My boyfriend and I come here on Tuesdays for their buy one get one deal. We typical will order 15 wings, and then get the other 15 free. The staff is always so friendly and attentive. It's your typical sports restaurant so they have tvs mounted everywhere playing whatever game it might be at the time. They have a bar in the middle of the restaurant for those who want a drink. We always order mango habanero and spicy BBQ for our wing flavors and the flavors are always there. I'm not the biggest BBQ fan, but these spicy bbq wings from this place are delicious and I crave them all the time. Ranch is expensive here, but it's so good. Waffle fries are yummy we always get a basket of those. I tried this place for the first time because of my boyfriend, and now I'm the one always insisting we go haha. It smells like someone threw-up in here and they didn't clean it up! The hostess tried to tell me that they spilled tea and didn't get it cleaned up as well as they thought. Ma'am! That is sewage! I always read reviews whenever we go out and try new places and some of them were mixed reviews so I decided to go give it a try myself and when i tell you that BIG CITY WINGS is going to be my new go to spot, i mean it. The food was amazing, literally everything you would ever want in a wing. juicy, crisp, tasty!! the waffle fries were 10/10 and my boyfriend got the tots and they were cooked to perfection! we were seated right by the kitchen entrance and where the servers get their tables beverages. we waited for over 15 minutes to even have someone acknowledge us. there were only 3 of us. after that, we finally were able to order our drinks. once our drinks were brought to us we were able to order. it was there 2 for 1 night. so our order was pretty simple. we waited another 10 minutes for food to be brought out which i was surprised that the food was even hot by the time we got it. our server checked on us once, asked how the food was and asked if we needed any refills on drinks. we said food was fine and no for refills. then we were ignored again. i needed a take home container as well as one of the others at our table. so a server that was not our's asked if she could get us anything, and we asked for take home containers. our server brought those out and handed them off and walked away. once the 3rd person in our group was done eating their food the server asked if there was anything else, I just wanted the ticket to pay and get out of there. I paid with a card and did not ask for a receipt because i didnt want to wait another 10 to 15 minutes to get that. yes i did add a tip for the server because I am not the type of person to not tip. did this type of service warrant a no tip.....the answer is yes the server did not deserve a tip. this is not the first time that we have come to this location and to be ignored and have poor service. I dont think we will be coming back again for a very long time or ever again. food is good, service is poor, and the table location was even worse. Get your servers trained better in customer care. if the place was busy then yes i could understand the slow/poor service, but they were not busy and had plenty of employees on duty to take care of 3 people. read more

Took about 30 minutes to just place our order for the entree. Once our orders were place the food didn't take long to come out thankfully. However they proceeded to give me the wrong order. First and foremost, they really need to do something about the sewage smell. The order is noticeable even before you step through the door. Most likely when they moved the bar to the center of the restaurant they had to run a new drain line and their contractor did not install a trap that is meant to prevent the smell from coming up through the drain. Either that or they didn't seal the existing they moved the bar from. Please fix it because it is a grotesque turn off! Fried pickles were great. My picky 9 year old was happy with the macaroni and cheese. I didn't like the teriyaki wings. They were too "saucy" and it was not a normal teriyaki flavor. Just seemed off. read more

I've been to this location a couple of times. The food is good, the deals are great, and the staff is fantastic. I was recently diagnosed with an ailment that has majorly restricted my diet, and our server Danny helped me with suggestions so that I can eat with my family. I almost cried real happy tears when he told me they offered grilled chicken wings. After 3 months of a very restricted diet and having to sit and watch my family eat good food while I sipped on water, I was happy to join in the feast.
