So my fiancé started working there yesterday and this morning we woke up to a text saying he was fired. We called and talked to the manager, and the manager had said he had fired him mind you he hadn't even done his training yet or anything the main manager had fired him due to him being " homophobic " but that is not what happened. He had another staff Member talk about inappropriate things in the workplace and he asked him to stop because he was trying to work and they fired him for "being homphobic" but all he said was we know you have a boyfriend and asked him to stop to he could get his work done, this specific location of Wingstop. Their staff is out-of-pocket they're disrespectful and protect someone who is purposely bothering other staff to get them fired and the only reason why I'm posting this is because I want other people to know especially younger people that want this job that want to work at this specific establishment that it's not probably not gonna be your best bet due to the circumstances of how they treat their employees read more

The food ranks as average/ok. The other two people with me looks like they got the bottom of the bag of fries. Tiny pieces of overcooked fries instead of full french fries with their meal. The service was a bit slow for just getting chicken wings and fries. For a new restaurant it did not even look new. It wasn't really clean and there was Mexican music being played at a fairly loud level for some reason when it's not a Mexican restaurant. So this is the first time I've ever eaten at a wing stop and will probably be my last. I went to the one in Dalton GA on 2/25/24 at 1:30pm. After a person ordered their food for later today, some people cut in front of me and another person trying to place an order. After this I finally got to place my order and sit down at 2:08pm to wait. The person who took my order called my name at 2:48pm. The food was in togo containers when I told them it was here not togo. So sit down and open it the fry's well dry, cold and over cooked. Now from placing my order to the time I got it, it was 40mins. You could tell they have been sitting there for that long of 40mins. They were Louisiana voodoo loaded style, you can see in the picture on the right. Now the boneless wings were ok but to be compared to other places like Buffalo Wild Wings or Shane's Rib Shake, these were just ok. This place wasn't even packed at the time i placed my order but after a 40min wait it started filling up. On 04/27/2023 my wife and I tried Wingstop in Dalton Ga store #2350. We placed an order for 20 traditional wings, Large Fries and two waters. The cashier Eimly asked did we want bottled water and we responded with a no. She then proceeded to hand us two cups and our receipt. Once at our table I was reviewing the receipt and realized that she had charged me for two drinks at $2.79 each. I walked back up to the cashier and asked if she meant to charge me for two drinks and she responded that she gave me two cups and I told her that we ordered water and that is what we got and she told me that she had to charge me for the cup. I asked "really" and she said yes so I returned to my table. Someone then called our name and we received our food. Once I tasted the fries I tasted something sweet so I decided to ask someone about it and they said that there is something sweet in the seasoning so I asked could they make me some new ones without the seasoning and a male employee that was acting as manager said yes. I sat back down and ate really greasy wings until we were finished and then on our way out of the restaurant I asked if they could just refund the fries and the acting manager asked me "did someone not bring your fries out" and I said no. He then asked me if I wanted him to make me some and I responded no that we were already finished eating." I asked him if he could just refund them and he responded no. I said seriously and he said no we already gave you your fries and I responded "no they did not that another employee threw them away" and he responded that they don't do refunds. This restaurant is absolutely horrible! Revolting! I had to call to find out how to order at this restaurant because it was my first time and the person told me to order online. I planned an entire order, but when I went to submit it, it said online ordering unavailable. The food prices were already high and I did not know what to do. I called the restaurant back to tell them that their online ordering service was not available. They were extremely rude! They asked me what I wanted them to do about it, and told me that if I wanted to place a carry out order I would have to come in the restaurant myself. So I did. Only to find out that carry out ordering was not available at that time either. It was 8 PM on a Wednesday! This restaurant is absolutely ridiculous! I am warning anybody to not eat at this restaurant. I had to go in to find out how to place a carry out order and the inside was disgusting! Trash and stains all over the place!
