You start with fresh bread fresh out of the oven. Ordered Ribs with a loaded baked potato and a side salad and lemon chicken with a sweet potato and grilled corn on the cob (up charge of $3.99), but so delicious. The hostess is always friendly and full of smiles. Loved that you can go casual.

Nice steaks, spinach dip for an appetizer, good service and a decent Old Fashioned! What else can you ask for!

Omg my steak was cooked correctly! I have essentially given up ordering steak anywhere (and yes I've been to plenty of steakhouses that cost $70 bucks for a steak) because it is always undercooked or overcooked. This night was different though. I was really craving a steak so I went out on a limb and figured I'd just eat an under or overcooked steak. But, alas, my steak was cooked correctly and well seasoned. The service was good. Gonzo was nice, attentive, and suggested an alternative when my dad inquired about gravy.

FINALLY someone can cook a steak the way I asked for it.

I put us on the waitlist through their website so we only waited about 15min rather than 35min. Our server was kind and helpful. It was a full house. Even though she was busy, she still checked in on us too make sure we were good. Food was great! Had a prime rib cooked the way I asked for it!! At other places, I've had send my steak back because it's nearly well done. It wasn't all that loud for being as busy as they were. I could have done without the country music through out our whole to lunch, but I get it. It's "LongHorn". Price was fair. A little over $100 for three people (not including tip) Last but not least. CHARMIE!!! We met her once several months ago. And She remembered us! She spotted us at our table, came over to say hello and said, "it's been a long time since I've seen you!" Almost as if we were friends. Like I said it was very busy, yet she made it a point to greet us. I saw her bringing out food, bussing tables, stopping to check in on customers. She was on point and everywhere. I was very impressed by that. Definitely will be back and definitely recommend this location.

While visiting Palm Springs for Spring Break, my wife and i decided to make our last food stop, Longhorn Steakhouse. Unfortunately, we do not have one here in the Bay Area. This is one of our favorite food chain steak spots. It is so good. Well, we went here 3 days before this day for dinner, and it was a horrible experience. However, we decided to give it one last shot because I really wanted steak. Welp... good ish of a choice. Everything was delicious . My steak was cooked well (I will eat it medium from now on vs medium well), fully loaded baked potatoes, warm bread with cinnamon butter, and a strawberry don julio marg long pour!!! Thank you to Ms. Charmie Magbanua, the manager who was on duty the 1st night that we came and it was a no-go for us with that creaky waiter. You and your hospitality were superb and outstanding, ma'am. Please try to visit home when you can. I'm sure that you are missed!! Thank you to our waitress, Ms. Lynette for ensuring that our food was just right and the great steak suggestion on how to order it moving forward so it is perfect each and every time. Yassssss.... this was lyfe!!! We were

Came here for dessert a drink and a salad to go... the molten lava cake was delicious- cold ice cream but warm chocolate cake. Amazing. The service was really great, friendly and attentive. The restaurant gets fairly busy so there's a nice energy in there. I got their signature salad to go for the next day and there was a decent amount of chicken and fruit.

We didn't have reservations and requested to be seated inside. There was a little awkward first impression with the hostess who told us that there was only one inside table left in the back corner. She didn't come across very friendly when we asked if we could see it before deciding if we wanted to sit there or not. I understand they were busy but she was a bit short with us. We were seated in Isabel's section and she more than made up for it. What a gem! She was so friendly and very nice. She made sure to check on us often and we had a lovely time at your restaurant because of her. We are giving this review 5 stars because of Isabel. The seared ahi tuna salad and the ahi tuna nachos were both delicious. The fish was fresh and so very tender with a light dressing. The pulled pork tacos were good too. Instead, she bit into a sharp chicken bone hidden in the salad--something that absolutely should never happen. This wasn't a small, soft fragment either; it was sharp enough to cause immediate, severe pain and pierced her gums. This is not just a minor oversight--it's a major failure in basic food safety and kitchen preparation. There is no excuse for serving food in this condition, especially something as simple as a salad. We trusted this restaurant to provide a safe meal, and that trust was completely broken. What makes this even worse is that the situation could have been far more dangerous. If swallowed, this could have led to choking or internal injury. No customer should ever have to worry about that when ordering a salad. I strongly urge the restaurant to take a hard look at their food prep standards and quality control, because this is unacceptable. Until then, I cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Our group started out with the above mentioned Pulpo Chicharrones. Crispy Octopus bites served with fresh pico de gallo, guacamole, and flour tortilla chips. The octopus had a charred crispy exterior that gave way to a buttery-tender interior. None of the rubbery texture that so often turns people off. For entrees, we selected the Whole Fried Huachinango (Red Snapper), 7 Oceanas (think "Spanish Chioppino"), and Pan Seared Halibut which was the special of the day. The halibut special featured a very generous pan seared filet on a bed of white wine risotto with a sesame seed veloute and asparagus. The 7 Oceanas consisted of perfectly cooked octopus, white fish, clams, mussels, shrimp, salmon, and scallop in a rich broth with tomato, onion, garlic, smoked paprika, oregano, and guajillo peppers. Served with housemade telera bread sticks to sop up the amazing broth. The snapper was deep fried to perfection leaving the skin super crispy and fleah moist and flaky. Drizzled with an adobo sauce and served with grilled sliced lemons, chayote squash and baby potatoes. Our only complaint was the snapper was not true red snapper as advertised, but rather porgy (we think). Red snapper is one of the most substituted fish and very few people in the world could tell them apart. My partner Ernie is a connoisseur, and he can. The dish was still excellent, we just wish it wasn't advertised as Huachinango. This hidden gem delivered fresh seafood, tasty cocktails with a nod to tequila and mezcal drinks crafted by owner Marco Castellanos, and friendly attentive service from Gina.
