Service was great!!! There has never been a problem ordering, picking up or customer service. Let me get that out the way.... That is not the problem. This is the 2nd time I've ordered from this location and I really wanted to like them. They have disappointed me once again.... My chicken was NOT CRISPY!!!! I absolutely loath oily,soggy skin on chicken!!! You couldn't taste the flower due to all the oil so the dry rub was NOT dry!!! The big ass fries!!! What in the Fountain Mesa is going on???? Also the fried corn was fried out and hard!!! At the price that I paid and to be disappointed in my meal is bad... I will not order from this location again. I called to inform the store that my side of carrots and ranch dressing was missing. I only received the chicken wings and the additional five piece corn that I ordered. The employee insisted that they put it in the bag implying that I was lying about carrots and ranch dressing. She then proceeded to tell me I could come and pick it up however, if that was an option, I would've never had food delivered to my house. Making an assumption that someone is lying is one thing but then saying there's nothing they can do if they don't pick it up is another. She then told me I had to call back and talk to another manager to get a refund for those items. But she was the Lead in charge? Why can't she refund those items missing? They always have a bunch of young people working at that location and they need to be trained on better customer service and how to communicate with adults! read more

The manager is extremely rude and condescending. And honestly the only thing I can say that came out good from this experience was the food. She was very rude off the bat and I am not quite sure why yet. But the employees were great!! also a very clean environment. One of the only places I trusted to eat at because I can see the kitchen. But honestly after this experience I think I will just find a new spot. read more

Ordered a bunch of wings for Super Bowl. Boy they were good . I have to say these are some of the best wings we've had. The service and food is excellent and the size of the wings are great. Definitely get my wings from this place. Best wings on the south end of town. read more

We ordered 50 wings at like 2 pm to be picked up at 6:30 pm, and they weren't ready until 25 minutes after our order time. When we ate them a few minutes later, they were SUPER dry. Soda machine was barely working, no carbonation. Told the staff and they shrugged their shoulders. The fries were cold and soggy, so drenched in oil the were not edible. the wings were extremely dry. I don't know about the negative reviews but I personally had good experience dining in to this location. Staffs are nice, the manager had really good customer service. They didn't messed up my order, and most of all the wings are fresh. I'm pretty sure if you had bad experience before they messed up your order or was taking too long for orders probably because they just opened and the staffs are still in training and as a customer sometimes we have to be patient. As I can see, they were trying they're best to serve us good and fresh food, and to improve their bad reviews. I'll comeback here once I crave again for chicken wings read more

Tried again a year since the last time and this place still sucks. Terrible employees, zero customer service, orders are always wrong in some way shape or form. I started ordering what I don't want so that they send me food I do want because if I order a flavor I do want then I'm not going to get that flavor. Not surprised this place is still terrible and the employees and management are still the worst. Avoid this place at all costs. Go to BWW or literally just pick up any trash on the street and it will taste better. Management will take no action to make it better so just accept the fact that that it will never be good. I placed my order early, assuming they would be very busy, given that it's Football Sunday and many big games are going on. That said, the food was ready when I requested, but when we opened it at home, which is just 6 minutes away, the food was not room temperature but legit COLD! I am guessing my food must have sat there for some time. It was so cold that I had to reheat everything, and the garlic/parm wings had hardly any parm on them. Fries reheated do not taste the best at that, and it was a huge disappointment! The guy at the counter was friendly and asked if we were Cowboys fans bc my husband was wearing a Cowboys shirt, super nice and had great customer service skills. Why can't we pick where our food is ordered from? First time my lemon pepper wings barely had seasoning and they were drowning in grease. Second time, ice cold. This time delivered without ranch. So i called and waited for 4 minutes for someone to pick up and hang up. Then called back to speak to manager. I put in an order online, at 6:30, and it said it would be about 45 minutes until it was ready. So I roll up around 40 minutes later, and the food wasn't ready. When I got there I waited another 45 minutes for my food. I know there is a worker shortage, but I saw quite a few people back there. But seemingly no manager. Quite a few people went through the same experience as me. They have a hashtag #itsworththewait, no its #notworththewait. 90 minutes for 16 wings? I doubt I will go back. **DO NOT EAT HERE** The worst wing stop I've ever been to. I ordered thigh bites and traditional wings and everything was under cooked and soggy, even the French fries. I returned the food and wanted a refund but they refused to provide a refund without speaking to the district manager. The district manager never answered my calls or texts and I'm forced to eat remade food that is just as bad. Literally the worst establishment as far as food quality in the Springs. i just got a 3 piece tender combo and i ordered ahead online. i walk in and the guy at the computer tells me they're bagging my order right now so it will only take a second. I end up waiting 40 minutes for them to "pack my order" i watched an entire ufc fight start to finish. i didn't have my phone on me so thank god for the big ass TV screen. I finally get frustrated cause i see so many people come in order food at the counter and get it before me, I go up to the girl and ask how much longer it's going to take. She said she'd go check on it and turns out it's been sitting on their shelf the entire time. I get to my car to eat a fry, as one does, and everything is cold. love that so much.
