I never had an issue with food at this location. I always order online and when I arrive give or take 30 mins my food is ready. They only fry chicken which takes a while to cook, it does have to reach 165 degrees Fahrenheit, and French fries. So, in retrospect, if they have eight fryers and they are filled with chicken, and you can't just randomly drop some more in because of temperature differences, then your food will take a while to be completed. I don't understand why so many customers are stupid and impatient when their food takes 30 minutes. Regardless if you ordered a little or a lot, they only have so many fryers and sauce bowls. If you wanted fast food, there's a McDonalds across the street. Customer service wise, I never had an issue, but like I said, I order online. Just order online. They serve fresh dishes for reasonable rates, there are no long waits even when the place is full. The lemon pepper wings were DELICIOUS... We showed up when they had just opened so had the advantage of no crowd. The only reason I give it a 4 star is because it's kinda small on the inside. The wait is about 15 minutes for every time I visited and the staff is friendly. Parking is plentiful. I agreed with the service choices, great job guys. The food was delicious and fresh. Ahh,note to self..... But all in all, the wait wasn't that bad. My food was fresh and hot. I ordered the lemon pepper and garlic parmesan wings for myself. Son had the plain and BBQ wings (8 piece orders). I really like the flavor of Wing Stop chicken, but just wish the wings were bigger. As always, the fries are delicious! This location is pretty bad I've given it several chances .....from bad service to long waiting times. I have walked in an ordered, while I have seen other customers come in after me order and get there food 1st and worst of all I get as an excuse is "well stuff happens as an answer". A lot of places have dry wings, but they have a nice balance of seasoning and grease/oil that keeps the chicken from being to dry.... Rude as hell. The lady tried charging me twice and then proceed to say my card was declined, so I called the bank and they told me they locked it due to it being suspicious activity. While I was waiting and calling the bank the cashier girls were giving me the nastiest looks. After I got off the phone with my bank, I continued to pay and it went through. My experience was HORRIBLE. The wings were dry like beef jerky with hardly any sauce. The fries were dark brown which means they were probably fried in old oil. I live close to this particular wing stop and have been there quite a few times. Recently, the chicken has been undercooked and not very flavorful. I have to ask for the chicken to be cooked well done and it still isn't. Today, I also ordered the Cajun corn and that was dry and overcooked.
