These are the best wings ever!! I live an hour drive away and haven't found any in Denver that taste nearly as good. When I'm in Colorado Springs, I try to stop here. These wings are moist, fresh, and flavorful. I always order the boneless. My kids love the fries. You can eat there, or just order food to go. Worst Wingstop in town. Got our order completely wrong, I had to basically beg them to get a refund, and instead they offered to give us the same order next time for free. Went back a week later, they had no record of this and tried to charge us. Finally that got sorted out (we got the meal for free) but the order was wrong AGAIN. This used to be a good place for wings. Sadly I had a terrible experience. First time in a year that I was able to eat from here and the wings were just soaked in oil, they left a burnt oil taste and we could not finish. I just ate here for dinner last night. My favorite is the Hawaiian and Original Hot. I walked in and ordered take out. The man at the cash register was one of the nicest people I've been served by at any restaurant. I'm sure the restaurant can look at the schedule and see who was on the register around 7:30-8pm. He was awesome!! I sat down and my order was out in 15 minutes, when I got it home, It was perfect. I really like this place every time I've come in. Wing stop is actually one of my favorite restaurants. They serve good wings and fries though sometimes they are a little over cooked but no big deal, I also sometimes get cold wings or fries but I heat them up. I would recommend Wing stop to the ones who like wings. read more

Ordered online last weekend and food supposed to be ready at 715. And didn't receive food until 8pm. Supposedly the printer was broke. My wings were slimy and fries greasy and cold. I called in to Wing Stop on Monday October 15, 2018 at 5:00 pm because we wanted to have some wings for the Monday Night football game. I was told that my order would be ready by 5:30 pm so I arrived there for my pick up order at 5:30. There were people ahead of me in line, so I paid at 5:42 pm, when it was my turn one of the two young girls at the cashier asked what my name was and I told her "Veronica" she then found my receipt and told me the amount which was $27.03, I happily paid what was due and I was given to cups for my drinks. I then poured my drinks and had a seat on the bench in the immediate vicinity of the front counter. People kept coming in and orders kept going out. After 20 minutes I was getting a little frustrated but didn't say anything yet because I assumed they were just very busy in the back. When 6:10 hit and I still hadn't received my order and I was the last person there but had not received my order I asked the two girls at the front counter just how long it was going to take to make 2 10-piece combo orders of wings and one of the girls said well we are really busy with orders and I said "when I called I was told that my order would be ready by 5:30 and here it is after 6:00 and no one has let me know that they are running really behind nor have they even acknowledged me knowing that I've been sitting there so long and haven't received my order yet. The girl asked me my name again I said "Really your asking me now I already told you my name when you took my money" at that point a gentleman in the back walked to the front and asked me my name I told him Veronica he then looked behind the girls on the counter in the front and said here is your order. I at that point responded "you mean to tell me that my order has been sitting here as long as I have been here?" No one responded to me they all just looked at me. The man at that point tore off the receipt that was stapled to my bag and handed the bag to me and walked away. No one apologized or offered to make me a new order or give me a refund since I was so upset. I looked in the bag to make sure that the order was right I was very upset by this time that I just grabbed the bag and left. I live not even 5 minutes away so when I got home we pulled out our dinner and the fries were soggy and cold, the wings were cold, of course they were, they had been sitting there for more then 40 minutes. If I hadn't got up to ask the front counter girls about my order I would have been there even longer. So unprofessional, disrespectful and showed no concern for me as a customer. This is the 2nd bad experience at this location and I will NEVER go there again. Either your employees need to be retrained or you need new management. On the receipt the Host name was Samantha and the Cashier name was Destiny. read more

Service is not the best. Typically order online and order is never correct. Something is always missing. On one occasion I got a completely different order and had to wait to have mine redone. I've noticed that employees in the back just stay in the back rather than try and help attendant at the register. Not a very organized system. read more

The wings are decent. Not the best but you can do much much worse. Try their new "Louisiana rub" flavor. However, the ranch dressing at this place is amazing. I think they put crack in it. I have eaten their fries along with their ranch until I hated myself. We tend to avoid the dine-in situation as the tables are usually sticky and gross. read more

I would not ever go to any wing stop again and i will ezplain why. I tried to order 40 wings and 20 vegi sticks how ever they would rather have me call another wing place then give me any dipping sauce I mean not even 1 for all that food. The manager then got on the phone and was happy to offer me fries and soda for an extra charge then allow me to have dipping sauce but we did not want fries or do we drink soda. Now wild wings was amazing they have a great variety of flavors and provide you with dipping sauce at no charge. Ordered my food at 6:18, the order said pick up my food at 6:42, I arrived at 7:15 and I waited until 7:30 for my order. I order 20 wings. I could have gone to king soopers picked up raw wings and cooked it quicker. Her response was she gave away my food so they had to redo it. Disappointing. Came here once several months ago and were really disappointed with the bread:chicken ratio of the boneless wings as well as the sauce. Craved Buffalo Wild Wings but didn't feel like driving so far, so we gave it another shot tonight. $11 for a combo is pretty pricey but we were hoping it would be worth it. I ordered mild, bone-in with cheese fries and didn't even eat half my order. The cheese is really gross, and the fries weren't even very good on their own. I did like that I could choose to have only flat or only drum sticks but I wish there was an option for a normal amount of sauce. I could not taste the sauce AT ALL. There were greasy looking remnants at the bottom of the box, but I tasted chicken and bleu cheese. Too bad because the wings are crispy and juicy. My husband's boneless are alright, but way too much breading and again-very little sauce/flavor. We will not be back. read more

I've been a Wing Stop fan since 1998 when we moved to TX. This location is true to what I've grown to love about this place- good service and great food! I've tried just about every wing they make, bone in and boneless, flavors, etc and my hands down favorite is the Louisiana Dry Rub, has to be bone in, dipped in plenty of the ATOMIC sauce!!!!! (if you like it hot, you're in for a treat!) The fries are less seasoned than the ones in TX, but ask for extra seasoning on them, and dip them in their house made honey mustard and you'll be in love! Ridiculous. And not in a good way. First off we called and were hung up on! Then we tried calling again and it was busy. So we figured we would just go down there and order. We ended up calling again and ordering before we got there. We ordered a family pack that included 40 wings, w/ 4 different sauces, an order of fries, veggies, and sauces. My brother and I get there, and pay for our food. And we sit down on the bench in the lobby area thing, for almost an hour. After multiple people have gotten their orders, (even if they came in after us and ordered!) the teenage girl behind the counter asks us the name on the order, and after we told her she picked up a bag from behind the counter that had been sitting there for at least 30 minutes! They never called our name. Everything was cold and soggy. We will be calling a manager, this is just unacceptable. read more

The best place for dry and crunchy wings. If you like them sloppy and drippy, don't try Wingstop! The only problem I've EVER had with these delicious and soooo flavorful wings is that they're occasionally overcooked a few minutes, which makes the insides a bit dry. They should be dry on the outside and juicy on the inside, which they are most of the time! My place to go for wings as an entree, not a side or after thought. Yum! read more

This is my first trip to Wing Stop. We had the bone and boneless wings. We had 6 different flavors and were impressed with the taste. Most wing places toss their wings with vinegar to get the coating to stick. WIng Stop prepares their sauces on the wings to get the flavor in the meat. My group of 3 ate 28 wings and fries. The food was good and warm, we could not stop. This feast made the walk back to the car slow and we were full. read more

Save your hard earned money!!!! This is THE WORST Wingstop that I have ever ordered from. Can I give negative stars???? The wings were burnt and extremely overcooked. When I called to speak with the manager she gave me a story about how the wings are all cooked for 13 minutes and if the wings are larger they'll cook a little longer. What I received were tiny shriveled up pathetic excuses for wings. To further exacerbate my terrible experience, the manager made no effort to acknowledge the fact they were burnt nor did she do what a good manager would have done i.e give me a refund.
