I usually enjoy Wingstop as it is the only one in our area. They're no stranger to being packed and having large traffic. As Covid has taken over, Wingstop was definitely not been off limits. I would GREATLY appreciate if management stepped up and put an effective plan in place for their employees and the store. The sauces are good. There is one that imitates korean wings, Spicy Korean Q. I think it's quite good but I'm partial to it. The wing sizes are small though and the sizes appear to be variable. Worst experience i've ever had with any restaurant. I ordered food at 7:30 for delivery. Food got delivered at 8. They gave me the wrong food so i contacted the store. They said i needed to contact door dash to see if i could get a new driver, door dash said i needed to contact wing stop to see if they could request a new driver. Nothing seemed to be getting handled so i called wingstop back and they had me on hold for 30 mins. It was 945 at this point. I ended up driving to the store to try and get a refund and they wouldn't give me one. So now i'm out food and 30$. NEVER again will i give my money to this company. read more

I orders 20 boneless wings since it was a special and had 4 different flavors. Nothing indicated what flavor it was, the dry rub was just dumped on top, not even tossed or mixed, on one side it's caked with rub, the other bare. On top of that the fries had so much salt on them that I couldn't even finish them. I've actually had better tasting wings from a gas station. This place also has no paper towels or napkins available on the table, you have to get up and walk to the counter and use a paper towel roll that everyone eating there shares...What kind of chicken joint, with all the sauces and more doesn't even give you a way to wipe your hands as you eat without having to either get up constantly or get you a big sheet and make it work? While i was there another group couldn't stand their meal either and didn't even eat, demanding a refund. I probably should have done the same in all honesty. There is NOTHING special about this place what so ever and if it's still around in a few months, I'll be really surprised. As soon as we walked in, the first cashier came to the counter and instead of servicing us, she answered the phone and took an order while we waited. Another female who had to stop cleaning tables came over and took our order. While ordering, the cashier was rude. We saw a man in the kitchen scratching his head, no gloves on. Once she paid for her order, that same man grabbed some chicken, still bare handed, and threw them in the fry basket. The service was okay- the cashier was aloof, if not rude, but the cook in back was nice and brought my order out. The real problem was the quality of the food. Again, not bad, but the Coke was flat and the Wings, while cooked well, were just not too tasty. That's the regular (mild), the teriyaki, and the garlic-parm. Just no Zing!
