water that was giving the place a bad odor. So we usually like this place but knew something was up when I called and was put on hold for 3 minutes. We were already in the area and stopped by. The man who was helping us, Anthony, was on a personal phone call for 5 minutes. He didn't take an order and wasn't talking about wings or fries and never wrote down an order. He finally hung up the phone and took our order. It's a Monday so they run the $0.60 boneless special. He charged us for a 5 wing add-on to our combo which was an additional $3.69. We didn't ask for this. We had asked for 5 wings and I pointed to the special when we ordered. We should have been charged $3.00, not $3.69. I told the BF it was wrong and he went to talk to Anthony, to which he said, "well she didn't tell me. She needs to tell me. That's not what she said." I stood up and walked over and Anthony said, "so what do you want then? Your $0.69 back?" We replied yes, and he looked really disgusted. He ended up giving us $0.64 back. Really disappointed in this place because we defended him against the bad reviews. He ended up apologizing and throwing in a few wings. Bad days get us all but we've gotta keep it to ourselves. We went in at 11:12 pm and the Caucasian cook with the dirty pony tail, with no hair net that cooked our food looked irritated. He said out loud "are you fucking kidding me." Right after we ordered he went outside of the kitchen and started talking to his friends. Our food order was not finished until 11:50 and there was no one else there but us. Also, they didn't have any napkins. No napkins eating wings? Sucks. He also made all our orders "to go" when we clearly said we wanted it "for here." This location is super busy, always overwhelmed by the amount of orders they get from walk ins, phone, and online. Food quality depends on what days you go. I've never gotten wrong orders or bad service from here but from what I've seen on busy days I could tell why so many people were upset. There are just too much orders for this tiny place... I feel bad for all the teenagers working hard here. Decided to grab a 40 piece yesterday after work on the way home stood in line waiting for the cash register girl to even look up from her hand and see me rite in front of her.
