Cheesling Mochi Cheese Balls - This is the first restaurant I've seen twist Mochi into something other than sweets. The inside has a gooey doughy texture (the perfect balance of cheese to rice cake), with the powdered cheese and slight crisp texture on the outside. My very first bite into this sent a pleasant jolt to my brain. *** Note: I ordered 16 wings and the 6 piece cheesling mochi ball, thinking I would eat half of that. But I ate 3 wings and 2 of the mochi balls and I've still been full for 5 hours now.
