We split it four ways with mango habanero, plain, Parmesan and lemon pepper. We requested extra crispy and they delivered exactly that. I was hungry for wings and I had never stopped at a Wingstop location before but it was recommended to me by people I know. I am glad I listened to them because I was not disappointed at all. The wings were truly the best I had ever had in my life. I had ordered 10 wings-5 in lemon pepper and 5 in mild buffalo sauce. They were both so yummy. I also ordered their seasoned fries which were yummy as well. The service was pretty good,I had to wait a bit for my order though but I as I said they were worth the wait. I'll start by saying that I've been to probably a dozen WingStops and they always have the best wings, especially the garlic parm and homemade blue cheese. Until today.... I ordered a total of 30 wings WELL DONE. I wanted 15 garlic parm and 15 Louisiana rub. When I got home I realized the wings were chewy, not well done and crispy, all 30 were missing the light dusting of breading, and 15 of them were tossed in LEMON garlic. Lemon is disgusting. At least the other 15 had the correct flavoring, but again, they were chewy and missing breading and very light on the flavoring as well. Very disappointed. I'm kind of surprised at the low ratings this place has. Went here with my son since he had never had Wingstop before. I tried them at the Sobe Food and Wine Festival and I really enjoyed them and I had wanted to have them again. We were there right after they opened so the place was empty. I had the lemon pepper and garlic parmesan as my two flavors and my son had the mango habanero and the ancho honey glaze as his two flavors since he prefers the spicier flavors. We also had an order of fries which were fresh cut french fries with just the right amount of salt on them with a little bit of sweet seasoning on them as well. Both of us enjoyed our wings and the fries. The only thing I thought was strange is there was only one roll of paper towels up by the soda area, instead of having napkins or paper towels on each table. One of the worst fast food restaurants i've ever stepped foot in. Restaurant was clean enough, not the cleanest fast food restaurant i've ever stepped foot in, but not the absolute worst. Not one of the workers spoke good english and were barely able to understand a thing me or my friend said. We waited over 50 minutes for our food to come out before we finally went up to the workers and politely asked where our food was. They told us they had no idea what we were talking about and didn't believe us until we showed them the receipt. They then gave us a free drink and told us to wait another 10 minutes for the food (which was only 3 wings and a small fry) and told us they had accidentally somehow lost the ticket, so the food had never even put in (but was paid for in full) and they just saw us sitting there for almost an hour and didn't say a thing. When we finally got the food, it was fine, but nothing to ride home about. The fries were mediocre and my friend enjoyed the wings enough. This wingstop needs better management & adult supervision. Quite possibly the worst wingstop I've been to in over 4 different states. You're quoted a 25-30 minute order time which is great because I have a 25-30 minute drive to this location. The bad part is once you get there you have to wait an additional 25 or so minutes for your food. You've now waited close to an hour - they hand you your bag rolled tightly (hoping you don't check inside) - you checked and your "crispy" French fries are now more like scalloped potatoes. Your wings aren't prepared correctly or they did the wrong flavor or amount. It's sucks to be charged for extra sauce only to arrive to almost sauceless wings. Normally, I love the food here, but my recent experience with an incomplete order left me disgusted and questioning whether I will order from them again. I ordered through the Wingstop web site. I received half the order. I called the restaurant who offered that I could come pick up the missing items (no, because I ordered Delivery) or have a refund. I ordered from Wingstop on the Wingstop web site, and whoever they decided would deliver the order has nothing to do with it (who happend to be DoorDash and was very professional and nice about the missing items). The order is in a sealed bag, they (DoorDash) couldn't access it to see if the entire order was there, so this is on the store itself. They made the order (or part of it) and packed the sealed bag for the Dasher. I ordered at least three hours earlier than I wanted it, and when I received an incomplete order, when I called my local Wingstop to point the error out, it was "come get it yourself" or "we'll give you a refund". Nope. The level of customer service was to me, non-existant. There are many local businesses who care about customer service I'll give my business to in the future. Cajun Fries, salty, spicy, a bit limp but delish. The garlic parmesan wings, they're good. Not great but good. The Louisiana Rub is where it's at in my book. Ranch as a side, but I didn't need it at all. And i love ranch. That says a lot to me. Their peach tea is from Honest Teas and the area is by the 'trifecta food chain' KFC, McDonald's and Arby's off of colonial. It's a great four stars. We will be back. No issues but its chicken wings so I didn't expect much. If it gets better when i come back or is the same, it'll go up one star. But try it out. You'll love it read more

At first she was ok, she said I can go to their website to order. I said ill do that so I could look at their menu. Best wings in town!!! This was my first time coming here. Came with my family and got myself the lemon pepper & garlics wings. And let me tell you, the flavor and taste was to die for! It came with a side of French fries- which I'm a hardcore fan of fries. This were excellent! Service wise I give them a 20 outta 10! They went above and beyond.
