This place is very very good. But if you're in a hurry and need some quick food don't come here. For the past 4 times I gauge came here I have waited over an hour and a half. The employees did not look inspired to to their job, they decided to wrap up everything 1 hour and 30 minutes before the closing time. They told us that if we wanted to dine in we had to wait till one of the two tables were available to sit in since the remaining of the tables were already cleaned. The cook was polite but the cashier looked so unhappy. It seems like there is no manager or supervisor doing his job; whoever is in this position has to get more knowledge about team work and leadership; it is clear to notice that they are not hiring the right people and is not being managed by people with the ability and knowledge required. read more

While the wings are pretty good and the fries are okay too it's too expensive especially for the size of the wings you get with them. I'm a little disappointed. $26 dollars for 20 wings that are smaller than our fingers. We went almost a year ago and they were 10x better and worth it then. Crazy how much has changed since. Hate to be that guy but the service here is actually terrible. There's 6 people in the kitchen and they're in the back talking the entire time. 10 chicken wings + fries and it took 45 minutes. Ask for an extra cup of ranch and it took 5 minutes which doesn't sound bad but literally walk 10 feet and grab me ranch especially when you charge extra for it and it is a quarter full. No one wears gloves, the men's bathroom is actually destroyed toilet paper all over the floor a whole roll in the sink the toilet paper dispenser is on the floor broken and there's literally skid streaks in the bathroom from who knows what. Literally as I'm here typing this out there's people walking out of the restaurant with their money in their hands because of how long it takes. A family of 4 came in right after us and still haven't gotten their food after we waited 45 for ours and sat there and ate for another 30. Highly highly highly do not recommend this wing stop to anyone. I suggest you take the extra 30 minutes and go to bonita and go to theirs because you'll be waiting even longer for food at this one. Nothing that special. Wings are sold by the section. A wing has 3 sections. 2 are edible. Yet they are sold by the section at near a dollar a section. Cooked to order easily takes 20 minutes or more to get your food. So order ahead if in a hurry. Several sauces. I had 2, Mango habanero and original hot. I didn't think either was very hot. Hand cut fries are hot snd plenty. I had a side of cole slaw which was unmemorable. With a iced tea my order of 8 wing sections, fries, slaw and drink was over $12. This is ridiculous. I come in, put my order in. This time it was some kid at the register. I tried hard to not be judgmental but he gave me the wrong change back. Like $1.77 short. A lady came up to the pick up counter after I asked for help and I told her I was shorted 1 wing and I didn't get my carrots or celery. She just handed me carrots. The service and the wait time wasn't bad. The fries were good, and that's about the only good thing I can say. I ordered 2 chicken tender combos, one with mild and one with original sauce. The tenders they gave us that were dipped in mild sauce were the smallest damn tenders I've ever seen. We opened them up and saw the size and felt ripped off immediately. I had the tenders with original and they were dry like they had been sitting for an hour or 2. The chicken itself just left a lot to be desired and looks nothing like it does in the pictures.
