Tried to place an order over the phone for pickup. After I order their $20 flavor fix and added my sides and drinks which were included the woman told me that I would have to come in to place my order or order online because my total was over 25 dollars. Honestly I think you should save your money and go to Buffalo Wild Wings at least there your wings won't be dry. They put so much seasoning on my wings that you couldn't even taste the spicy part it's literally just salty. And the fries were salty really salty and too much seasoning too. I love wing stop but the service has always been horrible. The cashier girl was rude and didn't seem to care about anything but hurrying up and taking our order. Wing stop needs a big step up as far as people they hire. The food takes forever and the dining Is always dirty at any location. I recommend you order online and pick up before eating in the dining. I was so excited when I found out they opened here in Coachella. I kept going to the other location in Bermuda Dunes since by now the employees and business is well stablished; I decided to not come here to this location until the employees got some experience (since usually new bussinesses tend to do not so well as many of their employees are new and not seasoned). Today, I was having doubts given the yelp rating they got, but I gave them a shot. The customer service was good, they offered help if I had questions about their deals. The food was cooked well, except the fries were a bit on the burned side but still eadible. The place was clean and kept up with. They offered extra plates since I have a family of 5 including myself. Over all, I was not dissapointed nor dissatisfied with my food. I think customer service can be great if they just smiled more. I will come back whenever I want some wings. read more

Please Whatever you do, DO NOT eat this wingstop. Get ready for a list of issues. First if all, don't bother trying to call this place to place an order because they will never answer their phone, I literally called them eight times because I was coming from about 40 minutes away trying to place an order and they did not answer. The reason I was trying to place an order 40 minutes ahead is because this place takes forever to have your order ready. So finally after all my calls failed I was eventually already in the area and I went in to place an order at this wing stop. I received my wings and of course they were under sauced and they looked a bit strange but I had already paid for it so I took them home to eat them. My fiancé and I shared some of the wings around 11 PM at night and around 2 AM she woke up and was vomiting profusely. Luckily or so I thought I was fine but around nine in the morning I began to have intense bowel movements which continued on until late at night. Please do not eat here they are either unsanitary or they feed you old and expired chicken. Buyer beware you may get food poisoning and on top of that they will take forever to get your food to you. Came in with my husband and from the beginning it was already a bad experience. I don't normally write reviews, especially negative ones because i myself work in a restaurant, however, i felt the need to write one to inform the owner how horrible the service was. The manager (blonde) took our order and was as if irritated that she had customers. We felt rushed to order. Our chicken took a bit of time which was understandable but it was as if they just poured a teaspoon-full of sauce on it. Also, i witnessed a scenario with another customer of theirs who ordered "for here" and when they placed her order on a to go bag, the customer decided to ask if she can have it "for here" again. The cashier decided to just hand her a tray rather than take the customers food out of the bag and place it on the tray herself. When more people showed up, i also saw two employees kind of roll their eyes as if they didn't want to be there. I would totally change all the employees currently here if i owned this restaurant. I've been to a couple of wing stops and this i'd say is the worst so far. read more

We love Wingstop ordered 80 wings but when we went in cashier who was very friendly noticed we over paid cause of the Monday Night Special and David the manager said sorry already paid oh well! Very bad customer service could very easily thrown in some extra wings! May drive the extra miles to go to other Wingstop from now on! read more

I like wings and was excited to try out this place that is not far from me. I went to their web site and ordered there....a 20 piece with Hawaiian, original hot, and Terriyaki. I also got a double chocolate brownie. They said the order would be ready in 18 minutes. I was there in 17 minutes. Showed my credit card, and the gal behind the counter got my order all bagged up and I was on my way. Not sure if the wings are fried or baked, or both. They are covered in sauce, but separated by paper, or separate container. The hot one was very good, traditional vinegar tabasco tasting, but not too hot. The Hawaiian was like a lighter sweet and sour flavor with pineapple and ginger notes. The Terriyaki had thick and robust sauce, not as sweet as some. My favorite was the traditional hot and Terriyaki. The only thing was, is parts of the chicken had a few dry edges to them. Some were perfectly moist and large. The brownie was really good though, very chocolatey. I found myself nibbling on the bones so I can't complain too much, the flavors were good. Overall I liked the experience and will try more again. My whole bill with tax was under $20...so price is fair. Give it a shot. Great for a football game. read more

Came Sunday around 120. Ordered 20 piece took 30 minutes. 4 people after I came in got their food before I did. When I went to counter to find out why the cashier ignored me then finally called my order. Deft will order ahead of time next time.
