On January 9th, 2025 | ordered a 8 piece combo, 4 cajun and 4 lemon pepper wings with fries and 5 corn. I requested that the chicken be cooked well done with all flats. I received all flats in the lemon pepper but not the cajun wings. The fries were cooked for long til it was no more potato inside of them. They were supper hard and burnt. I love wingstop. Order all the time but I've learned that this location is incapable of keeping up with all the orders. It's the only location within 5 miles and easiest to get to from anywhere in Cypress. But they don't have the ability to keep up with the demand. They should really expand because they can't keep up. Every time you try to order online, the website prevents it but the Fry rd and grant rd locations are able to accommodate if you're willing to drive that far. 9 times out of 10 that you can put an order in, it's either not ready within a 30-45 minute window, or they haven't even started preparing the order when you arrive 45 minutes later. Then when you get there, most everyone is standing around in the kitchen, talking and/or yelling. read more

Well what can you say another Wingstop that I've visited. I've been so many Wingstop in the USA. I should probably invest in buying one franchise like Ricky Ross the boss. You really cannot go wrong with Wingstop. They use premium chicken. They hand cut fries. Everything is made fresh to order. Yes you'll pay a few more bucks in the competition but I believe you get that back in the value of the food that you're getting. Everything is high-quality here taste fresh and he's really good. Wingstop has been one of my go to wing places since they came to the Houston market. They may take longer than your other wing places because they simply cook everything fresh to order. But... the orders were missing items. Every time! The orders are dropped from Wing Stop in paper bags that have a receipt on it and are secured shut by a Wing Stop decal. Great! I opened the bags to reveal half of the order is missing! Three times! I asked the DOORDASH drivers, "where is the rest of my order"? They all respond the same: "that's what I was given". I want to preface this review & the terrible experience of many many others on Super Bowl Sunday by saying - it was Super Bowl Sunday and everyone was very patient BUT the management & staff of this establishment was not prepared. I went online and tried to place an order at Pluckers, they were completely booked so I got a "sorry due to high volume we are not accepting any more orders between 3:30 pm - 7:00 pm" I completely understood that and went looking elsewhere. Wingstop is very very close to home so I placed a mobile order. My order was placed Sunday @ 3:16 pm for 5:00 pm pick up. It went through, I didn't get any "sorry were booked" error or anything. I get there at 4:45 pm and there's a female employee, I believe her name was Asia?, holding the door closed and not letting anyone in. The line started to get longer and longer. By this point it's 4:55 pm or so and she finally opens the door and states "we're at max capacity I can't let anyone else in" okay, we all wait patiently. I politely tell her "can you check the status of my order? It's supposed to be ready at 5 pm" she stated that she would go check but she would come back to the door and not let anyone know. There were ppl who placed their orders as far back as Monday, Tuesday & even Saturday so they're orders would be ready. They were still taking walk in orders and for some reason they were taking precedence over all of the preorders. I will say the crew was hustling, there were 6-8 ppl in the kitchen trying their very best to get everything out. Bad thing is, they weren't organized - I waited for 3&1/2 hrs to get my order. I made it home with 8-12 mins left on the 4th quarter. There were a lot of ppl who were left when I finally received my food. It was absolutely ridiculous how unprepared they were. I get it, super bowl weekend & things are hectic but they should of NEVER let it get that bad. They should of been prepared for what was coming & everything would of worked out better. They were rushing and in my opinion that dropped the quality of the food DRASTICALLY. I really hope they learn from their mistakes and that this never happens again. read more

So. I ask him who his name was...Nicolas was his response and then I ended the call. Very bad customer service, attitude towards customers and should not be representing any company like that. Door dash refunded the money in full. I wouldn't advise ordering delivery from here. If you want something go in, but don't expect to get any type of of customer service. Highly recommend you go somewhere else. Pluckers isn't far and they've worked out all the kinks, good service over there and polite servers. Wingstop has gone down the drain over the past few years. Placed a pick up order for an all in bundle on April 5, 2024. So I waited the 16-21 the app told me to and arrived at the place after about 25 mins. I get there and walk up to the counter where a lightskin girl at the front comes and ask for my order to which I tell her and she says it'll be 6 more mins which actually turned into 25 min.
